Beautiful location, beautiful pool, amazing service with personal touches. It is amazing for family with kids. The hotel is located away from the Oia town just a short 5 min walk from but it means it is quiet and not busy and overrun with tourists like the rest of Oia. Even before we arrived, the hotel rang us to arrange transport from airport which included baby seat. The hotel room itself is gorgeous with heated pool with heated tiles outdoor. We enjoyed our swim outdoor in October with sunset view. The room is spacious and beautifully designed. Our room is cleaned twice a day. Breakfast was included with our stay and comes with breathtaking infinity pool views. The breakfast is delicious and generous. The staff goes extra mile to make our stay special with little present to our baby and also little souvenir when we left. We had an amazing time.

A bit pricey

While it definitely will cost you money to eat and drink, the view, food, hospitality and experience are worth it. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and obliging; as guests we weren't asked to lift a finger. The facilities were clean, the gym served its purpose and was clean, and the location is remote and removed from the summer crowds. We really couldn't find a reason to leave the resort and so we didn't.

The staff at the Pacman bar could have been more eager to please, timely, and hospitable-- but I suppose I'm a tough critic as a person from NYC.

immediately got upgraded to platinum which meant free mini bar and a lunch which was excellent , the new large pool is lovely , fantastic space in the 3 bed Villa and very good A/C

walk to the pool through the restaurant was a little strange , housekeeping struggled to give us correct amount of glasses / cups for 6 people in our villa

Breakfast was amazing excellent choice Pool was calming and tranquil Position was within easy walking distance to oia shoos and restuarants

The thumping music, by the pool. The constant instagrammers. The restaurant was wonderful but full on every night, would be good to have a more relaxed option for guests of the hotel.

this hotel is centrally located in Oia only a 5 minute walk from downtown. it’s great for families with kids as you’re not allowed to stay in the caves with children under 13 due to safety. the property is gorgeous and the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable.

this hotel is overpriced for the value. a sushi roll will cost you 40 euros, the breakfast was the worst we had in Greece (even scrambled eggs were inedible) and the service was mediocre. there’s a gorgeous pool but it’s not heated and so freezing that literally no one at the hotel swims.

Everything about Andronis was absolutely perfect. The staff was fantastic and helped us book excursions and set up very nice taxis to and from the airport and ferry port and to Amoudi Bay for dinner one night. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast that’s included is also very good and had many options. Book Andronis, you won’t regret it!!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

1. it is secluded and easy accesible by taxi. 2. the rooms were amazing, clean and private pool has a temperature set which is nice to swim in at night. 3. service of this place is amazing, they have alot of staff around. the room gets cleaned more then twice which was nice. 4. they are so helpful and this place is like a full 5 star service. 5. breakfast options are amazin, like a buffet, you probably be full the whole day. 6. the faclities here are amazing. the pools, bars, restuarnat, buggies help you with luggage. View. Amazing 7. You dont even need to leave the hotel it has so much to do especailly in the pool area, there are beds and hammocks to relax 8. a full relaxed stay, you pay for what you get 9. you need to organise transfers to certain areas as santorini is a cliff island so alot of stairs. 10. the amenties in the hotel is amazing, so gooodddd 11. there is parking on site as well which is helpful for exploring around santorini 12. a few minutes walk to the CBD of oia.

Pre visit communication was horrible. Took 3 emails to get one response on many questions. Sent the wrong name to our driver to pick us up at the port so we sat there for an hour waiting for a ride until we got everything figured out. Trying to call the hotel was a nightmare because the phone number was never directly tied to that exact hotel. Room’s view was great minus the huge plumbing pipe right in the middle of it (They eventually covered it but only after I asked). The drapes in the room had a million moth holes it so it def cheapened the stay.
