The place was great! They hosted a group of 20 of us very comfortably. Plenty of beds for everyone with a fun pirate ship theme. Only issue we ran into was water pressure going out if you tried to use multiple bathrooms. Other than that, we had a blast and had a great visit!

we stayed at this home for the 3rd year in a row and again it's an amazing home, clean comfortable with lots and lots of room and supplies in the the 4 clean bathrooms in the house. fully stocked kitchen and the best part is how close it is to the beach. The owners were easy to deal with and very responsive to all of your questions.

This is a great property really close to the beach. There was plenty of space and clean. Nice wrap around balcony and plenty of parking.

Despite a few issues checking in, and some minor damages that need attention the place was great! Everyone loved the proximity to the beach, the nearby social atmosphere, and the accomodations.

Rented it for my 50th birthday celebration. Enough room for about 30 people or more to be honest. Bunk beds in 3 bedrooms but some of them had queen mattresses. Equipped with all of the linens, towels and appliances. Short walk to beach and bar/grill. Great location. The only disappointment was pictures show an empty lot next door but it’s a new home construction being built. Tbh We would stay again

Everything was messed up about this house. We had to wait at the door of the house as Host did not send code for the lock. Switches were loose and piping was in poorly maintained condition. BBQ stove was in filthy condition unusable. Corroded sink pipe broke for which we were penalized $300 (refundable deposit not returned) which will not cost $50 handyman job. Host never responds on time. Never recommend anyone to stay here.

A great vacation near the beach with amazing patio and boat themed beds..

I celebrated my birthday this weekend and finally got to have everyone get together. This house was perfect for that! There is plenty of space for everyone to gather and sleep comfortably. It’s a quick walk to the beach and Zuhair was more than helpful throughout the process! Will be renting again :)

Renting was easy, got a response quickly. Some of the guest saw bed bugs , on them, first thought was fleas but was bed bugs, they took everything home tied up on bags tied tight, had problems with kitchen sink that was fixed quickly, very nice property manager

Came to Houston for a funeral. Decided on a beach house for 17 rather than hotel rooms. It was perfect. The owners snd PM were very easy to deal with. Customer service was outstanding. Thank all of you.

Overall the stay was good. A couple of things that could help the stay much more pleasant would be , Fully working water faucets in kitchen and bathrooms, updated kitchen utensils. Better flow in the rinse off shower downstairs and working ice maker on the fridge. Zuhair was always ready to reply which was a plus. The place was good for our party of 25. We had enough space for all to sleep and have fun. Very close to the beach.

Beautiful, clean house. My kids and family had such a wonderful weekend in this beach house. Definitely an experience they will never forget. Can't wait to come back soon.

House was in good shape, some minor issues in need of repair but everything worked and we were able to enjoy our stay even being such a large party. The big plus for the house and the one reason why we decided to rent it over other houses, was having 4 full bathrooms, which is very important when your party is of 20+ people.

The property was is good condition. Really enjoyed the stay.

Overall, or stay was great. But....one faucet in the master bathroom didn't work, the master shower was warm at best (not hot), the A/C quit working due to the filter being so dirty (it was repaired same day), and the cooking utensils could use updating. The house is very roomy, and has lots of room for seating, eating, and playing games. I would recommend staying here. Thank you.

House was just the right size for 14 of us. House was in great shape. Just two cabinet doors that were loose. We fixed. 2-3 minute walk to beach. We generally go to Port A, but will probably come here more now. Also closer to home. manager responded quickly if we had any questions.

This house was amazing! We had our family vacation here and it was very spacious the rooms had so many beds and the house had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes away and our kids could come and go as many times as needed. The owners were very quick and responsive. I love the area and how calm it is. Definitely a place to go it’s a close drive to other great beaches and Galveston

This is a house of endless sleeping areas. If you have a lot of families with small children, they will all have a bed. The owner was very responsive to our needs and requests throughout our booking and vacation which was great! Arriving to a house without basic supplies was frustrating, but they quickly remedied the situation by sending the cleaning crew back over with what was missing. As you can read from the other posts, this property suffered water damage during the big storms. Unfortunately, there is now a resulting mold issue that the owner was not aware of. I'm sure he's hard at work fixing it because we did report it and he responded surprised but appreciative. (Be advised that there are only two dining area chairs to sit in. All other seating for eating are backless bar stools.)

Would recommend this house for a family trip

The house was just like the pictures, however I believe this was the first renting after the historical Texas freeze. In my opinion, the owner should've turned everything on and tested pipes prior to agreeing to rent the house. When we arrived, the cleaning was not completed and lots of maintenance was still taking place due to pipes that had burst. We were able to get in about an hour late, which was fine. However, we had sheet rock people coming in and working later that evening and they did not want to be left unsupervised with our belongings, so we had to leave late for dinner to wait for their completion. That night, we discovered the hot water wasn't working. After conversing with the owner, he promised to send someone the next day. The water was finally repaired around 2 the second day, with us once again having to change plans to "babysit" the worker. The salt air and sand doesn't leave you very thrilled after a day and a half without hot water, so most had already endured cold showers. Also, has a disagreement with the owner over my dogs. Seems I overlooked the small print about how many dogs I could bring. So, I had to pay a lot of unexpected pet fees or be put out. I'm sure in the regular season, this is a wonderful place to stay. However, for the price we paid, I was not happy with the amount of interruptions and inconvenience. Having a cleaning fee and also expecting the house to be swept, vacuumed, mopped, etc. seems like a racket. I always leave places clean, but I'm not sure what the cleaning people have to do after I've done everything but washed the laundry. I've never left a bad review before and I hate to leave this one, but honestly, everyone left disappointed.

The master bathroom had water damage that kept coming up through the floors and the sink didn’t work. Despite letting the property owner know the carpets are wet they never showed up and one room was soaked through the whole weekend. We had to keep laying towels down and relaxing when they got soaked, which was often. The property was nice but our stay with very disappointing because of that.
