The cottage was perfect for us!

I didn't expect the room to be a cottage, I know it stated one bedroom apartment but was confused about it's location. I had to call Vacasa to verify the location. Other than the location of the apartment was confusing, the cottage was perfect for us!

Location was great. Parking was easy.

Wasn’t able to use pool due to it being closed several times throughout the days we were there. Several times someone either threw up or did something that cause the pool to close. Pool was very crowded. Although we had a bed and pull out couch …. There were no blankets just sheets for the beds. Grill electric start didn’t work. (Must bring lighter ! )

We absolutely loved the location, so close to everything and the pool was gorgeous. It was incredibly easy to get all of the passes, wristbands, and access to the house. Bed was really comfortable and water pressure was great! Overall a really awesome experience.

Most of the furniture (ie couch, coffee table, refrigerator etc) was a little outdated. Both televisions could be updated as well. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans, seemed older as well- we used them for one meal but might consider staying longer and cooking more in the kitchen if those were updated and there were basic spices in the kitchen for us to use.

We were excited to go to Rosemary./Seacrest. The house was cute and the beds were very comfortable. The back courtyard was cute and we liked the top floor balcony. Booking our vacation was excellent and I will use booking.com again. It was very user friendly and good customer service.

The bathrooms all need an update (cracked/loose tiles in first floor bathroom and laundry). The showers/tubs are outdated for this neighborhood. The house Next door has a pool very close and there was lots of noise. The carriage house was rented behind us and they parked in driveway to our house which made us have to close the blinds on one side of the house for privacy(which made it very dark. The house on the other side of us was getting work done so people were on ladders(no privacy) and music playing. We have stayed in this neighborhood multiple times so we had the same expectation of other homes we have rented. Also, when we went to the beach, they now have signs that say private property and there wasn’t a lot of beach space for all the guests staying in the Seacrest neighborhood. I don’t like to post negative reviews but when you pay for a getaway you hope to be able to relax. Hopefully they will be able to fix some of these issues.
