We loved the property- well-kept, peaceful and quiet, good A/C. Rooms were spacious and clean, towels made available for use. Everyone had fun swimming in the salt water pool and playing billiards at the pool table in the living room. We enjoyed grilling steaks and burgers using the gas grill. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with owner Dawn and daughter Ashley went very well. We won’t hesitate to stay at this home again. Cheers

We loved staying here. The home is beautiful and the pool is lovely. Great vibes in the backyard. Fragrant flowers blooming, birds singing, and lemon/grapefruit trees. Great neighborhood for walks. Took a jog in the nearby hills and saw some bighorn sheep. Close to downtown and Trader Joe’s. Would definitely go back.

really pleasant place thants nicely appointed to hang your hat in Palm Springs..well stocked kitchen and a big green golf course right out back, grill and outdoor bar, swimming pool, mountain views and a clear shot to Bob Hopes place on the hill. Dog and us enjoyed watching golfers, paying pool, and walks in the neighborhood. This home is close to everything we needed and a nice location easy to downtown Palm Springs or Palm Desert. Thanks to our hosts for sharing their lovely home.

We loved this place, and would absolutely stay again and recommend to loved ones! The open layout, privacy of sleeping quarters, fun games/pool table, super warm private pool, outdoor bar, well-equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen spaces, thoughtful landscaping/privacy from neighbors, and beautiful golf course & Mountain View all made for a delightful, fun/entertaining, and comfortable stay, thank you so much! It’s evident that Dawn and her family continue to improve the property, as the mid-mod decor, updated features of the home, and the amenities are even better in person than in the photos. I stay in VRBOs often when I travel, and we also had family staying in other VRBOs in Palm Springs for this holiday week; the home and hospitality provided by Dawn was one of the best our family has ever experienced. From our family to yours, thank you, Dawn!

A Piece of Paradise

Plenty of room for our family of 5
This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to many of attractions. The beds were very comfortable. Nicely equipped kitchen, icemaker and chilled water from the refrigerator was a huge plus. The private pool was so nice. The host was very helpful when we called.

Wonderful home base in Palm Springs!
This was a great place to use as a home base for our 1-week stay in Palm Springs. The house is roomy, comfortable, and very well-supplied. We've stayed in several dozen rental houses, and the kitchen was, by far, the best stocked ever...anything and everything you would need. If we return to PS, I'm hoping this wonderful home will be available.

Amazing time in palm springs
We visited Palm Springs for a golf trip and wanted the true California experience. Dawn and Reno’s home was beautiful and exceeded all expectations. Wonderful location and a great space for the four of us! The pool and backyard area was fantastic for relaxing. The bbq area was top notch and the pool table proved for some evening fun. Check in process was smooth and simple. Would 100% return when back in the area.

In town for a family wedding
The owners had very good communication during the reservation process and then, throughout our stay with their locally-based daughter who was our contact during our stay. All questions were answered and the house was as described in the listing - maybe even better than I expected with how well supplied it was with all that we needed to make our stay wonderful! Great proximity to all the activities a visitor would want to do while in the Palm Springs area. Thanks for opening this house to us for our visit.

Perfect gathering spot
This was a perfect spot for my family from Arizona and from Southern California to meet in the middle. The house is a fun open floor plan perfect for hanging out! The host where very good at communicating and were quick to respond. We will be checking availability on this home when we meet again.

A delightful stay in Palm Springs- The house was terrific, open and inviting mid century modern style with a wonderful yard and pool in the back. We so enjoyed ourselves for friends for 40 years and we had plenty room to ourselves in together. Would love to stay again.

Anniversary Getaway
Perfect spot to be romantic. Location was just what we were looking for as it was close to things that we wanted to do. The weather was hot, but we were able to cool down in the pool. Very convenient for pets with tiled flooring in main areas. Rooms had carpet so just need to keep doors closed. Kitchen was suited with all amenities to cook up a nice meal.
This would not be a great review without some critical comment. So the only thing I could come up with is it did not provide body soap and shampoo (if it said it on the instructions, I must have missed it).
Would definitely stay here again.

Fun Palm Springs getaway!
We had a great time, and Dawn was a courteous and respnsive host. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, but an easy drive to downtown. We loved the open concept living area, and the inside of the house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the supplies you could need and more. Our only complaint was that the outdoor areas like the pool deck, tiki bar, and outdoor furniture were a bit worse for wear. Regardless, we still had a great time outdoors enjoying the heated pool and the moutain/golf course views.

Wonderful Weekend
We had a wonderful micro wedding in Palm Springs and reserved the Brentwood Bungalow for the bride, her new husband and two best friends to stay in for the weekend. The house is even nicer than the photo's with a fun pool table. and lovely outdoor area. It is immaculate with modern and streamlined decor. The neighborhood is close to everything. The hosts were very responsive and communicated well.. The group enjoyed relaxing at the house and it was the perfect place to unwind. I would highly recommend this house for anyone staying in Palm Springs.

Amazing Property, Family Friendly
We had an amazing stay at the property. The home is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. It made both myself and my family feel safe and welcomed. The rooms and bed are comfortable and spacious, the kitchen and dining spaces are gorgeous and you have all you need to be able to have family dinners.
Dawn and her family made the check-in and reservation process easy and accessible while also COVID compliant.
The feature we appreciated the best was that the patio door has a quick sound notification if it is slid open. This was a welcomed surprise feature for us in particular because we have 2 kids under 5 and it made us feel extremely comfortable and safe that there would be an alarm notification if they accidentally opened the door and although that never happened it was peace of mind knowing it was there.
We cannot share enough how tranquil, enjoyable and relaxing the home was and look forward to future visits.

Wonderful Vacation Home in Palm Springs
We are so happy to have had the opportunity to stay at The Brentwood Bungalow and highly recommend it. The gracious hosts, Dawn and Ashley, were highly communicative from the start and all the way through our stay. We made an un-planned, last minute reservation and our hosts made every attempt to get us settled in comfortably. I really appreciated their effort. The home is lovely, safe for children, has a well-stocked kitchen, and is very clean. Quiet on the golf course and close to downtown. I would return in a minute with family or a group of friends.

My family and I spent the week of Thanksgiving here and had a great time! The house is fully stocked and great location. Most importantly, the owner is VERY responsive and the check in/out & add'l questions were a cinch to ask! The windows need to be upgraded at a certain point but overall, house was great and I would def return!

Fun Weekend Getaway
We had an amazing time at this property. It was well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The golf course setting was relaxing and allowed for the perfect view of the mountains. The house was spacious with many different sitting/entertaining areas which made it nice for our group to spread out. The communication with the owner was amazing. Check in was a breeze. We would definitely love to visit again!
