Questo St. Moritz Villa è un piano aperto a due piani, con nessuno sopra o sotto di te, contiene molti aggiornamenti. La cucina e la sala da pranzo hanno pavimenti in listoni di legno duro, nuovi ripiani in granito e una spruzzata di pietra sul davanzale. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per un cuoco serio. Godere di mangiare con la famiglia e gli amici nella grande sala da pranzo separata. Il soggiorno appena tappezzato ha una TV a schermo piatto da 52 pollici montata a parete con DVR, cavo e una nuova stufa a pellet (pellet in dotazione) che è facilmente gestita da un termostato a parete. Impostalo sulla tua preferenza desiderata e dimenticalo! Calore alternativo è fornito da riscaldamento a parete, ma il calore pellet è il più caldo e più efficiente. Rilassati nel comfort del nuovissimo divano letto queen-size (a partire da marzo 2015) e di un divano letto a una piazza e mezza. Ed elevi i tuoi piedi nella poltrona reclinabile La-Z-Boy. Numerose finestre con doppi vetri offrono molta luce naturale. Il bagno al piano inferiore ha tutti i nuovi infissi e granito.

The location was off a main street, which made it easy to location and within walking distance to stores, shops. Since I have been to Mammoth Mountain many times, I found it familiar and exactly what we needed for a long weekend. The condo was neat and we did not experience any issues with the accomodations. The kids loved the game room and Jacuzzi. The space upstairs heats up quickly and it was a bit of a challenge to regulate the temperature. Otherwise really nice and would definately come back.

We had an amazing time. We took the kids and my parents on Thanksgiving weekend and the condo was spacious enough for all 6 of us! We cooked a full turkey dinner because the place was full equipped! Just loved it! It was just right and located so close to Vons & Grocery Outlet. Close to the parking for easy access! We truly recommend this place for families. Clean and spacious! Just right🤗

We had a wonderful stay in February 2023. The property has all the amenities and is right across the the shuttle stop that goes to Eagle lodge, which was very convenient. We were able to quickly get in touch with the property manager about laundry access and extending our stay when roads were closed on our last day. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Our biggest issue with our stay was the lack of hot water pressure in all three bathrooms. The shower and tub and kitchen sink provided hot water and with great pressure, but the bathrooms literally dribbled out. So if you don't mind washing your hands, shaving and washing your face in the tub or kitchen, not a problem. I did report the problem and they sent out a repair man, but he was unable to solve the problem. He was going to call a plumber but couldn't promise one on Sunday. No plumber came. during our stay. Although the description states light filled and upgraded, that was disappointing. There are many windows, but the snow and neighbors prohibit one from opening the drapes to see light. It does appear that newer flooring has been installed, but it is dark and not "updated" unless you consider brown speckled tiles and shag carpeting as updated. Kitchen cabinets are old, dark brown, hallway is dark green, so it is very dark inside especially with dark flooring. The beds were fine, and the unit is well stocked. Plenty of room for the four of us. Signage is a bit confusing in regard to parking situation, but it was not a problem especially given the amount of snow and limited parking spaces. Overall, not bad, but not what I paid for.

The condo is just as described. It's in an excellent location with easy access to Eagle Lodge and the shopping centers. The unit is close to the parking lot which was very nice when carrying lots of gear and groceries. We would definitely stay here again!

Great check in processes. Management is very professional and responds promptly on emails. The location of the complex is so perfect, between stop 45 and 46 of purple line. Unit is very specious and clean, however pans and pots, as well as plates and cups are so worn out, time to replace them was long ago. Over all ,great experience.

A little older property, but updated, very comfortable, very quiet property. Restaurants within a couple blocks but location itself is quiet. Enjoyed it very much for a one-night passing through summer stay.

We loved the property! It was very clean, comfortable and easily accessible. There were two of us couples who stayed in this property. We absolutely loved the layout and the amenities. Nothing beats having a fireplace in the unit (pellet fireplace) and access to a hot tub (community not private) close by the unit. On top of that we love to cook and the owners graciously provided olive oil, spices and plenty of cookware to accommodate our needs. They have ice cube trays so if you like ice you may want to pick up a bag otherwise we just made ice every night with the trays.
The beds were very comfortable so after a long day of skiing/snowboarding it was fantastic to be able to enjoy our sleep.
The vaulted ceilings in the living room and tall windows made it feel open and airy and it was great having ceiling fans in each room.
The bathroom sink in the main bedrooms takes time for the water to get hot and kind of trickles but cold definitely not works.
We loved our stay and would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit mammoth!

Friends Ski/Snowboard Getaway
We loved the property! It was very clean, comfortable and easily accessible. There were two of us couples who stayed in this property. We absolutely loved the layout and the amenities. Their advertisement sounded like it’s a fairly new place as it was remodeled. This is the worst Mammoth rental we’ve had. Direction was horrible. We were lost for half an hour as the direction didn’t give us building number which would’ve been G. We couldn’t find blankets for living room for a long time. Kitchen was so old and dark. Miss mesh of dishes and chipped mugs. Empty refrigerator. False ad again. It said it was well stocked. Toilet seat was broken in the second bathroom. Sheets were disgusting. This was a very old outdated dingy place. We’re going home with a big disappointment.

Disappointing communication
Communication was terrible. We spent 45 minutes total trying to open the door, only to be told we had to the wrong access code (that was sent to me multiple times leading up to our check in time) and waited another 10 minutes for a new one. That never came. Turned out, one of the buttons is worn down on the door (#5) and it wasn't registering when we clicked the button. Finally we were let in after pressing hard enough. Only once did we get in contact with a manager. That whole ordeal was 20 minutes in and of its own self. The ring doorbell that is to the right of the door is pointless. No one will answer. We rang at least 15 times before someone finally answered. This was really a downer in the whole stay. Because we were late getting in through the front door, it threw off our entire plans for that night.

This place was ok. It was smaller and more outdated that the online pictures portray. The jacuzzi was nice and the bed we slept in was comfortable. Could be a great place if it was updated. By the time you add in all the fees, this place is way too expensive for what it is. They can't even provide towels for the pool/jacuzzi?

Clean, spacious, and great location.
We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and spacious. My only concern was the missing key to the hot tub area. My wife made sure to read the binder with all the information for guests and said there was supposed to be a key hanging in the kitchen but there wasn't. Other than that it was an amazing stay! Couldn't be happier with our choice. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit mammoth.

Super comfortable and clean, very spacious!
We stayed for 4 nights and loved this cabin. It was only minutes from Eagle lodge and very close to the Village, grocery store and restaurants. We traveled with two families, so there were 4 adults and 4 kids, but we had plenty of space. Also loved the fully stocked kitchen, which made it easy to make snacks as well as full meals with ease. Very clean, lots of extra towels and blankets, made for a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

Great unit
This is a very thoughtfully decorated and nicely updated unit! It was very comfortable. We came to visit with three adults and two young children (5.5 and 1.5 years old).
I would have easily given this unit 5 stars however I have two concerns.
First, there are some weird electrical issues that should be resolved by a professional. The cable box would shut off if other light switches were flipped/engaged in the first bedroom upstairs or in the stair well. This would make the TV screen turn bright free until the cable box was turned back on or it would go through a complete reset. The cable and Internet IN UNIT were a huge reason why we chose to rent this unit. Being generous enough to provide this for your guests, I would highly recommend fixing this for future guests.
The most annoying feature to work with was the ceiling fans. They are wonderful to have on in the evenings (we visited in late July). However it is clear that these were not installed by a professional. Each fan and remote can EASILY be installed and set to separate code to independently control their operation. Instead, you will find that the installer left them all set to the same code. So there is zero ability to customize settings in the bedrooms or the family room even though the option exists. The fans also seem to cause interactions with the cable box and TV, suggesting again that a professional electrician should be called out to take care of these interferences.
Last concern is with the windows. I realize there may be some sort of HOA control over this but there is no way to safely keep the screens fixed in place in the upstairs windows. Having an active one and a half year old, we had to really watch him diligently and keep him out of the bedrooms unsupervised. He could have too easily pushed on a screen and fallen through. There must be a way to update the screens to make them fixed in place to prevent falls from the second floor. I was even concerned about my 5 year old playing on the ground in the second bedroom (where she of course wanted to set up her toys and play because it's breezy and beautiful).
Considering how lovely this unit is, I would really like to see this fixed in the future. These are easy for a professional to take care of & I feel would be well worth the time & money. We would come back in a heart beat but will definitely look around for a different rental if these electrical issues can not get fixed. And we would be very sad to do so!
