The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed and was a great space. It was convenient for trips to Buena Vista, Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, etc.

We had a great time during our stay at your condo. The views were excellent, and the space was perfect for our needs. The only thing that might need to be addressed at some point is the two larger bed mattresses seem to sink in the middle, and might need to be replaced before long. We had a great time overall, and will look forward to possibly booking this location again in the future. Thank you.

This condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the heated outdoor pool and hot tub in the club house that was within walking distance of our condo. The view from our balcony of Lake Dillon and the mountains was amazing.

A nice, quiet place with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. You will need to drive to get to the lake and into town because it is by a busy highway, but it is very close to everything. It was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Dillon - the condo was clean and updated and in a wonderful location with incredible views. The check-in process was rough as there was no key in the lock box. We were checking in after 6pm, and there was no number available to contact a property manager at that hour. The only number in the email I received had a message stating it was after office hours. There was no emergency/urgent office. VRBO was also unable to contact the property manager. My family and I stood outside in the cold for over 40 minutes while trying to get ahold of someone to locate a key to the property. We fully understand that things happen, but an emergency number should be available to renters. After this was corrected we were told a manager would call us, but they never did. Overall the property was wonderful, just an unfortunate experience with check in and communication.

The place was great. It needs a new coffee pot. The coffee pot was a small one like you would have in a motel room. It holds maybe 2 cups. There was 5 of us. Everything else was great. We really like the view.

Wonderfully appointed Condo in the heart of Summit County. Our trip was over thanksgiving vacation, and we found plenty to do around the area with 2 teenagers (snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing). The property managers checked in (by phone) to make sure our stay was going well. Then, on the day we were checking out, a path had been shoveled so we didn’t have to load everything in the snow! Wonderful customer service. We will definitely book this condo again.

We stayed in this area before, which is why we returned. Loved watching the activity on the lake and the view of the mountains. Minutes from several hiking trails. Close (but not too close) to downtown Dillon and Silverthorne and I-70. Summit County is a special place for us. I hope that we have the opportunity to return.

The view of the lake and mountains from the condo can’t be best. Access to the rec path was just across the hwy. The condo itself was spacious and clean with a good size kitchen and updated surfaces. Would def return.

View was awesome, response of management company was fantastic, easy to communicate. Beds were clean and comfortable and living room furniture was great to sit and watch the changing clouds/weather over the lake and mountains.
Only issue is be aware the road noise is very loud - you do not hear a peep of it inside, but it makes sitting on the patio to enjoy the view a bit difficult. Also no air conditioning and it was a bit warm in Colorado.
Overall enjoyed our stay, the view was great, the location so convenient to much.

Property was easy to get to, centrally located, clean. It fit our 5 person family wonderfully. The condo was well stocked with utensils and towels. It has an amazing view of Lake Dillon! Sunsets and sunrises were amazing!

We enjoyed our stay at Dillon Bay condos and found them clean, well equipped and lots of room and great location near Dillon and the local ski areas and management was great with communications and getting in and out with ease.

Great Location
We came to Colorado to visit family and to be able to stay in the mountains on our vacation. This condo is in a perfect location close to all ski resorts and Dillon. Great views of Lake Dillon, it felt like home. The only down fall are the beds need to be replaced.

Very cozy condo!
My family and I loved the view of Lake Dillon and location of this property. While we couldn't get the fireplace to work, the property warmed fast with regular heating. The only disappointment was the mattresses weren't comfortable for the adults, but my granddaughter loved the bunkbed! We enjoyed our visit to Keystone and this cozy property.

This was a great location away from the busy ski villages and super convenient to drive to all of the ski resorts and into town. The view is truly wonderful since you are across from Lake Dillon. The condo is on the 3rd floor and we had the best view of any we have experienced in this area. We watched the walkers, bikers and cross-country skiers out on the lake each day and tried to ski there since they groom a trail on the lake. Unfortunately, the walkers and bikers tear up the path. Additional Pros: (1) most well-stocked kitchen I have ever rented including 2 blenders, crockpot, all cooking implements, great appliances, (2) main bed was comfortable (3) space was clean and tidy, (4) great TCL TV so could access my AmazonPrime video account and watch awesome movies, (5) wi-fi was easy and fast, (6) great check-in & check-out texts and emails, (7) Skyrun management company was super responsive and brought us batteries right away when needed for the remote control. (7) This location was super close to drive into town and was much more convenient than trying to drive all the way from Keystone. I would definitely stay again due to this convenience. (8) Garage was great because it snowed several nights and it fit our mid-size SUV just fine. Not so great: as others have written, there is a road between the condo and the lake so you will have road noise when the living room sliding doors are open. (9) When it comes time to sleep, the bedrooms face the other side (non-road side) so is very peaceful at night. Also, the owners were clever and installed double sliding doors to mitigate the noise on the road side so the living space is very peaceful and private when doors are closed. I highly recommend this condo for a winter ski vacation location.

Space and layout was great for family of 5. The kids loved each having their own bed to sleep in. I had to call SkyRun several times with questions and later after we checked out upon realizing that I left come clothes in the dryer. They were very responsive and accommodating.

Great location for winter activities, easy access to all the local mountains. Great views of Lake Dillon from the balcony, which makes for a relaxing experience. Kitchen is well stocked for a rental, but you’ll need to get creative with glasses and cutting boards (lots of mugs but few glasses and only one tiny cutting board that we could find). Cozy space with a fireplace and seating for plenty. We would return to this condo!

The process to reserve went smoothly and the property was exactly how the listing described. The property manager was quick to respond to our concerns. I would suggest a larger coffee pot for that size of a place, but we found everything else adequate to suit our needs.

Loved the location!
Beautiful view from the condo. Absolutely everything we needed was available. We would stay here again for sure. Only complaints would be that the master bed bedding was not clean when we arrived. I washed it and they brought us new bedding the next morning. The carpet going into the master bath is getting worn. If you step just right you will feel the nails coming through. Nice area and very enjoyable.

We LOVED our stay! The condo was exactly as described. All the amenities were there from the clean towels and bedding to everything necessary to cook meals. The views are awesome! A little road noise but we overlooked that with the fabulous view of the lake and Rockies! Will definitely come here again! Thank you!
