We just headed home from our stay at this location. The hosts were wonderful and responsive! The house itself was perfect for our group which included teenagers! We received a great info sheet via email which included closing times of local eateries and stores. This was very helpful as the town is not like an all night everything open kind of beach town. I would absolutely recommend this host/location!

They owners were great and gave us a list of food and stores nearby before we arrived. The house is a short walk to the beach and we saw manatees in the canal behind the house. They had 6 beach towels and tons of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys! The house was perfect! Will definitely go back!

This is our second year coming and staying here! We love the house and Mexico Beach. The house has everything you need (in the kitchen, space, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc), plenty of room and beautiful. Love the location away from the crowded beaches. Very low key. 1-2 min walk across street to the beautiful quiet beach . Great balconies and deck. 15 minutes drive to Port St Joes with restaurants and grocery. Food trucks walking distance and rental bikes, etc across the street. Owners are very responsive and helpful! Will definitely return again. We love it here.

Would highly recommend this property. Really like the direct communication with the property owners and they are very responsive. This is a perfect house for a family as everyone can have their own space when desired. The house presents exactly as the pictures indicate. Kitchen is small but very well stocked— we cooked most meals and lacked for nothing. Comfy living space with nice large TV and access to multiple streaming services. Also a few games available. Nice garage with a large selection of beach chairs, toys, and a terrific buggy to carry everything over to the beach. Bedrooms were comfortable and like the 4th BR option with the 3rd floor loft. The complex itself is well maintained and the house overlooks a canal with boats-very pretty. You are about 1 block from the beach and it’s very easy access. Grandkids aged 6 and 4 had no trouble with the walk. The beach is just the best anywhere in my opinion and it was very quiet and lovely in Oct. If you are looking for a lot of restaurants, activity, tourist types of things, Mexico beach is probably not for you. If you like peace, pristine beaches, and great accommodations then this place is for you.

This was our second year staying at Mexico Beach. While we didn’t stay at this exact house last time we stayed in this community. Very easy access to both pool and beach. They have redone most of the boardwalk so that was nice to see this year. There are still some spots to watch out for.
The house was equipped with everything we needed! There were some things that needed addressed but the communication with the owners was amazing and they were very quick to reply.
I would definitely recommend this house and location to anyone!

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach but most certainly wont be our last. The quietness and emptiness of the beach was wonderful. Our stay was great. Home could have been a little cleaner but other than that the Owners are exceptional. They responded very quickly to our messages and handled things right away! We will def stay here again!

This was our first time visiting Mexico Beach, we will 100% return! Great house and location within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. All the essentials were onsite- beach cart, towels, chairs, toys, etc! There was plenty of room for our family of six to spread out. Would absolutely consider re-booking in the future.

We loved staying at Waterside Village! The house was big enough for 8 of us to stay comfortably, and had some many conveniences that were above and beyond any other rental we've stayed at. We love to cook a lot of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans and tools, and the grill was big enough for us to cook enough for our group. The location was a short walk to the beach, which is where we spent most of our time. The area itself is pretty quiet, which makes the beach less crowded. While there wasn't a lot nearby for shopping/dining, we took advantage of the local fish store (Shell Shack) or taco truck (La Brasitas) down the road, and got ice cream a short walk from the front door. We drove to Port St. Joe (10 mins) for groceries and a gym, but we liked that when we were at the house the area wasn't overloaded with other tourists, like neighboring Panama City Beach. Also, Mike and Tracy were very helpful when we needed to reach them. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time at this property! Very close walk to the beach, the pool and hot tub were fantastic! Beautiful beach with nice white sand and gorgeous sunsets! The house was very clean and came with everything we could have needed! We will definitely be coming back again!

This was such a pleasant experience. The home was as described. The kitchen is so well stocked. The location is wonderfully close to the beach.
Unfortunately Mother Nature didn’t cooperate with us so we stayed indoors for the majority of our stay. Fortunately there were games to play, movies to be watched, books and magazines to be read and naps to enjoy.
I highly recommend this location during good weather for those who like to walk the beach, walk down the street to a few small local shops and restaurants. If you want to go to a movie or the mall you will have to travel about 30 minutes. It’s not horrible but it is necessary.
We enjoyed a nice meal in Port Saint Joe one afternoon and some shopping in Panama City another day.
Book with confidence as this home has lots to offer and a great owner to work with.

Great pool, great mattresses. TV difficult to figure out, common areas not clean, carpets filthy, boardwalk hazardous and unable to use, workers working outside our window. Garbage disposal not working properly. Owners not responsive to our needs.

Property was just as the listing described. I would have rated 5 stars in all areas however the boardwalk to the pool was in horrible condition with almost the entire walk way having rotten boards, several with holes in them and we were not comfortable using it.
The only other issue was the door keypad on our last night stopped working. We just used the side door and tge garage door at that point. The owner was quick to respond to the issue but since it was our last night we it was not a huge concern. Overall great home, beach was quiet and less touristy which we loved.

An Amazing Vacation!
Mexico Beach holds a special place in our heart. This was our family's first visit to Mexico Beach since the hurricane. It was as beautiful as before the hurricane. What hasn't been rebuilt is being rebuilt now. The beach is clean, quiet, and a great place for a family. The restaurants were good too. We missed Toucans but we heard it is going to break ground at the end of the summer so we look forward to visiting it again next trip!
The house was perfect for our family of 6. It offered everything we could want and more. Our kids loved it being 3 floors. When we weren't eating at Mexico Beach or Port St Joe, we had a fully equipped kitchen to cook meals for the family. The beach is only a short walk (a block) across the main road which was perfect for us. Thank you and we can't wait to visit again soon!

Beautiful Stay
This house was perfect for our family. Very clean. We had a wonderful week and would definitely come back! We enjoyed the beach being less crowded and it was just a short drive to Port St. Joe where we found really good restaurants. We even drove to PCB a couple of nights. Perfect location!

Relaxing vacation in Mexico Beach
We enjoyed our stay in Mexico Beach. The beach was beautiful. The house has a wonderful layout. Our girls enjoyed the 3rd floor loft and the boys enjoyed catching creatures (fish, lizards, etc) on the dock. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The beds were very comfortable. The beach cart, umbrellas, extra beach chairs, etc. were very useful and appreciated. The only negative was the number of roaches we encountered. Yuck! Overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

This property was amazing. It had 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook whatever we wanted.
They had beach chairs and umbrellas to sit out on the beach very comfortable.

Fun Times with Family
We really enjoyed the beach house. With up to 8 people staying on a given night we still felt comfortable. The walk to the beach is not bad at all and the chairs, sand toys, and beach cart were a nice bonus. Really liked the back porch looking over the canal and the kids liked the pool. It's great for little ones with the stair step shallow end. The hot tub felt great I wish I could've enjoyed it more. Walking to restaurants, coffee, and beach shops was convenient too. Only complaint was the cleaning service left a little to be desired. Still I would definitely return again.

Relaxing Stay on Mexico Beach
The property was roomy enough for 8 people without feeling crowded. Comfortable beds/pillows. Even the couch was comfy! Very nicely decorated! The kitchen had whatever you need for cooking. Loads of plates/silverware. Large TV with an extra HDMI cable if you want to hook up your laptop. The location was a short walk to the beach (which is beautiful). Chairs available in the garage along with some beach toys. There were also beach towels available. Washer and dryer were handy. The pool was on the other side of canal - very nice with graduated steps, plenty of tables & lounge chairs. Never felt crowded. We liked eating breakfast on the deck chairs overlooking the canal. Peaceful mornings. Overall a comfortable and wonderful stay - we all got to relax. And we loved the keyless entry.

Really nice place
This is a really nice place. When we arrived it was very neat and clean. The owner was very nice and communicated well with us when booking the property. The location was great as well. Our kids were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this property.
