Splendida nuova costruzione, proprietà sul lungomare nel fondo della nave. Con lo spazio abitativo e la camera da letto principale che si affacciano sul lato anteriore della baia ad est, sarai accolto ogni mattina con vista all'alba. Progettata pensando al lusso, alla privacy e alla comodità, questa casa dispone di quattro camere da letto, ognuna con il proprio bagno privato. Inoltre, ogni camera ha vista sul mare, con tre delle quattro camere da letto con ingresso sul ponte privato. Una delle caratteristiche più singolari di questa nuova casa è la terrazza sul tetto con ingresso dall'interno della casa. Goditi le opportunità di relax e svago sul tuo molo con spazio per una barca e tanti giochi. Per comodità, la lavanderia è stata costruita al secondo piano della camera da letto. We were trying something new this year on the Jersey shore and this did not disappoint. Property managers were responsive and helped with orientation to a new area too! How was great for our family and paired with another property in their portfolio made for a success for 35 people! Even in questionable weather due to tropical storm, we had a blast!

The home was gorgeous, clean, full of amenities and in a great location. The price was excellent too!!

The interior was beautiful, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The location on the bay is perfect, with stunning views from the deck and rooftop, and convenient access to nearby restaurants.
However, there were some downsides. The back area was a bit overgrown and the BBQ grill was rusted and had parts strewn on the floor, which was disappointing for us since we had intended to grill.
We did appreciate the email regarding linen service, providing the option was so convenient and was great not having to bring our own.

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at this property on LBI. It was perfect for visiting with our nearby family. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the house was spotless upon our arrival. Beautiful views both during the day, at sunset and at night. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space, great location, great outdoor space, extra great for a bunch of separate families with everyone having their own bathroom and lots of space for all in the living area. Three stars because the number of small inconveniences really pile up. Sheets/bed linens are not provided, nor did we have more than one roll of toilet paper, one dishwasher pod, etc. It was really a pain given we were flying in to try and manage things like that. If the host had provided these necessities it would have been a slam dunk five star.

Great week on the bay!
The house was everything the listing said it was. Very spacious rooms, beautiful views and plenty of space for all of us. Everything was clean at check-in, we received detailed information from the owner prior to which made it a breeze to get everything set up. The neighborhood was quiet, but with friendly neighbors. And there was a nice little bay beach 2 blocks away with a great playground for the kids. We also found a couple of good food spots, on recommendation from the owner (Ship Bottom Shellfish & Bageleddi's were awesome!).
We did drive to the beach, just because we had all of the stuff for the kids, which would have been a lot to carry. But there was a wagon and other items for use in the garage which would have made it manageable. We always found a parking spot on either 19th or 20th easily to then access the beach.
Would definitely stay here again!

The rooftop deck was a highlight as it provided 360 degree views for the fireworks on the 4th! We would highly recommend this property.

9 of us stayed for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. Was such a comfortable stay. A well stocked, beautiful kitchen made for a perfect Thanksgiving dinner/day. I will miss the views from sun up to sun down, most especially.

Great location
Our family had a great stay at the house. The house itself was very clean and the setup was designed for multiple families to spread out and still have privacy. The main floor was amazingly spacious and bright allowing for all to help in the kitchen and still remain close for eating and socializing. Not far from the beach and the bay beach is even closer. Thank you so much for a great stay!!!

What a great house!
Beautiful and spacious (the photos do not do it justice). With more than enough room for our family of 6, this home could easily host 2 families with children as each room also has its own updated and beautiful bathroom. Every room has a view including the window through the front door. Great house for entertaining. Another perk is a 5 minute walk to a small beach on the bay side - perfect for families with young ones. Loved waking up to the serenity of our little bay and seeing the gorgeous sunsets up close at night. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home, Mike.

We had the best stay at Mike’s property celebrating a birthday with 10 of our closest friends and family. Everything was as listed and Mike was super accessible for any last min questions our group had. We will be back!

LBI Wedding Weekend
My wife and I rented this beautiful home for our daughter's wedding weekend. Everyone that stayed with us or visited us was absolutely impressed with the home, it's design and all that is offered to guests by Michael. It was the perfect place for the bride and her bridesmaids to have their makeup and hair done and then to get dressed for the wedding. The wedding photographers took many pictures inside the home and with the home as the back drop. The "First Look" between Bride and Groom was on the dock. Thirty family members and friends were watching from the three awesome decks on the home. Tears of joy all around. Most importantly, Michael was beyond accommodating. What a terrific owner! We will never forget this special weekend or your lovely home that was a big part of it. Thank you, Michael!

Just spent a relaxing week at the beach in this beautiful house! The views from every room in the house are gorgeous! The house has everything you could ask for. Close to the beach and walking distance to shops. The rooftop deck for sunset cannot be beat!!

Very comfortable, attractive and well furnished home. Dock on the back of the property makes it easy to use the Bay any time of day without a big fuss. Decks on the back of the house provide a wonderful place for hanging out in the morning and evening.

The house is beautiful, clean, well kept, and nothing short of perfect. My only complaint is that the house comes with a true chef's kitchen without the necessary chef's tools. A few more pots and pans and cutlery would be a great asset to this house. That said, I would absolutely stay here again. We went for a girls weekend, but it's a great home for families, too! It's a short walk into town, and close to some wonderful shops and restaurants. There were more than enough beach chairs available so we didn't have to bring our own. The view was amazing from every balcony and the rooftop deck. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay, and the owner was super easy to work with. Can't wait to visit LBI and stay in this incredible place again!
