Beautiful property that fully met our needs. The lovely owner met my disabled daughter and her carers at the house to show them around. She did a beautiful gesture by giving my disabled daughter a gift of chocolates. The lovely fresh items left for breakfast was really appreciated. Such a pleasure to find such a clean and comfortable house that suits a person with special needs. All together a fantastic place, lovely caring owner and a beautiful setting to spend a few days. Would recommend Gracemont to anyone and will certainly be booking again.

secluded with only minutes to town. Provisions for a Prosecco brinner (breakfast for dinner) the first night and breakfast the next morning (and the next) was wonderful.

Really nicely appointed with all the comforts of home. It was lovely arriving to a warm house and the extra touches (bread butter and bubbles in fridge)

Our stay at Gracemont Boutique was absolutely amazing! The host, Lucinda went above and beyond to cater to our accommodation needs and made our stay unforgettable. The surprise welcome treats she provided were a delightful touch.
Communication with Lucinda was excellent, and the place was incredibly clean and spacious. The amenities were great too! We had accidentally left some items behind, but Lucinda was fantastic in organising their return.

Everything was just perfect! The breakfast supplies and the champagne and strawberries were a lovely touch! Thank you for making us all feel so welcome. It was a beautiful home away from home and was great for our girls weekend away :-)
Nothing!.........Being able to use the fireplace would have been the cherry on top, however I 'completely' understand the safety risks associated with patrons not experienced with using an indoor fire. It certainly did not take the shine off our stay at all!!

This house is beautiful, perfect place for my bridal party and I to get ready before my wedding. The owners have gone above and beyond what you would expect to be provided at a house, everything you could possibly need is here, including deodorant in the bathrooms, extra towels, stocked pantry with all the essentials and beautiful bread, avocado and tomatoes for breakfast. The beds were sooo comfortable and the view from the deck was amazing. Wish we had of stayed longer
Nothing to not like, just would suggest bringing a towel for yourself if you’re wearing tan or lots of makeup so the white towels don’t get ruined.

My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding and it was absolutely perfect! The house was stunning and had a lovely country feel to it that felt so relaxing. It was exceptionally clean and spacious and set up with some lovely decor and furniture throughout, which made for some great pre-wedding pics!
Overall, it was the perfect place to stay the night before my wedding and helped create wonderful memories with me and my bridesmaids.
The only thing I can say is that the key lock box didn't work for us on the day we left, so we felt like we had to stay around for a while before we could drop off the key to the cleaner. I didn't feel comfortable leaving the key in the letterbox. Nothing anyone could have really done to fix that though!

This property was absolutely beautiful. the house was amazingly decorated. The rooms are huge and it was so incredibly clean. The little bread, Jams, champagne and other breakfast items that were there for us on arrival was such a nice touch. we all thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will absolutely recommend this Airbnb to everyone!

Gracemont is an absolutely stunning property & was the perfect place for my bridesmaids and I to get ready for my wedding and my new husband and I to stay the night of. It was lovely

nicely designed, well equipped and kids friendly. exceptionally cosy living hall, huge kitchen, beautiful bathroom and comfortable beds. host was super helpful, responsive and accommodating.

The location was lovely and the home itself was very pretty, surrounded by the Australian bush. Truly a relaxing retreat, perfect for a couple or a family.

The property was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need during our stay. The house was cosy and very comfortable, with an excellent heating system. The back deck had great views and the children enjoyed the gardens and cubby house. It was only a 15 min stroll to town and the location was very quiet.
Lucinda, the host, was excellent and had a lovely welcome package of wine and breakfast provisions waiting for us, which was a nice surprise.

Amazing house, beautifully furnished. Spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. We loved the BBQ and surroundings. Easy driving distance to Healesville high street and all the wineries.

The house was so warm and inviting, Lucinda was attentive and helpful when we had issues with the lock pad. The house was beautiful, warm and cozy. There were toys available for the kids including an awesome cute cubby. The view was spectacular, lots of yard area and the balcony could close off which was handy with the kids. House was close to town, kitchen was well equipped,everything you could need (except noticed no clocks or tissues). Will definitely be back!!

Lovely clean house and very thoughtful items for our family. Lucinda prepared beautiful toys for our 1 year old boy which he enjoyed playing with a lot! We were so touched by it.
There were lots of books and comfortable blankets everywhere. The beautiful bath, shower, verandah to look at sunset, lots of outdoor/indoor games, a cute kids cubby house, nice clean garden, good heating system, etc. They let all our family members enjoy the stay at this place.
Communication with her was very efficient as well. :)
The hot water from the tap doesn't work in the kitchen sometimes. But it didn't bother much, as there is a dishwasher.

The layout worked really well. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped. We appreciated the welcoming goodies provided and the thoughtfulness of putting the heater on for our arrival.

It was a warm, cosy house, beautifully decorated but minimalist which made it safe/child friendly. The owner had also thought of lots of little things to make the house ideal for families with young kids Eg bath toys, sports toys, plastic kitchen plates/bowls, stool. There was a great little cubby that my toddler enjoyed too!

Everything was amazing, beautifully decorated, very clean, great sized rooms, kitchen was fully equipped. stunning bathroom, 2nd toilet was a bonus. entertaining deck was awesome and the linen was good quality!

Gracemont Boutique was an incredible house that had so much to do and soooo much space in each room. Great Location and the front and backyard were amazing for our wedding photos.
Just needed 1 extra bathroom aside from that great house and we definitely stay again.

I stayed here with my bridal party prior to getting married then a couple of nights with my new husband. The property is PERFECT for getting ready with lots of indoor and outdoor space to spread out and it was a stunning location for bridal portraits. We loved everything about our stay.

Linen & towels immaculate as was the rest of the house.
The small addition of a some essential toiletries if you forget your own is great & a portable cot & high chair supplied for our 6mth was greatly appreciated
