Coastal Haven è una casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni situata alla fine di un vicolo cieco con un ampio cortile completo di amaca, grill a gas e tavolo e sedie da giardino. 2 delle camere da letto hanno letti matrimoniali e la 3a camera da letto ha una serie di letti singoli. Great place. Perfect sized small house. Loved screened in porch and fenced in yard.

We loved our stay! The house is at the end of a very quiet street and the park is right next to it. Easy to walk to restaurants and close to the beach. The have a fully stocked kitchen and a grill with plenty of propane. The outside shower is on the back corner of the house and private. We used it to clean up after being at the beach all day. We are definitely coming back!

My family really enjoyed staying here! Very nice and quit place. Neighbors are sweet and the location was great! We always love and have a great time on Saint Simon’s Island!

We throughly enjoyed the rental and it was plenty room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The porch was a great bonus for my husband’s reading retreat. We appreciated the outside shower for cleaning off all the sand. The location was perfect and a short drive to everything. This was our 3rd trip to the island but first with the kids/grandkids. We will definitely return. Thanks

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and super clean home! The communication with the owner was stellar and we had everything we needed. This was the cleanest home we have stayed in on VRBO and the screen porch with private fenced yard was the best! The location is awesome and SO close to the beach and town!! Thanks for a great time!! We will be back

This is a lovely home to stay in while visiting St. Simon's Island. It is close to many parks, the beach and restaurants. Our favorite place was Neptune Park - it is next to the Village. The owner of the property is very helpful and kind. The neighbors are friendly. There is a small park across the street where I took our pup every morning. And the neighborhood is quiet at night. The home is clean.

Nice, comfortable and well equipped house that is well maintained and in a central, quiet location. The screened-in back porch with ceiling fans and tv was great and used on a daily basis. Because of its central location it was easy to get to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It all made for a great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Haven. The house was clean and well appointed. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and the screened back porch made it easy to watch her play. The property is adjacent to Demere Park, which provided a nice walk through the butterfly garden each morning before heading to the beach. We hope to return someday soon!

A yearly birthday celebration with our daughter & granddaughter. We enjoyed having plenty of room and we could include our pup. A short walk to the beach and we all slept like babies. We shall return!

We've enjoyed going to Saint Simons many times. This house is easy to get to, and within 5 minutes of beaches, restaurants, and the best parts of the Island! The house is easily laid out for families, and its location is great for privacy.

We had the best time staying here. It’s in a great location, very close to everything. Everything was very clean, and comfortable. We took our small dog with us and it was very pet friendly. There is a great screened in patio on the back with a TV, and the yard is completely fenced in. Host was great in communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again

This lovely home was just the perfect base of operations for our annual girls adventure vacation! So close to both Jekyl Island for an 18 mile cycling experience. Cumberland Island makes a wonderful day trip with lots to offer for any nature lover! Coastal Haven is a short bike ride away from great restaurants and the Barrier Island Brewery! Thanks to our terrific host, Dawn!!

Had a wonderful time at Costal Haven. The house was perfect for my family. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home was well decorated and very well kept. We were in walking distance of many good restaurants, the beached, and village shopping. We hope that we can book it again in the near future. This is a beautiful, private home. Attractive and comfortable furnishings. Screened porch was my favorite spot. Fenced yard was a plus for our dog. We were talking about going back soon. St. Simon's is a beautiful island.

Can’t say enough about our experience on this property. Our first impression when walking into the house was how immaculate and clean beyond any other property we have stayed. The neighborhood is quiet, well tended with a park nearby to enjoy. Location is wonderful, 15 minute to the beach where you can purchase a morning coffee or enjoy an evening libation while the sun is waning into night. Plenty of good restaurants in the area, too…Fiddlers, Crabdaddies, The Crab Shack, Beachcombers, not to mention our new favorite discovery this year, Barrier Island Brewry. The village is a short walk (20 minutes) where you are greeted with more restaurants and shops! Don’t forget to check out the ice cream at the sweet shop! If you are from OHIO, the buckeye ice cream is “to die for!” Our hosts were gracious, unobtrusive, but present. Don’t stay here, if you don’t like perfection! We will be back!

The home was perfect for our needs. Everything that we wanted was available to us. The location was perfect for our son's wedding venue and for travel around the island. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms provided privacy for my husband and I and my daughter and son-in-law. The owners provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. When we weren't busy touring the island, we enjoyed playing the board games and cards that were in the entertainment center.

This was an amazing property, just right for my husband, myself and our two adult sons. The screened-in porch was a morning coffee and evening wine, hang-out. The property owner went out of her way to make sure that we had flexibility in our booking as Hurricane Ian threatened to disrupted our plans. Luckily, all was well and we had a great family get-away! We will be back!

My wife and I visited Coastal Haven this week for our first outing since the pandemic began in 2020 so we were really looking forward to it. We were not disappointed. We’ve had some hits and a few misses over the years with renting beach houses for our vacations. Coastal Haven was a major hit for us. The house sits on a very quiet cul-de-sac and is quite charming and cozy. The interior is nicely done with good furnishings, comfortable beds, and decent bathrooms. One of the nicest features we liked was the screen-in porch on the back of the house. It’s complete with fans, nice rattan furniture, and a tv if you’re bored. It’s perfect for sitting back and reading a good book. All-in-all, we found the place matched the Vrbo listing, was clean, well-kept, and in good repair. It was stocked with most everything you’d normally want to have in a rental like tp, paper towels, etc. This is one of the nicest places we’ve been and plan on coming back for another visit, maybe next spring.

We had such a good stay at this house! The place was clean and comfortable, with a nice screened-in back porch perfect for morning coffee. Location was great - a little far of a walk to the beach for our 5-year-old but a really quick trip by car or golf cart. Neighborhood is quiet and close to the village. Owner was responsive. Dawn’s home was just as described. It was perfect for us and our puppy. Restaurants, shopping and the beach were close by. We would highly recommend this home . Dawn was very good about communicating with us .

We had the best time! I also forgot to write in the guest book but we arrived on Monday. Access to the home was very easy! The home was very spacious! The backyard was enjoyed so much by our dog!

First time on St.Simon Island and it won't be our last. Great house. A nice comfortable home with a very well stocked kitchen. The screened in porch and patio were well utilized. Our 4 legged friend really had a blast!! Dawn was a fabulous host! We can't wait to return one day.
