Easy to find , convenient. Room is set up well.

The directions for receiving the key were different online than what was shown at the property. They should have been updated, and the old key machines should be removed.

Convenient location. About a 5 minute stroll to the old town. Supermarket nearby and despite the traffic the apartment was well insulated. Spacious and well equipped

The floors and surfaces were clean but the skirting boards and window frames were filthy in room 410. As were the light switches. The lift is extremely small so if you're taking a pram up or wheelchair keep in mind it is barely accessible. The top floor was very stuffy. Windows can't be opened. The AC unit was a lifeline. Beds aren't very comfy and neither were the flat square pillows.

The use of the door code made arrival simple. There were elevators to get our stuff up to the room. It was very quiet. We used the washing machine and had plenty of space to hang our clothes to dry. The room had a refrigerator and an equipped kitchen. A fuse blew while we were there and the customer service person was extremely helpful and polite! The problem was solved quickly!

Everything was as expected.

Self-service, code-key received on time, as promised. The apartment is VERY CLEAN and full of facilities such as microwave and coffee maker. The location is also great, few minutes from the main bus station, and around 15min from the Old Rauma.

The rooms were clean and it was in a decent enough location.

Sound travels through the ventilation system so we could hear the conversation in a neighboring flat while we were trying to get to sleep.

Location and the cleanliness and the room size. Good basic facilities.

The air conditioning did not work and due to the heatwave we did not sleep too well. Opening the windows was a bit tricky and as we tried to contact the service about we did not get a reply. This unfortunately affected the comfort level of the stay.

We have stayed a night at one of the apartments. Very well furnished, you could easily cook a dinner or wash clothes even. Located not far from Vanha Rauma and the city center with free parking lot. We loved the self check-in.

It was very hot in the room and we could not open the windows as the top was too high even though we are quite tall. However, there was a fan in the room so it was not bad :)
