Loved the location close to key west! Place was clean and comfortable! We are already planning our return!

Very nice, roomy cottage. Great view both sunrise and sunset. Nice dock to fish off of. Sadie our lab loved all the places to walk on property. Simply paradise!!

This is a quaint, conveniently located property. Plenty of room on the dock for our boat. The cottage was very clean and quiet. We had an extremely relaxing week and hated to leave. I highly recommend booking your stay here !

Based on the description, i assumed this was a large property with lots of listings and the amenities would be a good distance away...i was wrong and I loved it. Smallish property with lots of privacy, the amenities were so close! Also, it was great to be in a home away from the crowds on Key West at night. I slept peacefully at night and had a blast during the day when I did drive to Key West.

When we first arrived there were a few things that needed attention. I texted the owner and within only a couple of hours the repairs were done! We loved the property and will likely return.

Great time! Close to everything

This place was very clean, quaint and comfortable. The only thing missing was a toaster and a soft blanket would have been nice. The one there was coarse/rough. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked clean and was a good size. The people in the adjoined cottage had a dog that would bark at night so that was annoying. Definitely only enough room to park one small vehicle. I was glad we opted for a sedan at the rental agency. Again, the people next to us had 2 large trucks so maybe if you’re fortunate to have more considerate neighbors you wouldn’t have any parking issues.

The property is a simply furnished and located in close proximity to Key West. There were plenty of local services. The compound the unit we stayed in is on the water, and has beautiful views. The docks were a nice place to keep the boat we rented. Made it convenient to get the day going. The compound is big enough to give everyone some privacy. I would go again. It was perfect for me and my son. It is his last year in High School so it was time for us to hang out together before he leaves for college this fall. We had a great time staying here. The unit had everything we needed. The location was fantastic for everything we wanted to do in the southern Florida Keys. We plan to stay here for our next trip to the Florida Keys!

This property exceeded our expectations. This property is perfect for a simple and relaxed getaway. There was a community feel to the property, and everyone was so friendly!

Easy access to all the keys. Very clean. Sunken living room might not be a good choice for someone with bad knees bu we would not hesitate to stay again.

Nice place a little hard finding which place it was. Discription vague on which one. Had to go back in and look at the pictures instead of house number. Nice pool and close to water. Frig door is missing. Other than that good place.

My family had a wonderful time at this property. Our host Susan went above and beyond our expectations for our accommodations. We can't thank her enough for her hospitality. It was a clean, well-maintained, well-equipped, nicely decorated property, close to the water, with a short drive to Key West. We encourage anyone looking to go to the keys to stay here. Susan is a 5-star host.

The property is clean. All the furniture should be replaced. They are very old and stained. The bathroom sink needs repair, the shower is fine. The TV remote doesn't work. The property would be much better if there was a ladder or stairs at the dock to get in and out of the water. The water seemed to be a great place to snorkel. The chairs by the water are broken and not safe to sit in. The pool area also had broken chairs. All the problems I read in the previous reviews have not been fixed. The electrical outlet is still exposed. This could be a very nice place if they would fix it up.

I would rate this property as fair to good given the price.

The cottage was fine. Was nice to have the ceiling fans since we were not supposed to turn the AC below 75 degrees otherwise it would have been a little warm. Furniture in the living room was dated and had stains on the upholstery. There were not enough wash cloths for the 4 of us that stayed, but after a call to the owner a full set of towels and wash cloths were delivered by bedtime the first night. Location was good for visiting Key West without actually staying in Key West (saved us some $'s). The electrical outlets behind the beds in both bedrooms had no cover plates on them, which is really dangerous - electrocution or even fire hazard. This should be addressed asap for future guests.

Great place to stay and relax and enjoy the quiet. We enjoyed a quick trip to Key West for the day and looked forward to get back to the slower pace.

The property was clean, well finished and reasonably priced. The location worked well for us. However, one of the rules of this property was that the air conditioning could not be turned below 75 degrees. Everyone has different sleep comfort preferences. Personally, I can’t sleep at 75 degrees. Since there was no explanation as to the reason for the rule, I can only assume it’s a cost factor. Please pass this cost on to your renters and let them choose their comfort settings. I wouldn’t stay here again and sweat through two sleepless nights. Respectfully

This was a wonderful place to stay! My son caught a 3 foot barracuda off the dock the first night! It was nice and cool, quiet, clean and had everything we needed. Plus it was in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit. We will return!!!

It was a great property to rent it was right where I needed to be for the things I wanted to do im very happy from start to end I would definitely stay at this cottage again thank you so much for a great experience

We were very pleased with our rental Cottage #5 The rental was clean and cozy. My husband loves to fish and we’re able to fish right on the property but we were bitten up badly by noseeums although that’s not really anyones fault we are still itching and bite marks all over our bodies days later.

Everything was perfect. Just as described. We had a great time.

We've stayed at this property the last 3 years. We love the boat dock outside our door and the ease of taking the boat to the ramp. The property manager answered our question in a timely fashion and the owner also sent a reply back very quickly. The small issues were heard and addressed. Pet friendly & great location!

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The location was perfect for us. Close to the boat launch for our boat and only about 20 minutes from key west as well. The unit was clean and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Would stay here again!
