La proximité de l'hôtel par rapport à mon lieux de travail
Le spa, le massage, toute la cellule bien être était en travaux, je l'ai appris en y voulant y allé, la piscine étais sale, pas de bar, pas de table. Le restaurants proposé au premier étage n'est pas au niveau de l'hôtel qui est 5 étoiles, le petit déjeuner était déplaurable, le déjeuner et le repas pareil, on a l'impression que les serveur découvre les plats en même temps que nous, le restaurant chinois est passable, le reseau wifi est nul, impossible pour moi de travailler sur mon ordi, donc gros retard pour mon travail, les chambre était à désiré, mégot et cendrier caché sous le lit, la femme de ménage est passé une fois en 2 jours, la télévision est en chinois, tout est en chinois, les chaînes de streaming proposé tel que Netflix n'existe pas car comme je l'ai dit auparavant le télé est en chinois donc l'interface aussi, impossible de changer la langue, les seuls chaîne disponible sont les 6 chaînes satellites qu'on nous propose avec canal +, mais bon il faut espérer avoir une télé qui ne grisaille pas pour avoir un visuel confortable, ça pourrais être un très bon hôtel mais malheureusement j'ai l'impression qu'il a étais racheté il y a peu de temps donc tout est en travaux, il faudrais mettre à jour les équipement disponibles sur l'annonce pour ne pas tombé de haut lorsque qu'on arrive à cette hôtel, dommage et très déçu, mauvais rapport/qualité prix.

Cleaning of bathroom and toilets needs to improve. The fridge in my room had left over decayed loaves of bread. Chinese restaurant on the 1st floor food was too salty. TV station was restrictive. More channels including movies in english.

Cleanness, closeness to the center city and hospitality of the low paid staff.
It’s extremely difficult to see opening of its reservations online. Even when I tried to extend the reservations I already had, I couldn’t do it online. It took me days to get approval of the extension of my reservations. It would be better if they can make it accessible for those who wants to stay there instead of picking and choosing who they want to stay there. Also, there be no problem accessing the Wi-Fi in the common areas instead of always having to ask for a password in the common areas. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay but you can’t even find openings even when you try to have reservations online one year ahead of time.

There are no COVID-19 safety measures in place. Breakfast is an open buffet where anyone can touch, cough or sneeze on the food. This is a terrible hotel run by Chinese who are only focussed on money. The food is terrible and I do believe I caught the COVID-19 virus at this hotel! Buyer beware!!
Staff are poorly trained and can be pushy and prescriptive if you request something they are unable to provide. I asked for 2 sunny side up eggs for breakfast and was horrified to receive a full on omelette with meat and vegetables mixed in. Even worse is that staff have no concept of cross contamination. They fried my omelette ("2 sunny side up eggs") on the same grill as they did pork bacon which is a big NO-GO for any muslim/vegetarian person. This is a horrible hotel. BUYER BEWARE. You have been warned.

*****THE BEST HOTEL EVER FOR THE BUSINESS***** I love so much this hotel about the security since the front door of the hotel until the front door of your room and any convenience about in the room was very nice and clean,I travel for my AU business for 3 months that I go to every hotel and moved a lot in EAST a WEST that I can appreciate this hotel is the best in Africa zone as you unexpecting like I am in europe zone hotel, about the staff even some they cant speaking well for English but they tried to do the best and so funny to spoked small French language with them even small Chinese but the manager is professional like a native.
All are very okay by the place and service, I'm just go in the special day of all staff busy to taking care of many guests after the vice president of Guinea Conakry was die and many soldiers all the seat inside the hotel was full between waiting to check-in after booked via booking.com

Room are good and comfortable. The staff is friendly and responsive.
Noisy place with dogs fighting during the night in front of the hotel. The disco opposite side of the main gate is disturbing. Food is limited to the buffet, no menu and very low standard.
