La famiglia Roberts accoglie persone di ogni ceto sociale per godersi un soggiorno nello splendido Grandview Lake. Abbiamo una spiaggia sabbiosa privata. L'acqua del lago è cristallina e perfetta per il nuoto e gli sport acquatici. C'è un grande molo per uscire in riva al lago e un molo galleggiante per le immersioni e il salto. Dopo una giornata di divertimento al sole, gusta marshmallow al fuoco.
Si noti che luglio e agosto sono 7 ngt min. Preferiamo sabato a sabato ma abbiamo un po 'di flessibilità.
C'è un deposito cauzionale $ 1000 da versare 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo. Il deposito sarà completamente rimborsato se il cottage viene lasciato nella condizione in cui lo hai trovato. Eventuali pulizie extra o danni verranno detratti dal deposito. C'è anche un contratto di noleggio da firmare.
Il cottage dorme 10. Ci sono 4 camere da letto. Uno con una regina, uno con un doppio, due camere hanno letti a castello e c'è un doppio nel foyer al piano di sopra.
Abbiamo una spiaggia privata di sabbia che è una serie di scale giù dal cottage (accesso alla spiaggia anche lungo il vialetto (senza scale).
L'acqua del lago è cristallina e rinfrescante nei mesi estivi. Dalla spiaggia è una passeggiata poco profonda e sabbiosa perfetta per i bambini o per rilassarsi con i piedi nell'acqua.
C'è una grande darsena a forma di "L" dove il tuo gruppo può prendere dei raggi o puoi uscire di soppiatto con una tazza di caffè al mattino e guardare il sole che sorge nella nebbia.
C'è una canoa e una barca a remi per visitare il lago di solito tranquillo. Abbiamo anche molti PFD.
Il viale d'accesso funge anche da imbarcazione, quindi se hai la tua imbarcazione puoi portarla con te.
C'è un portico chiuso che è tutto finestre schermate che è bello sedersi di notte o quando piove a dirotto. È anche un grande spazio per giocare a carte o giochi da tavolo.

This cottage is spectacular. It’s so much nicer than the photos, and so much better stocked than we expected! The gradual sandy beach is a dream with kids (our party had kids ages 2, 3, 4 and 6). This feature made everything so much more relaxing for us because we could sit back and let the kids play independently knowing they were safe, and is pretty rare in the Muskoka area! The property is also quite large and very flat so you’re not walking 100 steps up from the dock to the house, and there’s a massive flat grassy area to play directly outside the door where most cottages are built on an unusable hill. There are so many toys and games, don’t even pack any it’s all there! Jamie was incredibly communicative. This place truly blew me away, especially if you have young kids, stop looking just book this one :)

Lovely property, centrally located to Bracebridge, Huntsville and Dorset areas. Cottage was very neat, clean, spacious and well equipped. The property had a nice fire pit area, lake was clean and clear with sandy bottom and best of all a beautiful sandy beach area perfect for kids and dog to play. Property manager was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely go back to this property.

The property is amazing. All the pictures posted on the website are so genuine. Evrything promised was done.
The Cottage is so well equipped for anything we as a family needed. We went with our child and grandparents and my husband's sister. There were toys for the child, books, indoor toys, the kitchen had everything the grandma needed for cooking and baking, so many movies to enjoy on dvd player in the living room.
The cottage is spacious so that each one of us had a chance to have find their own quiet corner if we needed it.
The cottage is well maintained, clean and beautiful. Enough room to park the cars.
The comunication with owners is so efficient and professional.
The only thing I didn't like is that we had to leave at the end of our vacation 🙃
We would definitely like to stay here again.

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at the Robertson's cottage. The cottage is very clean and has all the amenities that you could possibly need. The lake was very refreshing and Jamie was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to another visit next year.

We spent a wonderful August week at The Roberts’ cottage. All ten of us had a great time! The kids enjoyed digging in the sand, swimming out to the raft (Spider Island),going for paddle boat rides and canoe rides. There is a place to launch the boat. Lots of chairs throughout the property to enjoy the views, the sunshine and shade and the peace and quiet. The cottage is well equipped. The kitchen has lots of room for everyone to help make pancakes or dinner, The table area allowed us to eat all our meals together and discuss our day. We especially loved the two fridges with lots of freezer space. There are enough beds to sleep more than 10. We were able to have camp fires every night and the kids enjoyed the many games stocked in the cottage. Overall we were impressed with the cottage and hope to return next year.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had 10 people in our group and we never had an issue finding spots to sleep. The location is great and the owner was very responsive and great to deal with. Looking forward to staying again next year!
