Goditi questo appartamento al primo piano molto spazioso, privato, con una camera da letto. È un noleggio di fronte all'oceano che riposa a pochi passi dall'ingresso della spiaggia. Patio privato e amaca inclusi. Guarda l'oceano dal tavolo della cucina e dal patio. Questa ampia camera da letto include un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli a due piazze. We really enjoyed our stay here, just outside of the busy part of town. Right across the street from the beach with a nice beach access. Within walking distance to shops and restaurant's. We really enjoyed the washer and dryer, it was a huge help for our family of 4. The outdoor shower was great, and being able to use the provided beach supplies was wonderful, not having to pack as much. Host was very attentive and kept in communication with us.
My ONLY issue was the Cleaning fee, I felt it was priced a little on the high side. Will be looking to stay here again in the future.

Rich and Allison are excellent hosts, super attentive and kind! The property is bigger than it seems in pictures and has everything you need! The in unit laundry is super helpful and the outdoor shower with provided beach gear was such a help to us. Great location that is steps from the beach and good restaurants. We will absolutely be staying again! Highly recommend this to anyone!

Had a great time visiting Flagler Beach. The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed. It could have been cleaner when we arrived, but there were plenty of cleaning supplies available. The owner was quick to respond to any message we sent and im sure if we had any issues, he would have taken care of them promptly. Overall, we had a great vacation and will be returning in the future.

The appartment is MUCH more spacious than the pics show. Clean, very well-stocked, and you can't get closer to the ocean in Flagler Beach. Perfect place to chill--highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is in a fantastic location, literally steps from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream, boardwalk and shops! The beach is clean, dog friendly and not very busy. The property has plenty of space inside, kitchen essentials, and comfortable beach chairs and umbrella. The temperature runs pretty warm at night, but Rich will adjust the thermostat quickly upon request. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet and safe place in Flagler! Thank you for offering a great, affordable, beach front option!

Just returned home from our second vacation here. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay again. Once again, the location is perfect for us and the accommodations are just what we are looking for. It is in a nice neighborhood, within walking distance to everything Flagler Beach offers. We had a very minor electrical issue (a plug in the bathroom quit working). We let the owner know and it was fixed properly in less than 24 hours. I wasn't expecting that kind of response, but definitely appreciate it. We hope to make a return trip again next year.

This property is exactly as described, the pictures are accurate and the layout is bigger than it looks! It was quiet, clean, close to the beach and the area was cute. Lots of great coffee shops nearby, short drive to Publix or a short walk to dollar general.
I would definitely come back! Host responded to any questions I had almost as soon as I hit send on my phone.

This property needs upgrading big time. A shorter person could not even ge5 into the shower. Everything was outdated. It was so bad we had to leave early but did not get any refunds.

This worked out really well for my parents. They were visiting from Europe and we live right around the corner. They preferred their own place and it was only a 2 min walk from our house. They loved the layout and it was nice and quiet across from our beach. Richard was super helpful and communicated well. They had no issues during their stay, it was perfect for what we needed.

Everything was great with the rental unit and communication with the owner. Only negative was we got evacuated 1 day early due to Hurricane coming in. Obviously that is mother nature’s fault.

My favorite thing is the sunrise and sunset from the kitchen table or we could just walk a few steps across to the beach! We will definitely be back! Richard the host is very responsive and accommodating. We love Flagler Beach!

Great place for newlyweds!
My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and it was perfect! Great location! A little outdated, but the furnishings arent the most important part of a beach house lol. It would be a little cramped for a family, but for a couple it's perfect. Rich was very nice and available at a moments notice. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location
Wow, this location! Check in process was easy. This place is a lot bigger than it looks. Literally right across from the beach. Huge tub, comfy beds, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a major bonus. Property owner was very responsive and answered every question I asked. The outdoor shower was the best thing ever! Will be staying here again ASAP!

Family beach vacation
The location of the property was exactly what we were looking for - less than a minute to the beach, in a quiet area with a yard for kids to be outside. The neighborhood is within a short walk to restaurants, coffee shop/donuts, and everything Flagler Beach has to offer. Our family of 5 was very comfortable (the kids slept on the daybed and pull out) and everything was comfortable and clean. The beach is quiet at this location, surf fishing, swimming, and exploring for the kids is right across the street. Everything was good, we hope to make a return visit.

Came from PA to fish and relax
We enjoyed our 6 night stay and it worked out well for us. Rich responded immediately to our need to adjust the temperature in our unit- he does it remotely. He also explained by text how to use the TV. I did some cooking and the kitchen was well equipped. The sunrise each morning was spectacular! We could walk to restaurants and shops. We are “ seniors” so one challenge was getting into the tub which was high. We did ok with it in general. Having the washer and dryer was a plus. ( the washer lid might need new Velcro to keep it up.)What a great break from the cold weather and we hope to return to this gem in the future.

Location was great as it was a walk across A1A and you're on the beach. Being there isn't a lot of parking in front of the beach the beach was quiet and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular Spot!
My husband and I needed a special place to reconnect and refresh. This home and the location were amazing. The home is super clean and decorated very nice. The beds were comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed and could walk or ride our bikes to all of the famous spots. Our neighbors were quiet and friendly. We will stay here again.

Property was clean and communication with the host was excellent. Not much beach view from the house itself as the property was on a down slope, but a public access was right across A1A. Very quite.

Furnishings a bit eclectic, but had everything we needed. Air conditioning needed some adjustments, but owner made several changes wirelessly and was also very helpful in getting the streaming on the TV working via phone. The location was quiet and easy to access.- a good combination for a couple in their eighties.

Great place, location, and price!
We stayed at this property for a week in
April 2021. It iis not a huge place, but plenty of room for the two of us. The property is on A1A, so you cross the road and you are on the beach!! A1A has a bike lane on both sides and also turns into a paved bike/wal;k/run path once outside of Flagler Beach. The property has one large full bathroom, a living room area, and a large bedroom with a sofa area and a door to an outside patio.. The property owner was very accommodating, and easy to communicate with . This is not a "fancy" place, but for the price, we thought it was completely satisfactory and you cannot beat the location and price!!!
