We had a great stay at the home and the Clubhouse pool was fantastic for the kids. We had an issue with the pool and Fred responded within minutes and saved the day. We would definitely stay again. Paul

Loved the downstairs bedroom for my older guest. Had one concern with pool screenings and was addressed by grounds keeper immediately. Would recommend this property to others.

We had a great time at this property. We enjoyed the pool and resort facilities. The hot tub at the home is not a hot tub. It is a whirpool with luke warm water. But this was perfect for us after a warm day. Communication was great and our local resource was extremely responsive. Property was very close to restaurants and groceries.

We stayed here with our two kids (6 & 8) plus grandparents. The house had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and have privacy. The house was very clean and well maintained. Some furniture and accessories had been updated from the pictures when I originally booked, a nice surprise. Would stay here again.

We had a great time at this house! The address was tricky to find in the beginning but was easily found. The only drawback was the very limited amount of paper products/ laundry soap. I had to buy both for only one or two that we needed. I also wish the heating of the hot tub and pool was included in the rental cost but other than those things the house was perfect for us.

This property was perfect for my family vacation for the holiday. It was accurate to the description, and the host was very accommodating. The only thing I was unhappy with, was having to pay an additional almost $200 for the heated pool feature and the pool and hot tube were not warm at all. For that cost I was expecting it to be a nicer temperature. Overall nice stay!

Had an issue with the code when we arrived, but Fred took care of it for us right away. The bathrooms and furniture by the pool had lots of mold . There was just enough toilet paper for a day and no paper towels, kitchen towels or any kind of spray cleaner.
The bedroom were large and spacious. The house was conveniently located to all parks.

This place is 15 minutes from any Disney park, in a secure, quiet neighborhood. The property manager was fantastic and super responsive and the hot tub was a LIFESAVER for relaxing muscles after a long day. Cannot recommend this place enough to anyone making a trip to Orlando!

Great safe location. Security is of the utmost when it comes to my family and I never felt so safe. Little misunderstanding at check in but property manager took care of it immediately. He was easily accessible and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this lovely home to all family and friends.

The property was fine but the security on site were very unhelpful. We didn’t want to hire cars but the security made our stay very difficult by not issuing a pass code that we could use to enter and leave the resort by taxi.

We were so impressed with this property! It was exactly as listed. We loved having our own pool in the back, after long days at Disney we didn't have to worry about sharing or being around other people, we could just relax on our own. We didn't pay to have it heated, at least in June it got warm enough during the day that it was perfect. We had 9 of us that stayed at the house and had extra space! We never felt crowded, there was enough space in the living room and kitchen for us all to hang out together but then we also had our own rooms for when we needed a break. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is close to all the Disney parks as well as Walmart and tons of restaurants and gift shops. It was nice to have a short drive to get everywhere, especially after such long days. We didn't have to contact the owner about anything, but had information in case we needed to. We would 100% stay at this property again.

Fantastic location, perfect home
We had 11 people with our party consisting of 4 different families. Ages were from 5 yrs old to parents. The home is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. So many amenities. We loved the location as it is close to all Disney parks, variety of restaurants, shopping, supermarkets and only 25 min from the airport.
We travel here together every year as our daughters compete at the ESPN center annually. We will definitely be back.

This 6 bedroom - 4 bath home was just perfect for our family vacation.
Great floor plan. Great kitchen for cooking. The children loved the very spacious backyard pool.
The resort this home is in perfect for a family vacation. Fitness center, game room, snack bar and a huge pool with a water slide. Highly recommend this home and the resort. We will be back,

Great Stay!
This property was great. We were there as grandparents with adult child and spouse and a very active 14 month old. The home was very spacious, affording privacy for us. Especially liked the outdoor table that was under cover ( for some rainy days) and the toddler proof fence around the pool!
The beds were all very comfortable also.
The pool was nice ( but a bit cold) We loved the playgrounds and splash pool that Windsor resorts had also.

Good family location and amenities.
In town for the International Building Show. Plus Disney, Seaworld, beaches, etc. Property was perfect for 5 adults and 3 kids. We were very happy we paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated, we used both every day! Great location, comfortable, clean. The entry gate was a pain for a late arrival, but we get it - gotta keep the neighborhood clean and safe.

Great Experience
This property was ideal for a family vacation convenient to the Disney Parks. The house was well equipped and beautifully decorated. We were impressed with how well equipped it was for the one year old including high chair, stroller, portable crib, and a portable stair gate. Positively exceeded our expectations.

Perfect Vacation
This home is lovely and was perfect for our group. We had a one year old and everything you could possibly need was available, high chair, stroller, portable security gate for stairway. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the themed rooms. The pool and hot tub were a big hit and was great for the days not at the theme parks. Our crew loved this home and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great vacation. So much better than a hotel. Having your own independent space with all the conveniences of home makes for a perfect vacation.

Family Christmas vacation
This was the perfect house for our large family. We all had a great time and enjoyed the house. There was minor wear and tear but overall everything was super nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation
This house was the perfect size for our family vacation. It has a great pool and hot tub, and the community clubhouse with the waterslides pool and arcade were great for every age in our family. It was close to Disney World and other attractions that we wanted to go to. Our guest contact was Fred and he was great at responding immediately and even came immediately to help us with a pool problem . Thanks Fred! My only suggestion would be to have more washcloths and towels in all the bathrooms, but I would still book this house again in the future.
