Hommikusöök ja teenindus olid suurepärased. Väga mõnus ja hubane väike hotell otse ookeni ääres. Suurepärane oli olla rõdul ja lihtsalt vaadata ookeanilaineid. Otse toast oli mõnus minna suplema ookeani.

We stayed at this property from 29th Dec 23 till 2nd Jan 24 occupying the wholes residence. The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean and well set up. Location was very good and Cargills express with in walking distance was very handy. 5 minutes drive to coral reef in Hikkaduwa. The best thing was the staff catered all our needs. The owner had regular contact us make sure our stay was pleasant. All in all it was a very good stay. *****

Also das Ten 30 ist einer der schönsten Unterkünfte in Hikkaduwa .Reise jetzt mittlerweile 40 Jahre immer mal wieder nach Sri Lanka bin immer wieder über die Freundlichkeit der Menschen hier . Das Ten 30 hat wunderbare große saubere Räume mit fantastischen Blick aufs Meer übrigens alle Zimmer.Das Personal ist über aus freundlich und hilfsbereit nicht zu toppen..Die Besitzerin ist immer auf das Wohl ihre Gäste bemüht.Wirklich extra Klasse .vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals Regina und Hartmut

We were party of 12 women and for none of us to have any issues with any aspect of the accommodation speaks volumes. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. Stay came with breakfast which was great, teas and coffees on demand. Would highly recommend.

Nothing really however there was a slight issue with AC temperature of bedrooms when we arrived but was swiftly sorted by staff.

The view from the rooms is amazing, the staff is super friendly, helpful and very flexible. Food is good as well. we had a wonderfull time.

everyday room service would be nice, but you can always ask for the staff to clean your room anyway

The facilities exceeded our expectations

This is a beautiful, clean, and cosy hotel. Early check-in was managed without any questions and fees. The hotel’s location is very reasonable. Privacy and quiet are guaranteed. The beach next to the hotel is marvelous and delightful. The beautiful waves and not crowded. The breakfast and dinners are amazing. The breakfasts are very healthy. We could choose any dishes for dinner, regardless of the menu. Hotel staff executes and predicts any desire —for example, a trip to the fish market for selecting the seafood for your dinner. What could be more beautiful than breakfast or dinner on the ocean without fuss in complete seclusion with the perfect service! You are supposed in any case, and all your questions are resolved very quickly. We are grateful to all the hotel staff for their care, attentiveness, and friendliness. After our vacation, we’ll remember not only beautiful sunsets but also delicious dinners at the hotel.
