Un gioiello storico moderno in un edificio di 10 unità a Eastport o come la chiamano i locali la Repubblica marittima di Eastport o "MRE". L'edificio del 1880 è stato completamente rinnovato per catturare il fascino del vecchio mondo con i mattoni della fabbrica a vista ma aggiornato con pavimenti in legno duro, persiane di piantagioni, concetto di cucina aperta in granito, zona giorno e pranzo, bagno padronale in granito a doppio lavabo e un giardino privato con sala da pranzo e grill.
Questa è la nostra casa con pochissimi affitti perché vogliamo che gli altri la trattino come se fosse la loro. Ciò significa che è molto pulito e ben attrezzato con comfort moderni come aria condizionata centralizzata, cavo e WiFi. Parcheggio in strada senza restrizioni e comoda cassetta di sicurezza sulla porta d'ingresso.

This cute place worked out perfectly for our stay. The unit is clean, nicely decorated, and well furnished. It is in a safe and convenient neighborhood so it's one less thing we had to worry about during our hectic week with my son's commissioning week activities. The host Jenny was also very pleasant to communicate with. Overall, it's a 5-star place for sure!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Jenny & Patrick's place in Eastport, Annapolis and enjoyed every minute. We wanted to get a feel for the area, and visit with relatives in Davidsonville and friends in St Michael's. It was the perfect place to stay! We loved walking to the coffee shops and restaurants in Eastport, people were very friendly and we had some amazing food. Our VRBO was clean and so comfortable, had everything we needed and is in a great location. We will definitely rebook next time we're in town!

A spotless gem of a home on a quiet street a short walk from downtown Annapolis. Excellent restaurants nearby, plenty of free parking on the street.. A good value for the price.

Perfect spot for our family to spend with our midshipmen. Everything is walkable- and we loved taking the water taxi everyday from the abutting condo marina. We walked to dinner, the ocean is a block away from every side. Condo has everything you need, and on a quiet side street so parking was never an issue.

This property was absolutely perfect. We really appreciated the history behind this property and the way it has been updated. Unlike many properties, this is fully and thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable, Much as we loved the location and taking advantage of the Eastport/Annapolis area, we enjoyed hanging out and actually carrying in for dinners, etc. The owners were readily available and welcoming. We will certainly return and recommend this rental to others.

This is the nicest, most well-appointed property we've stayed at in Annapolis. Convenient to all that Eastport and downtown Annapolis has to offer, it's a wonderful place to stay while in Annapolis.

Memorial Day weekend
The accommodations were exactly what we needed! Beautiful place, great location….we were forewarned that parking could be interesting due to the holiday weekend but always managed to find a spot in front of our place or just around the corner. The place was well kept and well stocked with everything we needed. Great communication before and during our stay. Definitely A+

So clean and excellent communication
I was so happy right when I opened the door to the townhouse. Everything was pristine and fresh. The owner was such an excellent communicator- the whole process was so easy. Location was great, parking was good. My only suggestion would be to upgrade cable. Our weather was cold a bit so we couldn't do as much outside, so only having 5 channels was a bit of a bummer. (I needed my HGTV fix!). I would give the overall experience 10 stars if I could!

The house is beautiful and great location to DTA! We appreciated all of the extra cleaning /sanitizing items left for us as well as a nicely stocked kitchen and pantry as we find our best memories include chats over home-made meals! Jenny was great to work with throughout the process!

We stayed here for 2/C Parents Weekend and had a great time. The location is walkable to DTA, USNA and all of the great restaurants in Eastport. Clean, comfortable, great location and easy checkin and communication

Great location easy to catch water taxi's or just walk to restaurant. The Townhouse was clean and very well stocked. We will definitely come and stay again.

pleasant stay in the heart of eastport
charming rehab of old buildings. parking was easy with our usual place next to our door. Well supplied kitchen making it easy to cook during covid lockdowns. Minor issues addressed quickly by owner. Very responsive.

adorable, roomy 2 bedroom condo super convenient to USNA (1 mile to gate 1) but away from DTA.
would definitely rent here again! Convenient, excellent communication with owners, no issues with parking, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room. 1 mile to gate 1 at USNA. Eastport very quaint.

This townhouse was the perfect place for a visit to the Annapolis and Washington DC area. We had everything we needed, very comfortable, clean, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Jennifer was quickly available to any questions we had. Very walkable and safe area. We had a great time!
