Steps were pretty rough getting down to the unit. I can only imagine if they were covered in snow. Spiral staircase inside was pretty rough too. Kids were scared to go up and down it. Otherwise, it was a great place. The units could be marked better. It took us a while to figure it out. Getting to and from the shuttle bus wasn't easy carrying skis and poles and in ski boots. Kids struggled with that.

The numbering system has always been poor, but after some hunting we found the unit. Having no hot water was another issue. A few hours later we got a return call and found the value. The unit is older, the wifi (and TV) were spotty, and the 2 forks isn't enough. It was okay for what we needed which was a place to sleep and shower.

Very good stay. Would recommend adding a toaster to kitchen appliances. The house had a damp aroma which affected my allergies - not sure that could be helped. Other than that, everything was good!!! Very accommodating for our needs.

Very nice and cozy place right within the resort. Easy to get to with lots of space. Cleaning could be better. There was dust and bottle of water under the sofas and the extra blankets were just thrown in with the water heater.

We booked two condos side by side, paid in full months prior to arriving, only to find the largest condo had been sold and rented to someone else. My family ended up being 10 minutes apart, which was not convenient or what we paid for. Timbers 13 was extremely nasty, we had no TV remote for the first 24 hours we were there. I would NEVER recommend this property or rental agency to anyone.

Great location
The cabin is exactly as seen in the photos. If you are skiing at Sugar it is a great location. The beds are all comfortable. It is two stories, with two double beds downstairs and a master upstairs. Everything worked, appliances and TVs. We has a great time and would stay here again.

Cozy Getaway
Although this seems to be an older property, it is in great condition. It was very clean and comfortable. It had ample space for our family of four. The two bedrooms are on different floors with a spiral staircase separating the two. Both levels had porch access. There was a convenient designated parking spot for one car. I would not recommend it for small children due to the spiral staircase and I would not recommend it for more than 4 although there is a pull out sofa allowing room for more. The den and kitchen space are very small. It had all our family needed for a cozy getaway. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

As Advertised!
This is not the fanciest of places but it was clean, comfortable and inexpensive. A little old fashioned by today's standards but you do have to go by the management company office to pick up a key - not a big deal though as it's pretty close to where the property is located. The only real negatives I have to say about the property is the lighting in the bedroom upstairs is awful with one of the lamps acting like it was on a timer and would turn off periodically, the frying pan needs to be replaced as it has some sort of blue substance all over it and the parking kind of turns into the wild west! Apparently no one cares about parking in their designated spots.. All in all thoughm I would stay here again.

Great place to stay very friendly check in and out. Walking distance to slopes but not in ski boots. They were working on the WiFi so it should be better now. The dishwasher didn't work for us and the place has some age on it it could use a makeover. The beds we're good the fireplace was warm. I would stay again.

Beautiful, practical place for local hikers and skiers
Location is easy to access. clean place, also easy to keep clean. Small but adequate kitchen for occasional small meals. 5 stars.

Nice Mountain Getaway
We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The cabin was cozy, but had plenty of space for our family. It's in a very convenient location too, close to activities and nearby restaurants.
I wasn't impressed with the property management company. They gave us the wrong wi-fi code and it takes up to 30 days to get a deposit back. I would recommend they get a keyless entry system too so you don't have to go to an office to check in/out.
