Questo è il luogo ideale su una spiaggia privata con vista panoramica sul Lago Tahoe, a pochi passi dal mare. La recente ristrutturazione completa con mobili nuovi e biancheria rende questa casa molto confortevole, luogo di vacanza piacevole. Tre televisori ad alta definizione a schermo piatto, connessione WiFi gratuita e una cucina moderna con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e ripiani in granito sono solo alcune delle sue caratteristiche. La struttura dispone di 2 campi da tennis, una piscina lato lago e un molo privato. La diga sbocco per Lake Tahoe, rafting lungo il fiume Truckee e Spiaggia Comuni con parco giochi per bambini sono tutti a meno di un isolato di distanza.

Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows e Homewood sono tutti a circa 5 miglia di distanza ed è a soli 12 miglia a Northstar. Questa posizione non viene mai nevicato in quanto è 1/4 isolato dalla strada principale e un isolato dalla Hwy 89. Il nostro parcheggio è arato in base alle esigenze e quelle strade principali sono in costante arato, in modo che quando nevica non si deve aspettare per le strade per essere cancellati. L'autobus regionale si ferma davanti l'ufficio e va alle stazioni sciistiche.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Loved waking up to an unobstructed view of the lake. So stunning, peaceful, and quiet. I much prefer this side of the lake to south lake. It is a much more chill vibe but still has all the convinces -shops, etc., within walking distance. Can’t wait to return. And communication was fantastic. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

Really enjoyed our stay. The townhome was very clean, the view is spectacular, and the layout is comfortable for a small group of adults. We arrived after the office closed and it would have been nice to have a more accurate description of where to pick up the keys, but we eventually found them. You will not receive a confirm directly from the Lodge as mentioned in the posting, so you’ll need to reach out to them directly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is super convenient. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Everything worked smoothly. We'll definitely be returning!

Location of the unit is good for a small family. Especially if you want to stay at the unit for most of the time. Beach nearby, as well the pier, and nice walk along the lake. The main area of the unit is great (2nd floor) with a great view and all your kitchen, dining and living (TV) there. Good enough kitchenware and other necessary equipment (laundry, vacuum, heater, fan if you need them).
All the rooms and bathroom are on the first floor (ground). Which is an issue if you have a small child. No bath on the 2nd floor.
Wifi require constant reconnection, but is decent.
Not a lot to do nearby. 30-45 mins drive to South Lake Tahoe, North Lake Tahoe, or some of the ski places.

Very nice property. Beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Friendly check in staff. Kitchen well stocked with all you would need to prepare food. The weather cooperated with sun in November and mild weather. Enjoyed our stay very much! We will be back.

Love the location for this property. Everything was in walking distance, even the grocery store. Unit could use new carpet as it was a little musty but after opening the windows it seemed to go away. Overall enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave.

Overall, it was really great stay.
Easy check-in at the front office, property had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, good laundry & drying machine, even humidifier for each room.
It had a great view of lake Tahoe and was super easy to go out anywhere.
We had power outage one night, and fortunately the property had enough candles and we had enough woods burning in the fire place at the moment.
We made a lot of great memories playing with the snow, and would definitely come back if possible.

The interior decoration of the place is extremely well done. The view is great. Its very close to a number of good restaurants and a grocery store.

My family and I had a wonderful stay on our October break. We made memories playing games, hiking, and biking along the river. The location was perfect and the view of the lake was beautiful. We spend a lot of time at Tahoe and to be able to be right on the water was wonderful. I would love to visit again!

The condo was beautifully and comfortably furnished and truly had everything we needed. Having a pool was a much-appreciated option along with easy beach access to the lake. Location is a convenient walk to restaurants, shops, recreation facilities. Loved our stay and definitely would rebook.

The condo was great and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay! Loved the location within in walking distance to many things and you can't beat being on the water. The only disappointment was due to the water level being so low and not able to use the beach or kayaks, etc. on the property.

Fun at the Lake
What a treat to get stay right on the lake! We liked that there was a kayak rental spot really close as well as a fun playground. We appreciated the lists they had for nearby restaurants.

Nothing at all to complain about. Checkin, checkout and everything in between was great. Steps to the water, a short walk to the supermarket, brilliant view from both levels, and the hosts thoughtfully stocked the property with little things that you may need but hadn’t thought of. Great experience!

This was our first family vacation after COVID and the first vacation for our 1 year old daughter. The unit was in a perfect location with unbeatable scenery and something enjoyable for everyone including my wife and a older kid as well. The unit was well stocked and you can definitely tell the attention to detail that owners had put in - games for kids, adults, TVs in multiple rooms, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds etc. The access to lake, shopping centers was also quiet easy from here. We will be back :)

This was our first family vacation after COVID and the first vacation for our 1 year old daughter. The unit was in a perfect location with unbeatable scenery and something enjoyable for everyone including my wife and a older kid as well. The unit was well stocked and you can definitely tell the attention to detail that owners had put in - games for kids, adults, TVs in multiple rooms, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds etc. The access to lake, shopping centers was also quiet easy from here. We will be back :)

Love the location, double patio/balcony design affording great views, and cleanliness. Had a little snafu with getting the key from the lock box. VRBO's fault on that. They don't post the office tel number on the details that pop up after final payment's made, but tell you to contact the office if you have a late check-in after 5pm. After fumbling in the dark to find the office when we got there we found the lock box and the office tel #, but takes awhile to get through the phone tree to get linked with an answering service that has to call back with the lock box combination. Luckily we weren't fumbling around in a blizzard trying to navigate the condo complex and get the combination!

Best VRBO
This VRBO was amazing. The location was very walkable to shops and restaurants and had great views of the lake. It had a very well stocked kitchen that was great for group dinners. Check in and check out were easy. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay and loved the location and views. The upstairs living area is wonderful and cozy. Great amenities and well-appointed kitchen. Only thing we didn’t love was the radiator heating in the fairly small bedrooms. It was difficult to get the temperature consistent with the radiator (was either freezing cold or stuffy and hot). Other than that, a wonderful place to stay and great jumping off point for all of North Tahoe.
