The house was very nice and just as pictured. It was great having 3 bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms for our 3 couples. King's beach was very crowded so being able to walk there from the house was key. Eric was very responsive. I'd stay there again!

Our stay in early August (2024) for five days was absolutely lovely, and our family of 7, including 2 school-age kids, an infant, and 2 grandparents in tow really enjoyed our time at the property. I thought the home looked even better in person than in the pictures. Having a downstairs that was a self-contained unit within itself (e.g. had a kitchen, bath, washer/dryer, and bedroom) was really clutch as it saved my older parents from having to go up and down the stairs. My kiddos loved the foosball table, while we adults enjoyed the little backyard area to drink tea in the morning. Our baby is not fully mobile yet so the stairs were not an issue, but if you do have a baby that's crawling, walking, etc. it may be worth getting a baby gate or just keeping a watchful eye. The location near King's Beach, within walking distance, is ideal. I really appreciated the communication with the host, who was always accessible. Can't wait to go back!!

We went on a guys golf trip for the weekend. Property was within walking distance to the grocery store, beach/shopping, and the golf course. The property was clean and well suited to the group. Great trip and property.

The house was beautiful and the ideal location. We were a half mile walk from Kings Beach and several local restaurants. Kitchen had everything you might possibly need. Neighborhood had a comfortable, laid back feel. Weather was perfect. It was the last week of July and air conditioning in the house was definitely not needed. Short drive to Tahoe City and Truckee, which were fun to wander around the shops. Eric was great and quick to respond to all questions and suggestions about things to do. Would definitely stay here again, if I get the chance.

2 Families stayed and we had a great time. The kitchen and rooms are fully equipped to make our needs met. Beautiful home, lots of space, cleanliness, and great communication with the owner. Spacious backyard for the kiddos to play in the snow, close proximity to shops and lake. We definitely would love to come back again for the summer!

me and my family stayed at this beautiful place as we were attending a wedding and the house was very clean with all accommodations we were looking for. Eric was also super helpful with all of our request. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

We were in Tahoe for a wedding and didn’t spend a ton of time at the house. But when we did it was very comfortable and had many little extras.
Games for kids. Two kitchens 3 bathrooms. Plenty of beds, and the kitchens had plenty of gismos and gadgets to make anything with ease. It’s a nicely located home!

A great location in Kings beach! House was perfect for our girls trip. It had plenty of amenities, 2 full kitchens, we could walk to the lake, and the owner was very communicative about any of our needs. We had a wonderful time!

The house was stocked with everything we needed. Fluffy towels, clean linens and comfy beds. The neighborhood was was quiet and the beach was within and easy walk from the house. The check-in process was super easy and the owner was always prompt to reply to emails. He also provided his contact number in case I needed to to reach him for any reason. That doesn't always happen. We had a great stay!

The place and location was just perfect for us, walking distance to downtown and was so convenient to drive down, drop us off at beach with our gear then drive back to cabin and park car and walked down so did not have to worry about parking. Loved it and will definitely be getting it again.

The house is very roomy and has all the amenities. The 3 bathrooms were a real benefit as there were several of us trying to get ready at the same time.
The property owner was very nice and super quick to respond to any of our questions. We would stay there again if we make it to Nort Lake Tahoe again.

Another great stay at Eric's property. This was our second time staying here and all was pretty much as expected.
We had 3 adult couple this time and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Great location!
We loved the location of this property! The neighborhood was quiet, it was an easy walk to the lake, and perfect for running back to the house if we forgot something. We brought paddle boards and loved being able to store them in the garage each night. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The Host was quick to respond to any and all communication. The listing shows a jacquzzi tub in the master bath. The tub was an awesome place to relax with a good book, although the jets in the tub are not in working order. They have wifi, but we found it to be spotty. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely book again.

We traveled up to Tahoe during the snowpocalypse so what would normally be a 4 hour drive was 14 hours. It was wonderful to have a garage to pull in to unpack the cars. The house was very nice, up to date , and decorated well. The kitchens were well stocked and there was plenty of TP, towels, laundry detergent, etc. We traveled with my elderly mother and once we got her upstairs she was good. There are about 4 stairs from the garage to the lower level and then 12 to the upper level. The lower level had a room with a full bed and two twins and a full bath with walk in shower. The small family room had a queen pull out couch , a gas fireplace, a tv and Fusball table. There was a full kitchen with a small table. There is a laundry room downstairs and another upstairs. The lower level could be locked off from the upper. Upstairs had a king suite with a tv and master bath with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The master closet was very large and could be used as a room for toddlers. Also a second queen bedroom and full bath with tub/shower. The upstairs living room had comfortable seating for 6-7 and a long dining table to seat 8-10. There is a fireplace and large tv. There was a large kitchen with bar seating for 3. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets. It was great having 2 laundry rooms and there was plenty of hot water. Eric answered all my questions/texts immediately and was very helpful. As soon as we asked for sheets someone appeared within the hour to help us out! The neighbors were friendly. We could not see the back yard because of the snow level. The streets were cleared and there was a snow shovel in the garage to further clear the driveway. Would definitely stay here again!

Already can’t wait to go back!
We spent the Christmas weekend here and enjoyed every aspect (including the record-setting snow fall). The house was just as described and perfect for our family. In a quiet residential neighborhood but still just a short drive to the Main Street. Very easy access to several ski parks. House was clean and the owner went above an beyond to make sure we had a good experience!

Great 3 Night Stay
Our 10 person family group fit perfectly in this nicely outfitted home. Plenty of space to spread out for some privacy and enough space upstairs for all to gather at once. Kitchens and baths like new. The location was perfect as it is centrally located for our plans of skiing Northstar & Mt Rose and sledding. Also so very close the grocery store and state line casinos. Very much appreciated having garage access and extra spaces in the driveway. We had a great long weekend holiday!

The entire stay was just right for our first Tahoe vacation. We had two families and the property was set up perfectly and comfortably. Location is great for nearby skiing. Eric was a great and accommodating host.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home
Everything you'd like or need in a vacation home. Spacious, clean and within walking distance to the the lake! Thank you to the owner Eric. In these changing times, our two teen boys had to zoom. Both had tests and essays. Eric was gracious working with us to ensure they could use WiFi to complete both prior to departure. A home away from home. Lovely.

Note that if you have a walking baby, you should bring a baby gate, the dog gate in the house did the job but we had to secure it with 2 dinning chairs because there really isn’t a good wall to fasten it and allow the baby freedom of the upstairs living area. Kitchens are well stocked and many extras around the house (cooking supplies, spices, cleaning stuff, family games etc), which was very convenient. You can hear the upstairs tankless water heater when you are downstairs and the upstairs window is tricky to close, but not a big deal if you are out most the day.We were happy that the backyard included a propane grill and there is a small 4 person table (no porch, grass or pergola).

Nice home in Kings Beach
Our usual Tahoe summer hangout is Tahoe City, which wasn't available this year. We were very fortunate to find "Two Casas" in Kings Beach.
The house was just as described, two separate living spaces. My son and his wife stayed downstairs, and our daughter loved having her own bathroom. The kitchens were well equipped, lots of bath linens, and very comfortable beds. The lake, shops, and restaurants were within walking distance.
Check in and out was very easy, and Eric was helpful with all of my questions.
If we end up in Kings Beach again, Two Casas will be our choice.

Wonderful stay!
Had a great stay at this cabin! Good location, walking distance to to the lake and very close to safeway. The cabin was very accommodating and perfect for a larger group. Eric was a great host, very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed!
