Great Condo With Ocean Views!!
Unità 133 nei condomini Islander. Abbiamo 2 camere da letto (ognuna con un letto matrimoniale) e un divano molto comodo per una persona 5, 2 bagni e 1 bagno di servizio. Vi offriamo una cucina completa, lavatrice e asciugatrice, cavo e wifi. Ci sono due balconi, entrambi con vista sull'oceano - un ottimo posto per il caffè del mattino o un cocktail serale! Abbiamo due piani così ognuno ha il proprio spazio senza sentirsi angusto. Nota: dovrai salire le scale per accedere all'unità.
L'ampia e aperta zona giorno è il luogo perfetto per la famiglia dove rilassarsi! La proprietà è di fronte all'oceano e offre anche una piscina privata ad uso dei proprietari di unità / affittuari. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia - non si può chiedere di più !!

This was a beautiful property in a great location! Just a short walk to the beach, and a quick drive to many local restaurants/grocery store/etc. The home is nicely renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The property manager was very quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Property was clean and well appointed. Beach was nice and close by. No real view of the beach or ocean from the balconies (just a small glimpse in the distance between 2 buildings). I would stay there again.

This is a small rental with lots to offer. 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 balconies. You have a 5 min walk to the beach and a beautiful pool just steps away. Property is kept clean and the surrounding area is very quiet . Everyone you meet is very pleasant.

The best thing about this rental was the location. It’s real close to the beach and it was nice having an option for the pool on the days that you’re over the sand. The AC worked great, the condo is as described. The upstairs carpeting is a bit dated but overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great location in a great beach town.

I had a very enjoyable experience. The place was clean & the pool was amazing! We had just a few minor issues that didn’t get in the way. I would recommend, but you do have to climb steps to the unit door, then steps to the condo.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is beautiful with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy.
Two balconies with a great ocean breeze.
The pool is great and the entryway to the beach to just steps away.
We really enjoyed our time and would love to return again.

Just wish the pool was open during the week we were there! Thankfully the owner let us come a little earlier on Sunday to use it when it was open!! It was great! I think it opens weekdays the week after we stayed!

Good space. The unit is on a second level. Bedrooms on second level. You have some ocean view from balcony. Area clean. There is street parking available if you are having friends to visit.

Easy to get to all daytime and night time activities by either walking or Uber. I will be looking to stay there again next year for the same golf tournament if the condo is available

Condo on the Ocean
Great location! This condo is located right in front of the path leading you onto the beach, we enjoyed our walks to and from the beach and into town to shop and eat. The condo is roomy and comfortable, with two balconies that allow you a glimpse of the gorgeous water and sunshine until evening, perfect for reading, relaxing or happy hour. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. The amenities all worked well, we utilized the washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven and coffee maker. The bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas were spacious and cozy. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

Perfect location for my nieces wedding in A.C. Roomy, close to the beach. Would stay here again, felt like home. Would refer family and friends.

Great vacay spot, close to beach.
Apt was great. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and preparing most of our meals. Cart in closet off porch to carry chairs and umbrellas to beach was a great find. Hard to figure the tv out but didn’t need it. Maria responded quickly to all our questions. All in all, would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot for everything
We had an amazing stay. It was close to everything and quiet and peaceful. We were very comfortable. The binder with local information was a great touch.

Horrible
The property was not maintained. There was mildew and mold in the master bathroom that apparently someone tried to cover up with chalk, shower curtain had mildew. Blood stain on mattress cover. Maria was nice to speak with, but I never would have rented the condo if I knew the condition of it.l There are more to say, but I feel a future renter will get the gist.

We enjoyed our stay at Brigantine Beach. The property was clean and quiet. Would stay here again. Our first vacation after the pandemic. Maria was very nice to work with.

Everything about the property was great. Super clean and very comfortable. The location couldn't be better...you can walk to the beach in minutes and the cove and jetty are about 1 mile away.

Easy Uber ride to AC. This was the perfect property for us. We loved the layout with the bedrooms and two ba the upstairs. Two balconies. Easy check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!
The property was clean and the location was perfect. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The home was fully stocked so we really didn’t need to bring/ purchase anything. Communication with the owner was great! My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Spring Get Away in Brigantine
We love Brigantine and this was a great condo. Definitely lots of improvements to the complex (new siding, new landscaping), the pool area looks nice (hope it is open for the 2021 season). We really enjoyed the deck views of the Master Bedroom. You can see the beach and the waves from the deck and it was a nice place for morning coffee or a happy hour drink.

Close and Comfy
This rental was perfect for our early season get-away. Maria was so helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Her home is big, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Close to the beach and shopping. We would definitely return in warmer weather to take advantage of the big beach and lovely pool.

Beautiful Place to Stay
The property was clean, self check-in was easy. Parking was easy. I just wish it was nicer weather to enjoy the beach! Great communication from the host! Would love to stay at this location again next time in AC!

Cozy Stay!
My sister and I wanted a small getaway with our 2 friends for the weekend and this condo was perfect! It was very clean and spacious. The countertop with the stools was all we needed for eating and playing Monopoly :D Maria gave us a few places to visit which was very kind of her to do, I'd definitely book with her again!
