This is our second time staying here & we can't say enough about how great it is. Super clean & comfortable with a fabulous view. Pat is great with communication, as well as the staff. Highly recommend staying here!

We arrived in Florida on Easter Sunday and forgot that the grocery stores would be closed. Once we arrived at the condo, we found everything we needed to get through the first day and then some! Not only was there a big bowl of snacks but a bottle of wine waiting for us! The patio is very relaxing. We read and drank coffee in the morning and played board games in the evening. The condo is clean and spacious. Having two teenage boys with us, we had plenty of space and privacy. The surrounding neighborhoods were beautiful and if you like to take walks, this is your spot! Close to everything you would want in beautiful Islamorada!

We had a great trip!! The condo is nicely appointed, and the screened in balcony over looks the marina and boat slip. Our teenage boys fished daily - conveniently located with easy aceess to both the Atlantic and the Gulf. The condo grounds are beautiful - the pool and hot tub are great! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

We were very happy with the condo, the entire complex and the location. Upon arrival, we were surprised by a very nice, large bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. The property manager was very helpful and always answered right away. Everyone we ran into was very friendly at the complex. The neighborhood was lovely to walk through, many beautiful homes. I would highly recommend this unit.

This was probably the most well-equipped condo we've ever stayed in. It was very clean, and we loved the beautiful pool steps away that even had chillers to keep the water at a perfect temp. The boat slip in the canal right in front of the condo was great for security and easy boating. The only thing we wish was different is to have a better view and less road noise from the balcony. Otherwise this was the perfect condo. Thank you Pat!

Gated entry to the property. Nice pool, room overlooks the marina and across the highway, a good view of the ocean. View of ocean is somewhat obstructed by stacks of lobster traps, but not a big deal, really. The unit is nicely decorated and has ample kitchen supplies...pots, pans, dishes, blender, Keurig and standard drip pot, etc. Stocked with coffee, a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. Three bathrooms, which was really nice. Parking is directly under the condo, which was super convenient. Soooo much to do in the local area and the keys, in general! I'd highly recommend!

Don't bother getting ocean view on first floor. You pay more and can't see ocean. Lobster traps and abandoned building block view. Very noisy from lobster pot making and road

We had a absolutely perfect stay at this lovely, upscale condominium. It was so well taken care of on the outside and also the inside. The grounds were beautiful and everything was thoughtfully there for your use. There is a tennis court with pickle ball sets, grills, a workout room, and an ice freezer where you can purchase bags of ice. The unit was fully equipped with two coffee makers and a washer and dryer that all worked nicely and it was great to have these comforts to make you feel like home. Spent some time fishing off the dock and were absolutely amazed about all the tropical fish that we saw and ended up catching and releasing a few. The complex is a very tight knit group of regulars combined with renters, and everyone was so kind and lots of friends were made at the pool. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice and it was great to walk around and look at all the pretty houses, Pat was super responsive and helpful with any and all questions. A perfect much needed getaway!

The property is in an upscale community and is very spacious and comfortable but the porch backed up to Route 1. We had beautiful sunrises looking through the electrical wires and traffic, a disappointment. The community pool was nice but very busy most days.

Great Summer Trip!
The property is awesome—everything as advertised. It worked well for my husband and myself and our two kids. I loved that we didn’t have to share a bathroom with the kids! Beds were comfortable, big kitchen with everything you need. Having the washer and dryer inside the unit was wonderful. We don’t have a boat, but the boat slip being right there is a great addition for folks that do have one. We enjoyed seeing all the tropical fish around the slip—so pretty. We will definitely stay at this property again when we’re in town!

Amazing property!
We spent a week in this condo and had the BEST time. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of five. The complex is gated and very safe. I enjoyed the ocean view and all the extra amenities the condo had to offer.

A perfect week in a perfect place
The property was fabulous. Beautiful area of course and near fun things. The property owner, manager, and the condo association manager were all very pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Almost Perfect
Would have been happy to give this a perfect rating, however, the listing was misleading and caused us quite a crisis. When booking, the listing said “sleeps six” which we assumed (our mistake) meant 6 adults. It does not! It means 4 adults and 2children under the age of six. So in the final days before our stay, we were scrambling for a hotel room for our daughter and son-in-law, which was quite expensive. This explanation is included in the fine print of the condo agreement however, should be clearly stated in the listing. Otherwise, the property was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs.

Fabulous Rental!!
This condo is amazing!! Very clean, great amenities, gated community. Fabulous view of the ocean!! If you like lobster and stone crab you can walk around the canal and purchase straight from the fisherman. Includes a boat slip, which was great! We rented a boat for the week and we could keep an eye on it because the slip can be viewed from the porch. Great communication with Pat and Thomas. Hope to make a trip back soon and stay here again!! Thank you for making our trip amazing!

Beautiful week in Islamorada
We had a great week! The condo is way bigger and nicer than expected. I highly recommend staying here. We rented a boat from A1A rentals and kept it in the included boat dock. That certainly added to the experience. We used the pool and fitness room daily-both are in great condition and very well maintained. The hot tub heater is broken right now. The elevator for this building is also currently waiting to be repaired. Not a big deal since the unit is only 1 set of stairs up. You have a view of the bay and boats off of the screened in(such a good feature) deck. Thomas the apartment manager did such a good job of keeping in contact. I had an issue with a neighbor’s dog and he was super helpful dealing with that. The owner’s communication was also responsive and great. There’s a live lobster place right around the corner that will cook them for you to take home. Habanos Cuban restaurant is much closer than the places in town in Islamorada and was delicious and not crowded like some of the places that had 1.5 hour waits as soon as they opened. Stay here!

A beautiful place to stay
The owner is very responsive while I was planning the trips and she worked with me on changes. She also had a local person available to assist with anything that was needed - very thoughtful and appreciated. The property was exactly as described, only better. The view is great, the kitchen is fully stocked, a basket of fruit and bottle of wine waiting. Such a nice touch. It was very clean and the instructions provided were clear. The grandchildren really enjoy the walking areas and the information on places to go. We had the boat slip available to us right in front of the Condo, but we had problems our daughter's boat and couldn't use it in the end. It would have been perfect for our week there.. So if you are interested in that, what a great opportunity for quick loading and getting underway in the beautiful turquoise water. We will have to plan another trip back there. Thank you so much to the owners for how wonderful this stay was for our family.

Perfect getaway
I’ve stayed at many homes and this one really outdid the rest. Well stocked with many extras. Loved the wine and fruit basket. Having a boat slip big plus. Caught lots of fish for dinner right off the docks.

Paradise Home away from Home
Wonderful rental property with views of both the harbor and ocean from the living room and master bedroom. The place was well equipped including full sized shampoos, lotions, bug spray, etc. (definitely a nice touch). Upon arrival, we attempted to check in with the property manager, Cathy (who we later found out retired 5 months ago). We really enjoyed having a boat slip to use for our rental boat. Great location at MM 74.5 (?). Easy drive to the main part of Islamorada where all the restaurants and stores are. The pool is a salt-water pool and the parking space is under the condo so out of the hot sun. We look forward to returning to this property the next time we are in the Keys. Highly recommended (except when we plan to rent it again).

Family fun in paradise
Truly an amazing and well appointed condo. Owner was amazing to work with. We had such a good time hanging out and sleeping in. Well located to all things in the keys. Love the fruit basket my daughter ate the whole thing in two days and all the things you could need for your vacation where there. Truly thankful for sharing your happy place with us. We saw a painting that mentioned Lewes DE and we are from Cape May though that was so cool. Truly a memorable stay we will return.

Wonderful Family Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay in Pat’s unit! The condo was stocked with everything we needed, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a fresh fruit basket, and it felt like home for a week. The communication was great with Pat. I hope to be back again!

Shiny!
This place shined like the top of the Chrysler Building! It was so organized and clean that it glistened. I was a little concerned about location being a little too far south of restaurants and grocery store but turned out not to add too much time to our day. If you are a boater like us, we were pleasantly surprised to find one of Islamorada’s best sandbars right around the corner exiting the canal. We were happy to see fitness center and pool open, only extras we would have wished for are paddle boards and bikes for the residents/renters. Will definitely stay there again!

Fab find in the Fabulous Florida Keys
I’ve made numerous visits to the Florida Keys and this area is a great location. Such a nice complex and the condo unit is equipped with everything you need (a quick trip to Publix and the bait store and you’re all set! Pristine and quiet. Love call the little “extras” too. Nice marina area with easy dockage. Caught snapper, grunts (of course) and even a hogfish right off the dock. Beautiful white manatee came for a visit, too❣️

The condo was furnished perfectly both inside and on the large screen porch. I liked the view from the porch. We could watch the fisherman and see the ocean across the road. The kitchen and bathrooms were outfitted with everything you would need and there were both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. Little touches like shampoo and soap in the shower and black make up washcloths were much appreciated. The owner even left a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine as a welcome. It was above and beyond what we expected and we stay in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Relaxing trip
We arrived to a very clean and well equipped condo. Had a welcome gift of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine, what a special treat. The place had everything we needed and more. The complex was clean and the pool was great. We met some really nice people down by the pool and they made us feel right at home. Can't wait to come back!!
