Questa splendida vista sulla spiaggia condominio si trova nella fase 1, al terzo piano del palazzo Topaz di Las Palomas. L'unità è di oltre 1500sf w / splendida vista sull'oceano.
La nostra unità si affaccia ad ovest, che vi permetterà di ombra al mattino a dormire fuori la notte prima attività.

Due camere da letto con vista sull'oceano w / porte scorrevoli in vetro al balcone e tende black out.
Una camera a castello di grandi dimensioni con letti a castello per dormire tutti i bambini e un'area per la x-box. Tv a schermo piatto in tutto di cui 2 nella stanza a castello.

Offre 442sf terrazza / balcone con entrambe le tabelle alti e bassi tavoli alti che ospita fino a 10 persone per godere di quelle vista sull'oceano e sulla piscina ea pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Balcone con divano e loveseat!

Great Condo!
Our group ranged from 17-55. 5 nights. We always bring some of our own food for a few dinners and bfasts: burgers, pasta, pancakes, eggs, etc. The kitchen was the most stocked with small appliances, pots/pans and utensils of any condo we've stayed at.
And we used the washer/dryer - all good.
The condo overall was very clean and well maintained. The only exception being the broken floor fan in the 3rd bedroom - which tended to get hot at night.
We will definitely book this one again. 10/10

The room a was prefect, air conditioning worked wonders and the place is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The resort was perfect for what we wanted.

Everything was great just a few little things. Knobs on showers need fixed too hard to find the hot water, seems they may be backwards. Also bunk bed room no air and fan in closet doesn’t work

We usually spend 4th of July at Paloma’s and it never fails! This condo was just beautiful and it had the most amazing views. It was very spacious and had lots of beds that made it even better for all my kids. It had everything I needed in the kitchen. I highly recommend this condo! :)

We loved our stay at this condo. This condo is a 5 star rating; but management of the resort ruined our stay following leaving.
After we left; we were contacted that we had damage charges. They stated there was damage to a chair on the patio and appeared to be cigarette burns. Not only does no one drink or even smoke in our family; but we never even sat on the patio furniture during our stay. When trying to explain that to management they said it was our fault and charged our credit card anyway.
We were also charged for an additional item that we noticed was broken upon our arrival.
Lesson learned is that if we see something broken at Las Palomas to immediately contact the resort as it was blamed on us.
This was the greatest condo we’ve stayed in and we come every year. I just feel frustrated we were charged for damages that we know were not done by us.

This condo was perfect! It was very clean and positioned perfect by elevator which made it quick to get anywhere on property. The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed many meals there. Highly recommend this place!

The condo could comfortably sleep 8, although we traveled with 5. The condo is located in Phase 1 of Las Palomas, which was near the front desk and golf course, which made it easy to check in and carry clubs. Beautiful views from the balcony as well. The only inconvenience was the showers were cold, but I would put that onus on the resort rather than condo, itself. On top of the great spot, Nikki, the owner was a pleasure to work with. She was very quick with responding to the few inquiries I had. I would and will most likely try to re-rent this condo in the future.

Beautiful room. Slept 8 of us comfortably. The resort was very accommodating and such a fun place to hang out. They were very helpful getting us taxis wherever we needed to go. Felt very safe. Definitely recommend!

Clean and Cute decor! Wonderful amenities. Had to call facilities due to clogged shower (water would not go down) and cold water in the 2nd shower. They came within a couple hours.
Would definitely rent again.

We loved our stay at the resort. Super nice owners and extremely responsive. A few things were different from in the listing, but overall the stay was still so worth it. You will have a blast at this property.

Exactly as featured, in the first phase of the building with phase two (bigger pools) just a 10 minute walk away. Check in and out was easy, room was clean. Only suggest to bring extra trash bags.

We loved our stay here. The unit was very clean and the decor was fun with all the beach stuff. The only thing I would add is a screen on the 3rd back bedroom. We kept that open at night to let fresh air in and the screen would've given a little more security.
