Il nostro fucile nella storica zona di Touro / Riverside ha tutto il carattere dei suoi 120 anni, eppure è tutto nuovo quest'anno. 2 grandi camere da letto matrimoniali, 2 bellissimi bagni completi, cucina in granito / inox, lavanderia. Patio sul retro. 4 posti letto. La casa si trova a 3 isolati da Magazine Street con i suoi numerosi ristoranti, bar, negozi, caffetterie e gallerie. Minuti per Audubon Park, le Università, la Parade Route, Downtown, il Superdome e il quartiere francese. Siamo a un isolato da Tchoupitoulas con i famosi Tipitina. Vicino a St. Tram Charles e diverse linee di autobus. Nessuna macchina necessaria! Siamo in un'ottima posizione per buongustai con decine di ristoranti a pochi isolati e il supermercato di Rouse nelle vicinanze. Due ampie camere da letto con letti matrimoniali. Anche divano letto. C'è un cortile recintato dove rilassarsi con amaca, pozzo del fuoco e grill. Dispone di aria condizionata e riscaldamento centralizzati, cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, lavatrice e asciugatrice, cucina a gas, microonde, soffitti da 11 piedi, WiFi.

We plan to go back AND hope to book this place again. This was the perfect "homebase" for us. She had thought of everything, hand soap, toiletries, coffee, filters...all the basics. We were within walking distance of some really great restaurants, coffee shops and a hip record store. Ubers were quick to arrive at the location and we always felt completely safe. Lisa was very resposive and was available when needed. She was very helpful during our stay. It's the total package.

Ms. Lisa was a gracious hostess. She had a binder of things to do in the area. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for the weekend. It's in walking distance from Magazine Street and the breweries. A big positive for us was that it was away from the chaos of downtown New Orleans but we were still able to get there with our car, and was in a quiet,safe little neighborhood. We had kids with us so this was very important to us. We will definently be back, and suggest this home to others.

Owner/manager met us upon check in and provided very informative details like places to eat etc. House is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood and just a 10-15 drive/uber ride away from the action. We will definitely look to book this home again should we ever come back to NOLA. A++

The house is so colorful and cozy..the owner had very open communication and met us there. Super nice and friendly. Had recommendations for restaurants and informative about how to get to the quarter. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonder time. Host is quick to respond. House is clean, comfortable beds, and nice big showers. Location was great near buses and walking distance to magazine street (shops, restaurants, and buses) but yet far enough from noise. Felt safe and comfortable. Thank you

This house was perfect for us and our friends. It was super clean and well laid out, and had everything we needed for our 4-day stay in New Orleans for Jazz Fest. We took nice walks and runs in the neighborhood and enjoyed eating at some of the places Lisa recommended. Lisa was friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back!

Great little property that is well located away from the madness of the French Quarter. The house was very clean and suited our needs to a tee. Great value too.
We took advantage of the public transportation into town as well as the shopping and restaurants close by. Parking was also a breeze.
As others have noted, it is a shotgun house. You have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the second. Not a big deal for us but something to take into consideration.
Lisa was super helpful and great to work with.

We had a great 3 night stay in this unit. While it is a little ways off Magazine Street, it was an easy walk to the city bus and also hop on/off bus route. It was nice to come home to a quiet neighborhood after a day and evening in the hustle of the French Quarter.

Cute house with all the amenities. Very clean. Great location and easy parking Shotgun style so you do walk thru one bedroom to get to the other, but two full bathrooms. Lisa was great would stay there again.

The house was very cute and spotlessly clean! We enjoyed sitting in the backyard area around the gas fire pit one evening. Lisa was very helpful with suggestions on places to go and how to get there. We enjoyed our short stay in NOLA.

Clean, fresh smelling shotgun apartment close to magazine street. Hostess was very communicative. The place is well-maintained and fresh. Beds are comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Would stay here again.

Wonderful little shotgun home-perfect retreat after fun days and nights in NOLA. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood and a perfect little outdoor hideaway in the back of the house.

This was the perfect house for two couples to enjoy a weekend in NOLO. We were a short walk to the bus, yet far away from the hectic downtown. Lisa was a superb hostess and made sure we had everything we needed.
I highly recommend barracuda, the tacos are delicious.

The property and owner were just what we needed. The house is a true New Orleans shotgun and very nicely decorated. The manager was knowledgeable and shared great information about the area. The location was the best. Food, drink and music all within walking distance.

We came to NO for a long weekend with friends from Nebraska. The owner was very friendly and helpful at check in. The house was exceptionally clean with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The location was great...away from the crowds but close enough to get to great shops and restaurants and easy drive to the French Quarter, Garden District and other local attractions. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends/family.
