Spacious 6 bed/4.5 bath East Beach home with Pool! Pup-friendly!
4310-9th Street è un posto perfetto dove tu e la tua famiglia potete riunirvi per rilassarvi e distendervi! La casa è convenientemente situata nell'iconico quartiere di East Beach. Sei vicino alla spiaggia ea circa un miglio dal centro Village / Pier. Con due aree soggiorno separate e una pianta aperta c'è molto spazio per tutti. La casa ha recentemente avuto tutti i bagni e la cucina rinnovata con elettrodomestici da cucina nuovi di zecca. Godetevi la pianta luminosa e aperta con molta luce naturale ovunque, oppure sedetevi all'aperto e rilassatevi accanto alla piscina mentre ammirate le splendide querce.

I am not prone to negative reviews, but voiced my concerns to rental office, and staff member said it would evaluate and possible compensation would be discussed. Bedroom fan will not work without the light being on as well, causing that guest to be very uncomfortable. TV in den was reported as not working and technician never came.

Property was recently renovated. It’s in east beach which is nice, but the 9th street beach access was messed up so you had to go to 11th street to get on beach (10 mins extra walk). The beach is really wide at 9th and 11th so the walk is pretty good once you get to the access too. Tv in second living room never would work and there was palmetto bugs getting in the house and dying. Pool is nice but mostly shaded. They have people to come take the trash to the road and clean the pool for you. Thought it was worth what we paid for it, but if the price goes up I would book another property.

The beach was easily accessible by a short walk, and the neighborhood was very safe. I liked that the house was all one level and very roomy to accommodate our large families. Everyone had plenty of room. The owner and the real estate agents were very helpful. We will definitely recommend this property as A+ and will return to visit again.

We had a great time staying in this house. We love that it was all on one floor.. There are plenty of bedrooms and space to get away from each other when need be, and then to all come together in the living room or out at the pool when we wanted. We enjoyed the house for so many reasons-location is great on East Beach 1 1/2 blocks off the beach, 1 level on flat ground, 6 bedrooms with comfy beds, great layout, privacy, and even a garden! Master needs a dresser even though there is a huge closet! Maybe some solar lights around back or string lights would give a little more light. Clean!

This house was perfect. Very spacious for a family vacation. The location was perfect too. Loved being close to the marsh as well as the beach. East beach is beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. They had lots of beach chairs and other beach necessities available for use. Kitchen was well stocked. We always do a low country boil and large pots were stocked in the kitchen. The pool area was great too. Very private with lots of room and fenced in so you can let dogs off leash. The only dog problem was the neighbors dog that kept using the front yard and driveway to do her business. Owners did not even care to pick it up. Overall we loved this property and if we come back next year would definitely rent this one again! Real escapes property managers were very pleasant and friendly over the phone. Which I appreciated.

My siblings and our spouses try to spend a week together at the beach. We range in ages from 70 to 86, but we still enjoy swimming and playing cards daily. There are no steps in this house which is a great plus for our crowd. The house is pretty much perfect in regards to bedrooms and bathrooms and large kitchen and large table. A handrail for the pool would be great, but it has been our experience that the pools down on the island just do not have handrails, but we managed. The realty company was great. Our only was that the wi fi router needed boosting, and it was locked in a room unaccesable to us or the repairmen. The lack of WiFi was very inconvenient as we only had it in the living room. We have reserved this home for next summer also, we will have the WiFi issue cleared up the first day, if there is a problem.

Great property
This house was spot on with amenities and space to house 3 families and not feel overcrowded. The ONLY complaint I have was upkeep and cleanliness of the pool and outdoor area. LOTS of leaves everywhere, deck patio, pool, clogged in gutters and made it very dirty.

We were so happy to be back at this property after a few years. It worked perfectly for our family and brought back so many memories. Love the floor plan and the pool. The second bunk room was definitely a plus. We could have used a few more things in the kitchen,such as a big pot to cook shrimp in and a blender or food processor. However, the owner was nice enough to bring a food processor over for us to use. The management company was very responsive. We would certainly love to stay here again, for sure!

Nice home with plenty of room
We had 7 adults and 3 kids. This home allowed us plenty of room and some to spare. Nice quiet neighborhood. No traffic, felt very safe. Grandkids absolutely loved the pool. Beds were comfortable with spacious rooms. We cooked several meals and was able to find all the dishes and cookware we needed. Perfect get away!

Baker Beach Vacay
Property was great for our party of 12. The design of the house with two sleeping wings linked by the common rooms (kitchen/2LRs/DR) In the center around a central courtyard with a pool was perfect. The kitchen had all of the needed amenities and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Beach access was not far, walk about a block down the road and through a short path and you were there. On the last night, we ended our stay with a family luau barbecue around the pool. A wonderful ending to a very enjoyable trip. I would come again!

Rented this house at the last minute for an Memorial Service for a small group of family members. It was perfect. From picking up the keys to dropping them off, everything went smoothly. The house was spread out which offered enough room for people to have their private space but a nice large area both outside and inside for people to sit and talk. I would rent this again.
