Excellent location and very warm and inviting house. Walking path just outside back gate. All the amenities you would need, just bring some food and your good to go!

We had a wonderful time staying here with our dogs for our trip to Charleston. The location is great, it’s located close to both downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. The house was great and the backyard space was perfect. We even enjoyed the neighborhood the house is located within. There was several walking trails throughout which we perfect for running in the morning and walking our dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

First, I was surprised that it is actually 2 bedrooms even though the listing said 1. Had I known, I might have asked a friend to stay too. Home is accurate to photos. Very clean. The location is very convenient with Publix less than 2 miles. Walking paths for 2 legged and 4 legged. Elizabeth was quick with responses to inquires. Highly recommend Black Magic Cafe for breakfast. I would consider staying here again...though not in the sweltering heat of late July : )...yea for air conditioning.

This property was exactly what I was looking for. Originally being from the Charleston area it was convenient to the beach, downtown and family. I was able to attend the beach everyday with it being only about 7 minutes away. The downtown (Market Street) was about 15 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends.

We enjoyed the town home very much. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the back patio.

We really enjoyed our few days spent at the rental. It was decorated very cute and was super cozy. It was very clean and a great location to both Folly beach and downtown Charleston. We would most definitely stay here again!

This is a pleasant, quiet and spacious option for a stay in Charleston, just 10 minutes from downtown and a similar distaince from the beach. We would have preferred something downtown, but late planning limited choices.

The condo was in a great location regarding access to Charleston, the beach and a beautiful park. We loved the immediate surroundings with it’s lovely walking path and great patio backyard.

This place is clean and thoughtfully decorated. A great deal of care has gone into everything from the choice of furnishings to cookware and even kitchen supplies. Parchment paper and Barkeepers Friend in a rental? Amazing! The grounds were lovely for dog walks, the garden pleasant for an evening cocktail, and the location was perfect for visits to downtown Charleston and other sites.

Thank-you Elizabeth for being such a welcoming host. Our six week stay on James Island surpassed our expectations. The condo is very comfortable, clean and well-stocked. It's in a quiet, safe community with beautiful walking trails and fountains on the grounds. The furnishings have all the charm of historic, downtown Charleston. In addition, its close proximity to James Island County Park affords miles of walking and biking nature trails. There are many good eateries close by on James Island and Folly Beach as well. It's location is perfect to sights both in the downtown area, Kiawah Island, John's Island and West Ashley. We certainly will not forget our first trip to Charleston and definitely consider staying here again should our travels bring us back to the area.

This was our fourth stay here. We love this property. Elizabeth makes everything so easy. Love the changes to the back yard! Our pups love when we come here too.

My wife and I were visiting our daughter for a long weekend. She lives downtown. The home was set up well for the days when we had to “work remotely”. The location offers easy access to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. We really liked the walking path and had several alligator sightings:).

My husband and I met his sister and her husband their for Thanksgiving. This duplex was very well appointed as far as décor but the living room and kitchen were smaller that we thought. Very quiet neighborhood. The back yard area was a plus. Very close to Walmart for groceries. The kitchen was lacking glass ware but we made due. This was our first trip to Charleston in over 30+ years so it was a learning curve. We are in our 60's and 70's so will probably look for a larger place with an open kitchen since we cook a lot. Well suited for a young family.

This home on James island was in a perfect location for us as it is 10-15 from Charleston, Folly beach, Morris island lighthouse. It was located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with great walking trails. The home itself was beautifully decorated, it was very comfortable and lacked for nothing. The small backyard was very useful and very well maintained. I even did some yoga and stretching on the comfortable artificial grass!! I would highly recommend this home as a central homing point for exploration all around the Charleston area!!

We stayed 5 nights here after I had surgery in Charleston. It was clean, roomy, and comfy for what we needed. It even had a small fenced in back yard with a table and chairs that was perfect for our pup. We loved this place….will certainly be back again!

Everything about this property was clean, neat, comfortable (including the beds!) I was glad and grateful to have chosen this property for my stay in the Charelston area.

The location and home were perfect for our family while visiting and helping move our daughter at the College of Charleston. Quiet neighborhood and close to beaches and Charleston. Elizabeth was great to work with answered all questions promptly. Home is nicely furnished and comfortable.

I chose this home for its location and its sweet backyard. The two bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms were on opposite sides of the living room …. the property is quiet, we both slept really well. Every morning we had coffee and breakfast on the charming backyard patio where there was a nice shade. There are walking trails right outside the back gate of the property which go around a little pond. The house is set in a development which makes it feel very safe and secure. It’s 15 minutes to Charleston and 15 minutes to Folly beach. We ate in Charleston every night…. And went to the beach everyday. Really a great stay. The only thing I would say is bring your own coffee. They have a Keurig and a reusable pod so we could use our own coffee. They only had flavored pods. I also found the check out to be a little much …..running the dishwasher, taking out the trash, doing a load of towels and we had to strip the beds too. It was an easy enough place to leave ship shape. If you watch tv there are three huge ones. One in the living room and one in each bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is just as posted. Nicely decorated and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We loved that we could bring our two dogs with us. If we are ever in Charleston again, we will be sure to stay here again.
