Private neighborhood home in Payson - gorgeous getaway with in town convenience!
Venite a rilassarvi nella nostra casa nella città di Payson! In una strada tranquilla, siamo circondati da massi e pini alti, ma la nostra casa è a pochi minuti da ristoranti e negozi. Utilizzate la nostra casa come un trampolino di lancio per tutte le meravigliose attività di Rim Country e poi tornate a casa in un cortile privato completamente recintato per i tuoi amici pelosi!
Ci sono così tanti eventi e attività nella contea di Roma! Vedere il ponte naturale di Tonto, o dirigersi verso Christopher Creek per un pomeriggio di divertimento e di gioco. Escursioni, pesca, mountain bike, shopping antica e naturalmente rodeo!
La nostra casa è un ottimo posto per scappare in luoghi più freschi d'estate, luoghi sereni in inverno, e per vedere le stagioni mutevoli della primavera e della caduta. Il cottage è accogliente e confortevole con camere separate da soggiorno e cucina. E 'una posizione ideale per un campo base con facile accesso alle città circostanti di Pino, Fragola, Whispering Pines, Star Valley.
Ci sono così tanti eventi e attività nella contea di Roma! Vedere il ponte naturale di Tonto, o dirigersi verso Christopher Creek per un pomeriggio di divertimento e di gioco. Escursioni, pesca, mountain bike, shopping antica e naturalmente rodeo!

The cabin is ultra clean and quiet. The back yard is great for stargazing at night. You will feel like you and your family are far away in the pines but you are very close to everything.

We were in town for a HS Volleyball tournament over labor day weekend. We've stayed at several places in Payson over the years and this one was our favorite! Check-in was seamless, the house was spotless, and we had everything we needed for the long weekend. The home was so quiet and private and the backyard made us feel like we were out in the woods and not right in town. It was perfect for our little family of 4 plus doggo. We had to do some work from home one day and internet had no issues. Parking, AC, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, patios, - even Netflix :) Would definitely rent this home again! Thanks for a great stay!

The cabin is very clean, the area is peaceful and quiet, and the host goes the extra mile in communication and helpfulness. The host focuses on the guest's needs. You will love the front porch and backyard, which feels like you are away in a hidden retreat with your family, and yet you are close to everything.

We stayed for a couple nights and it was perfect. There are two fantastic private outside areas. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The place was clean and had everything you would need or want. Plus a bottle of champagne and snacks!!! Host was very attentive and responsive. We will definitely be back!!

Quiet, reclusive property set back against the forest. All the amenities you could ask for. So relaxing. Just what the doctor ordered. Looking forward to having a longer stay here again next year. Best vacation in years.

We loved our stay at this little cottage surrounded by boulders. It had everything we needed to entertain local friends, our doggos loved the doggy door and we loved the totally fenced, private back yard. The house was immaculate when we arrived and had a well stocked kitchen and a grill. We already booked it again for next year!

Home located in town but feels very private and quiet. Had morning coffee (provided by Host) on porch watching all the wildlife. Home is super welcoming, comfortable and well supplied with all amenities, including a nice bottle of wine. A plus was my brother-in-law was able to bring his emotional support dog. Looking forward to returning!

This property was nestled in a quiet neighborhood among some very interesting landscape boulders. You felt like you had a modern cabin in the woods with lots of privacy. The amenities and decor are top knotch. We know why this guy is a super host. Prompt, easy to follow directions and instructions. Everything you need and close to whatever else. We had a great stay, hiking with our dog hank and staying at this beautiful home. Would love to return.

This is a quiet secluded place but near everything in town. It is great if you have a pet and want to sit in the backyard or front porch. The host goes above and beyond in communication and being helpful.

We have stayed in this home several times and every time we do it’s the best place to be. The house is always clean, always quiet, and always comfortable. The backyard area and the front porch make outside dining so easy and comfy as it is possible to be out of the heat of the sun at any time of the day. We have never brought along our dog but we could because the house is totally setup for traveling dogs. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Our second visit to this lovely home! Everything just as it was last time. So peaceful amongst the giant boulders and pine trees. Host always responds quickly and check-in is a breeze. We definitely recommend!

The house was super cute and just the right size for our family. Loved the amenities provided for us. Quick access to town, shopping and eateries. Quiet neighborhood. The only problem was the internet didn’t work the whole time we were there, not sure if the rain had something to do with it.

We were hoping for a quick peaceful escape from the valley. We got it. The house is located in a beautiful area of the neighborhood. It is secluded from the other neighbors by large boulders and trees. It was perfect for a quiet relaxing stay. The front and back porch are designed nicely for sitting outside and enjoying the great weather. We just hung around trying new restaurants, traveled 15 min to Pine and did some hiking at the Tonto Natural Bridge. Gabe was a great host with great communication. We would love to stay here again when in Payson.

This property was exactly as described. It was super homey and included everything we needed for our week stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and weather was excellent. Gabriel was very hospitable and we will definitely be back to enjoy this hidden gem in the mountains.

We had such a great stay at this beautiful property. It’s perfectly convenient to both town and hiking trails, very clean and well-equipped. The boulders in the landscape are such a cool feature! We would love to stay here again on our next trip.

My husband, daughter and I had a great time on our mini-trip to Payson. They had toys for my 1.5 yr old daughter to play with/keep her occupied. The house was as adorable/cozy as the pictures made it look. we would definitely stay there again the next time we go to Payson.

Awesome house with two outdoor living areas that are perfect for hanging out and enjoying the beautiful area. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. The host always is available with any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Extremely clean and no insects inside. Comfortable gated front deck and fenced back yard w doggy door access. Plenty of amenities including Keurig coffee maker and k-cups. 2 wall mounted big screen tv's w lots of choices. Very good ventilation and A/C. Quiet neighborhood w easy access to restaurants, Green Valley Park w lake, grocery stores, etc.
My wife and I stayed there w our 2 dogs-an English Bulldog and a French Bulldog. All of us were very comfortable and the dogs enjoyed the easy access to the back yard through the doggy door that was just the right size for them. Gabriel the owner was easy to reach and provided quick feedback. Check in was simple w the combination lock. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time at the rock house. Stayed for 9 days and it was just as perfect as the 1st time. Had a problem with the front door lock due to heavy rain. I contacted gabriel and within 30 minutes he had a locksmith there and the door fixed. What an amazing host! Cant wait to go back next summer.

Me and my husband stayed here a few nights during a summer road-trip. Gabe was an awesome host and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The home was perfect, had good amenities, and a comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful backyard, especially in the evening. If and when we return to Payson we will stay here again. I highly recommend!

Our goal was to escape the valley heat and explore Rim Country. The home is located close to most things you’d need in town, plus close enough to roads to take you on great adventures!
The home was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fenced in front and back areas where our dog could safely explore.

We loved this comfortable home. The back patio and front porch were great places to relax each day after enjoying Payson and the surrounding area. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. Gabriel is a responsive host. He is very easy to get a hold of when needed. This home is located close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Such a comfortable, extremely clean and well stocked home. We enjoyed ourselves and wished we could have stayed longer. We were so happy to get to bring our dogs with us and they had a blast. Even got to see an Elk, thanks to a friendly neighbor pointing it out to us in her back yard. The back patio was shaded in the afternoon and perfect for cooking out on the grill. We enjoyed the wine while listening to the breeze blowing through the pine trees.

Sonoran desert heat to Ponderosa pines cool in less than 3 hour drive. Great base location close to all activities Payson has to offer. Guest host was easy to communicate with and offered suggestions on where to take our dog for daily hike. Super clean with great backyard and front deck to kick back and enjoy.

We had a wonderful time exploring Payson but we had trouble leaving the front deck. Sooooo cozy to relax and take a nap.
I didn’t want to come home this morning, a statement for how comfortable your home is amongst the boulders and pines.
We hiked the Tonto Natural Bridge and Water Wheel falls, we found these hikes a bit difficult being in our 60’s but so glad we didn’t chicken out. Both were beautiful!
Went to Pine for dinner so we could see elk. We weren’t disappointed except no sighting of a bull elk.
I noticed how many return visitors you had, you can add me to that list. The house is immaculate, cozy, close to restaurants and dog friendly 🐶

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. We had everything we needed. Wonderful location close to all we needed. The property was great, enjoyed the front porch area as well as the back. Very private and quiet. The home was immaculate and the host great to communicate with. Definitely a 5 star
