Il nostro condominio completamente ristrutturato dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata, Smart TV HD, cavo e wifi gratuito. La camera da letto principale del piano ha un letto matrimoniale, tv a schermo piatto e un bagno ristrutturato con una grande doccia a vapore e pavimento riscaldato. Le porte francesi si aprono su un balcone privato con una splendida vista sulla foresta che domina il fiume Vasquez.
La camera degli ospiti al piano principale ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno adiacente completo.
La terza camera da letto è un grande soppalco di livello superiore con un letto matrimoniale e letti a castello (doppia più completa), tv a schermo piatto con lettore dvd e un bagno completo.
La camera familiare ha un camino a gas e una smart tv HD con cavo e Netflix. Porte francesi si aprono sul balcone privato con un grill a gas. La stanza del fango è dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice e armadio per gli sci. Il condominio è fornito con un sacco di dvd e libri per i nostri ospiti.
Il parcheggio coperto è gratuito. Il nostro appartamento si trova allo stesso livello del parcheggio, quindi non portare bagagli e sci su e giù per le scale. Dato che ci troviamo all'ultimo piano, non avrai nessuno sopra di te.
Il nostro condominio si trova a pochi passi dai negozi e ristoranti nel centro di Winter Park. Dal condominio, è possibile accedere illimitate piste forestali per la mountain bike, escursioni, racchette da neve e sci di fondo.

The condo that we rented was wonderful. Very nicely appointed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Very clean. Everything that you need for a five day stay or longer. Communication with the owner was very prompt. Would definitely do it again.

It is creekside and you can hear and see the bubbly brook below. The ski shuttle is just across the street. The kitchen had all we needed and the condo is super comfy. Just watch the spiral staircase to the loft which is a great space, but these stairs are narrowly spaced and be sure to wear shoes on them as slippers and socks may slip. You could walk to the town and numerous restaurants and it's a 2 minute drive. Grill worked great and the living area heated up fast. We'd definitely stay here again.

Check in was super easy. Shuttle to the mountain is just outside the door. Covered parking was great. Property is exactly as advertised - really clean, functional, great sleeping spaces. Would highly recommend.

Cozy and convenient! The space was well-used in the condo and having 3 bathrooms was awesome. Great location and super close to the Winter Park shuttle. We had 3 teens and 3 adults and there was plenty of room to be functional. The only thing that would have added to the stay was more lounge space or comfortable seating in the main/living area. we couldn’t really all just comfortably lay around together and watch a movie or play a game. Also the top space with the 3 beds/bunk was open/a loft to the main living area. It ended up being fine for us, but if that group is noisy or you have any late nighters in the living room/kitchen, sound might be a concern. That being said, there is a lot in that condo w 3 beds/baths! The fireplace put off great heat and the steam shower was amazing after a day on the mountain! Host was responsive and friendly!

Andrea’s property was absolutely amazing! It’s cozy and charming. She has included so many special touches like Christmas decorations, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and mountain furnishings. We loved it!! Andrea was also very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. I would 100% stay at her condo again. We are already planning our spring ski trip! Thank you so much Andrea for a wonderful vacation!!!

We didn't even feel like we were in a rental. The decor is lovely, the kitchen is fully equipped with good quality pieces, comfortable beds, good lighting, and the steam shower was wonderful. If we needed it, we found it. Listening to the creek was icing on the cake.

My family stayed here for our Ski Week; and my husband, twin 9 year-olds, and I all found it perfect. The place is conveniently located near Winter Park Resort and the town. There was lots of room for the 4 of us. Our kids loved all the games, DVDs, books and having their own space upstairs. I appreciated all the hooks and places for our snowboard gear. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the decor was perfect. Having a trail map framed by the dining table really helped us plan our day at the resort. We’d love to come back to Winter Park and stay here again.

We had a great stay...Andrea is a great owner...I immediately locked us out of the condo and Andrea solved the problem within 15 minutes. The condo is well appointed and provides everything you need for a warm and welcome stay after a long day of skiing. Several restaurants and amenities within a few minutes drive. We could not have been more happy with our stay. We can't wait to go back to Winter Park and stay in the exact same condo.

The condo was great with beautiful views and room for our kids to play outside in the snow. Our kids loved the upstairs room and selection of movies. We had a great stay with our family and condo was in a great location to reach ski area and town easily. Shuttle stopped steps away and good parking for vehicle.

Our family of four enjoyed this condo very much. It was very clean and spacious and the location on the creek’s edge cannot be beat. Lovely trails for hiking or biking right up the street and conveniently located between the resort and downtown.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was well decorated and comfortable. It was very clean. The view of the beautiful trees and creek were lovely. We enjoyed the sauna and the kids enjoyed having videos to watch. My kids are between 5-12.

This three bed three bath condo is located less than 15 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort and access the The Lift is right across the street. The kitchen is well stocked with basics including a crock pot. The loft bedroom worked great for daughter and boyfriend especially since it has its own bath. Loved the steam shower in the master bedroom especially after a long day on the slopes. Owner is prompt and responsive to questions. We will consider this rental again.

This condo was perfect for our long-weekend ski trip. Just up the hill from the town and ski rental shops, across the street from the bus stop for the shuttle to the slopes and just a few miles from the Winter Park/Mary Jane base areas. We cooked in every night and the kitchen is very well stocked. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the master bath steam shower is a bonus. We used the shuttle bus to the slopes on the first day and it came on time to the minute. The last two days we actually drove to the slopes and parked at the Mary Jane base, which was surprisingly easy.Andrea was extremely responsive the one time we needed to call her. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Winter Park.

Me and my girls stayed here for 4 nights. It was a wonderful, cozy stay with a lot of cute touches. We had everything we needed and we especially loved the steam shower! The views are beautiful and we will definitely be back!!
