Questa casa barca separata è allestita come una suite d'albergo direttamente sul lago ... con un avvolgimento completo attorno al ponte.
Questa è la nostra guest house, non solo un hotel. È come essere a casa ... lontano da casa.

È il rifugio perfetto ... privato ma non lontano da tutto
È una grande grande stanza soleggiata con una sensazione molto aperta. Ora abbiamo pavimenti in vinile.
Il bagno è stato ristrutturato con una bella doccia piastrellata e nuova vanità e lavandino. L'intero interno è stato appena dipinto e aggiornato.
Goditi i panorami dalle nuovissime finestre panoramiche. Guarda i tramonti e il chiaro di luna
Rifletti sull'acqua dal tuo mazzo privato.
La cucina è completamente equipaggiata..

'Rusty e Brenda erano dei padroni di casa eccezionali. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'intimità del bungalow con una camera, pensiamo che potremmo andare in pensione in un posto simile. Tutto ciò che ti serve in un'unica grande stanza: favoloso! Ho trovato la vista su tutte le finestre la mia parte preferita del soggiorno.

Very relaxing!! Had good food and drove around the lake while my son fished a bass tournament. Visited some NASCAR shops and had tour at JR Motorsports. Lineburgers steakhouse was great! Hello Sailor had nice view of lake, had drinks and appetizers.

The property was beautiful, just the right size for two. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sun set. It was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Lake Norman!!

We enjoyed the deck after sundown when it cooled off a bit. The dock across the lake had an obnoxiously bright light that came on and off, other than that the sounds and ambiance were very beautiful.we would not come back in the summer too hot for us!

My husband and I stayed at Brenda's place for a week while visiting our son, his wife and new grand daughter. It was so nice to come back to this place every evening and have some peace and quiet. It's a busy area but you'd never know it there. Her gardens and yard area are so nice. She was very accommodating. We'd stay again for sure.

My husband and I stayed at this quaint Lake Norman boathouse converted into a studio apartment. We booked it for 3 nights. We were in town to see our grandsons play in a lacrosse tournament. Brenda, the property owner was very helpful and wanted to ensure that our stay met expectations. We loved the location, especially the front deck that afforded us beautiful views of the lake. We will definitely return if our grandsons continue to play in the local tournament.

Myself and my fiancé stayed Friday-Monday and it was amazing. The property is beautiful and Brenda was very helpful and kind. It is in a very convenient spot with stores nearby but private and peaceful at the property. I hope we can stay here again in the future!

Exactly what both my partner and I needed. Relaxing, quiet and lots of thoughtful touches throughout the boathouse. We grilled out on the deck, watched the boats go by, and bobbed around on floats to cool off. Brenda was a wonderful host, and although sadly we didn't end up meeting, she was available by text and call. We will be back for sure, this place is a gem.

We wanted to love this place, and upon arrival it was great. Set-up beautifully, lots of little touches to make you feel at home. Cozy and clean. Quiet cove on the lake. We had gone up to Lake Norman to visit our adult children and I shared that reason with the property host before booking. We were greeted upon arrival and had a great chat…told the property owner we were going to dinner with our kids and would be back later that evening. When we finished dinner, our kids wanted to come by and just visit with us for a little while - we rarely get to see them, so we invited them to come see the boat house and we enjoyed some time catching up. There is limited parking, so we made sure to have them park off the road so they wouldn’t block the owners driveway. They quietly departed and we went to bed. When I got up the next morning, I realized I had missed several messages from the host reiterating that the rental was only for 2 adults and I was not permitted to have any guests on property. I clarified with the host that it was our kids and that they didn’t stay overnight…but it was made clear that they were not welcome to stop by or visit with us on-site. That certainly put a damper on our experience for the remainder of our stay. I realize that the owner has a right to set their own rules and they live there so they want peace and quiet. However, I felt the host was being unreasonable. The posting does say 2 guests only…I thought that meant overnight guests (obviously there’s only one bed). But they mean only 2 people on-site, period. If that is what you are looking for, then this may be the place for you.

Great week at Lake Norman!
My dad and his wife stayed in the property and absolutely loved it. It was very clean and it's right by the water with beautiful views. My only complaint would be the walk down to the house. It was a somewhat steep hill and my dad is 78 years old. It was very difficult and tiring for him to walk up and down the stairs multiple times a day, especially when carrying luggage.

A quiet retreat
A very quiet, private property with a lovely lake view. I was there by myself but felt at ease because the the owners were just yards away, and they communicated with me several times. Very close to restaurants and Publix and a short drive to Mooresville, with tons of shopping and restaurants.
