The place was in a great location and decorated very nice and had the amenities that would make most people feel at home. Parking is tight, but at least you have it. Would stay again.

Perched atop Ogunquit’s main intersection, sitting on our own balcony in “ Surf 1,” we had the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning, pre-dinner cocktails, chill before going to bed wrapping up another gorgeous day on the beach. Place is beautifully decorated, roomy for the three of us, fully modernized, and just a 10-min stroll to Ogunquit Beach. Enjoy!!

Loved having a kitchen with all the amenities. We were right in town and just a walk away from shops and restaurants. Perkins Cove just a few minutes drive away. Very nice. Will be back.

long response time and insurance process
The full cost of the insurance is only disclosed at checkout time; why is there a charge for insurance in addition to the security charge? also, in lieu of the insurance the rather exorbitant monetary option states that the monetary option is refundable at the discretion of the property owner. We find this approach rather aggressive.
From a late response perspective, we requested a late check out from the property manager via text and phone message well before the 12 hours in advance but unfortunately she only called back after checkout time. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Perfect location if you like to be able to park your car for the week and walk to everything!
We loved this location and the unit was nice! It is a little tight with 2 teenagers and two adults, but doable. The only other thing to keep in mind is that it has a very small refrigerator. We like to cook in and it was tough to shop for such a small refrigerator. If you like to eat out, you’re all set! It was a great place to stay!!

Cute and clean and great location!
From the adorable kitchen, to the rocking chairs on the balcony- our stay was just right. Easy stroll to get breakfast or coffee (literally out back). We were sad to leave. Thank you so much.

Trendy, clean and in the middle of it all!
We arrived to the property and got checked-in with no issue. The unit is actually bigger in real life than it looked in pics so we were pleasantly surprised. The balcony overlooking Shore Road was awesome too. The unit was steps from the best restaurants, bars, and beaches! Overall we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We will definitely be back!

The spot was perfect! We didn’t get in the car again until we left! We walked to the beach, dinners and shopping all week long!

Family get away
This was a clean, updated and conveniently located property within walking distance to the beach. The only issue we had was the noise from the bar down the block at nighttime. We have young children and the noise was a challenge. However, there was a warning about this in the posting and they had a white noise machine.

Great place, Perfect location.
We loved this well equipped open studio apartment. There is a front porch overlooking Shore Road. The parking is very tight. If you had a large SUV or truck it might be a problem. Other than that it was perfect. A short walk to the beach so we carried our beach chairs, maybe 5 minutes.

Great location and very clean. The internet does not work which is a problem.
Even though some people complained about the noise from the piano bar across the street it didn’t bother me. The owner supplied a white noise machine which was great. Parking was challenging and if you have a big car good luck. It was great having a deck we had breakfast there every morning. The studio’s location is great you can walk to everything.

Great Ogunquit location!
We loved our stay and so did our dog. The location is close to everything in "downtown" Ogunquit. We would stay here again next time we're in Ogunquit.

In the heart of Oginquit
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit was very well kept and clean. They allowed dogs on this unit which was why we chose it. The mattress was too soft for my personal preference and there were a lot of stairs since the unit was on the second floor. Bathroom was nice and updated as was the kitchen area. The only real negative was that on Saturday night there was a bar/restaurant that was nearby that was incredibly noisy, blaring loud music until one in the morning. The restaurant is Maine Street for readers that want to avoid a rude establishment.

Lovely apartment right in the center of town with everything within walking distance. We loved our little balcony; great for people watching. The place was well equipped with everything we needed. We would highly recommend!

Well located but a bit noisy at night as there is a piano bar across the street.
The apartment was clean, no dishwasher, washer and dryer which would be highly convenient . Can easily hear noise from next door units. Overpriced even for a weekend in October.

Inside was very nicely put together. Walls paper thin. Could here conversations of others in next room. If we were a younger couple probably would not have bothered us. We were just too close to the action down town Could here music till 1 a.m. Not our cup of tea. More of a fault on our part for not researching location of where we stayed

Very Nice spot, excellent location
Keyless entry is great, unless you are given the wrong code, but that was quickly sorted out. A very spacious apartment, extremely tastefully decorated and a really lovely place to relax in Ogunquit. We would go back.

Everything we wanted from our visit was perfect! This was a great location for us- near the beach, restaurants and this comfortable contemporary oasis was so enjoyable! If you like being right in the middle of it all and like to have fun like we did with the Front Porch Piano bar across the street then enjoy!!!

We stayed in suite #4 for a long weekend and despite torrential downpours for half of our stay, we had a wonderful time. The unit was just as described: clean, updated, and well-appointed. Crystal provided us with house instructions prior to arrival and was very helpful during our stay. Parking was a little tight in the back of the building (think tandem parking with a tetris twist). We had a compact car and were able to get in and out okay, but larger vehicles might find it more challenging. Either way, we had little need to drive anywhere once parked. The location right in the heart of Ogunquit was incredibly convenient as we were able to walk to the beach, the marginal way, and the various shops and restaurants nearby. It was a little noisy at night with the Front Porch Piano Bar across the street, but we knew that ahead of time so it wasn’t a problem. We loved the comfortable living area, fully stocked kitchen (the coffeemaker was a godsend), and the cleanliness of the unit. We would highly recommend staying here.

Cute apartment and great location with sweet porch.
The sleep couch is strange. We opted not to use it and instead my daughter and I bunked in together. Also, if there is a band across the street it can be noisy till late and the walls are thin if you have a noisy neighbor. The manager was very accommodating and nice when I asked for a later check out.

We loved our stay in unit 7 at TWENTY Shore suites. The location is directly across from the Front Porch Piano Bar and the rest of downtown is seconds away. The suite is bright, clean and modern and the deck is such fun; people watching at its best. We will definitely be back!

Loved this suite. It had everything you need including complementary coffe and sugar in the kitchenette. Clean and nicely decorated. I recommend a longer stay to justify the pet fee, cleaning fee and service fee, pricey additions for a two night stay.
Great location although visiting during the week before Memorial Day turned out to be noisy with the street being paved along with maintenance in the hotel. Would have loved to properly enjoy the spacious balcony.

We stayed in one of the pup-friendly suites, which was very clean, warm and inviting. Great location and house instructions were very simple and straight forward. Only down side was there wasn't any heat as we were instructed not to use heat thermostats so the apt was drafty (we stayed in late October).

We stayed in unit #4 for about 2 weeks and we loved it! The condo is very spacious and clean. Everything is new and open. Crystal helped us with everything we needed. She was fantastic!! It's literally located in the middle of the shopping area, so you can park and walk everywhere - including the beach and Marginal Way. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

They just finished a remodel and our apartment looked amazing.
Pros:
1. The deck is perfect place to enjoy the town.
2. The kitchen, bathrooms were stylish, modern and awesome.
3. THE LOCATION IS AMAZING. Once you park your car, you don't need it again!
4. Apparently there was a celebrity staying in another unit here. Stars! They're just like us!
5. The place is modern yet feels like home. It was like taking a vacation inside a vacation.
Cons:
1. I can't buy it and move here. :(

We stayed here last fall and fell in love with
20 Shores and it's wonderful location. Once parked we could walk everywhere!
We came back this last week and didn't want to go home. The whole condo has been
redone with beautiful new kitchen, bath,
floors, lighting and paint. But the most striking feature is the deck added to the front
If the building! Each unit now has sliding doors that open out to a wonderful deck.
We had morning coffee on the rockers and
wine and pizza at the small table and chairs!
It was a relaxing way to start and end our day.
Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay we will be often to your bit of paradise.

Great location! Suite was very clean, well equipped for all our family needs, designed with new beautiful contemporary style. Steps away from everything beach,shops,restaurant,bakery,
candy store those are just some of our favorites. The back deck was perfect for our nighttime appetizers, and also relaxing with our morning coffee. We visit Ogunquit yearly and we are happy to say we consider Twenty Shore our home away from home.
Thank you again Twenty Shore Crew we had an unforgettable vacation.
