Questa unità è decorata professionalmente ed è una sistemazione classificata in platino - tutto ciò che potrebbe essere necessario per condividere una meravigliosa vacanza in famiglia.
Nella Great Room troverete un divano che trasforma in un letto matrimoniale - La TV è un grande schermo piatto appeso al muro. Le porte del patio che si aprono sul Golfo !!! Una cucina completamente attrezzata è adiacente alla zona pranzo guardando oltre il golfo. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e si affaccia sul golfo con porte scorrevoli in vetro sul balcone.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The room was great and very big for the amount of people we had. The bunk beds were great for the kids and they loved them. I do suggest some kind of ladder to get up and down from the top bunk. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only problem we had was the battery fell out of the door and was loose and sometimes the push button to input the code would not work and then come back on. We had to get the downstairs office to let us in the room with a key one day because the battery was completely out of it on the inside of the room. We were told it was due to slamming the door, however the door had not been slammed and I know that because it is so heavy to even open there is no way it was slammed. Other than that happening I would still give this room and property a 5 star rating and would stay here again with my family.

PCB never disappoints...My family always has a great time! The only thing that the rental slacked on is ppl pay Big cleaning fees and just about every dish we used had to be (not normal wash) but scrubbed before we used bc of left over food that was in them from many ppl before us.

We love this condo and would definitely rent it again. It was nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable beds. We loved the 17th floor balcony because of all the marine life we saw: manatees, dolphins, sting rays, sea turtle and other fish. Also love that it is at the quiet end of PCB.

The condo was perfect. Our only issue is while we was there the maintaince had to come in twice to work on the fire sprinklers. Just awkard and inconvient.

The condo is beautiful! We loved the decor and cleanliness! It was well stocked with supplies and towels. The bed was so comfortable! Parking with assigned spot was convenient. The only critiques: another lounger on the balcony would be nice, there was only one; lamps for reading in the main suite; perhaps bring a charging strip for phones, etc. We would definitely stay here again!!

Saw a lot of dolphins and fish from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable and condo was very nice. Only thing I would suggest is that the master shower could use an update. The bigest problem was that we were there when a tornado hit and had no power for 2 days and then there was repairs and constrution ongoing after that that made the stay annoying. But none of that was the fault of the company we rented from. We also had very nice neighbors in the condo next to us.

1702 is an Amazing place!! My son, and I came for a father and son trip and it was perfect! Pictures don’t do it justice of how beautiful it is. With the huge balcony overlooking the most beautiful water and beach you’ve ever seen that even if I wanted to I couldn’t give constructive criticism. I ended up booking two extra nights just because it was so fantastic. We will DEFINITELY be looking forward to booking again. Again, I can’t recommend 1702 enough. The decor and layout makes you feel right at home. It has everything you need. Thank you for allowing us to rent it!

We live in Navarre and wanted a little staycation. This location was great! It was towards the end of Thomas Drive, so it was not crowded. We walked to Scooners and Newbys on the curve. The state park is close and we walked the beach to their pier. Location was great, comfy beds and they even let us have a late checkout when my work wanted me to be on a conference call at checkout time.

We were thrilled with our stay at Treasure Island. The condo was perfect - so beautiful and everything we needed was there. We loved the location- walking distance to many great restaurants. This has now become our favorite place to stay. Each room has it's own parking place which was very appealing when you leave - you know your parking place is available when you return. We will return and loved this trip!

The check in process was very simple and smooth. When we walked in the condo was very clean and ready for us. It is so beautiful! The decor is so great and there’s plenty of seating for our family of 5. The nook with the bunk beds is so cool! The beds in the condo are so comfortable and the bathrooms are very spacious. With being on 17th floor is was high up but the balcony view was great. Huge balcony with great furniture to enjoy the views! The location of the complex was great for us. It’s just at the start of the main strip so we were out of the way of the business but also very convenient to places we wanted to eat and shop and explore. We had the best time on our week at Panama City beach in this condo!!

The condo was exactly as described. The view from the 17th floor is spectacular! We saw quite a bit of marine life. The condo is super spacious and very clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept so well! There is an area at the complex with really nice grills for renters to use. We didn’t use them, but the bunk beds were a smart addition to the space. The market by the pool came in very handy to grab a bite to eat. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Covered parking was also a plus! You will need to bring your own beach chairs and beach towels if you choose to not use the rentals in front of the condo. I could go on and on.

Unit was perfect! Exactly like advertised. View is awesome. Elevators were quick. Walking distance to enough restaurants and bars that I never had to drive all week. I even walked to the marina for my deep sea fishing. Really liked the location. I would definitely rent this unit again when I am back in Panama City.

This rental lives up to its “stunning” description and then some! My husband and I are so grateful to have had the pleasure of staying there. It’s beautifully decorated and really does have everything you think you’ll need during your stay. Everyone is so friendly and the beach view is priceless. The only downside we experienced was an issue with the main shower, but my husband contacted property management and the issue was addressed right away! If given the chance, I definitely look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend; you won’t be disappointed. 🙂

This property & condo was definitely on point with everything, in my/wife opinion. We normally (eight yrs) travel to the panhandle from DFW & I must say , this condo, Ohhhh!!! The view is Amazing!!!! 17th flr.. Yes Indeed. The balcony is huge. with loungers, chairs, table. etc . I fell asleep a couple of nights on the balcony. So relaxing & refreshing..
Now the condo inside was just like the picture shows. The.beds in both room was so soft, relaxing & comfortable.. Believe me, the beds, bedrooms. bathrooms. washer/dryer kitchen, utensils, closets, towels, etc, was available & Nice in the condo. You didn't need nothing else, other than pet pads for our furbaby. No problem. We always have them. The condo was decorated Beautifully!!!! The style fit the beach.. Kudos on that!!!
The property outside had trash chutes on every floor, so you didn't have to haul trash to bottom floor. Elevators were fast. Pet area .. Nice pool. Hot tub, conession area, drinks/foods. Beach was Wonderful!!! Soft White Sand. Clear Green/Blue Water!!!! Beautiful 😍

I have stayed in MANY Many Many VRBO Lower Grand PCB FL and this one except an ADA bathroom was EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL!!
Super wide doors for me. Location, room location and covered parking are Spectacular.
Thank You, this is a super clean room, quick elevators, And an accessible ramp to the beach.

I choose this particular condo because it said pets welcome. Well, only one pet is welcome. I brought my two dogs. I was quickly told i would lose all my money if both my dogs stayed. What was I supposed to do? They suggest a kennel, NOOOOO I'm not taking my dog somewhere I don't know. Fortunately, my daughter was going back so she took one. Awful beginning. I was so excited to have them both at the beach.
