It's right on the bluff overlooking the ocean, has a hot tub on one of the decks and it's only about a 2 block walk to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve where there are many trails. We like the one mile walk along the bluff. At times, however, it can be too cold and windy to sit on the deck which is why we're always concerned about clean windows as there is a big couch upstairs facing the ocean and a bit of the coast which is great. (Windows were perfect so thanks Breen) It's a bit of a drive to town but no problem. Thanks to Haleigh at Breen for a good contact here. We used to stay in a motel on Moonstone Beach Dr but decided it would be nice to rent a house instead for the 3 of us retired seniors and we're glad we did and glad we found this place.

This charming property sits along a beautiful stretch of the central coast. There's nothing like watching a sunset here while listening to the waves crash right out the back patio door. Twelve sea otters floated by as we watched the sun setting on our final evening! The proximity to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve only enhances the stay. We love the Cambria area especially the ocean front properties. We love Inn Above the Tide. We also appreciated the quality service delivered by the Breen team. We'll certainly be back again and again.

We were celebrating our 50th. Wedding Anniversary. We decided to pick a place by the sea. Could not have chosen a better place to stay. Incredible views of the ocean, very quiet neighborhood, walking paths and park around us, whale, pelicans, herrons and so much more. Good restaurants and shops in town. People very helpful and friendly. Hearst castle, Paso Robles, and other places around us to explore. Magical 50th. Anniversary- Thank you!

From a comfortable sofa one can watch the broad swath of tides come and go, sunsets, otters and seals playing in the water, pelicans flying, egrets and herons searching for frogs in the meadows. Hiking on Fiscalini Ranch Preserve is just steps away. The home is clean, comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.I hope future price increases do not place it out of our reach!

We had an amazing time at this property! It had more stunning views than I could have imagined! Outside fire pit, rocking chairs and hot tub put property over the top! Loved it and will definitely stay again!

It can get chilly right on the coast, especially in October, and this time we REALLY appreciated the gas fire pit, so we could literally enjoy being outside anytime day, or night. The property itself is a 3-level home with great amenities and one of the best beds I have ever slept on. Especially when the master bedroom is so near the ocean. Highly recommend this property and the folks at Breen.

very clean had everything we needed

Good location. Condition of property fair to good. Floor plan good. Received a gash on my leg caused by a chair in disrepair. Reported it with pictures to property manager who offered a bottle of wine which was not accepted. Gash presently infected but healing. Next year will look for a nicer property in same location.

We enjoy being right on the coast and having it be a short walk to the Fiscalini Ranch where we like to walk the mile across and back right along the cliff. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Guess the only thing that they could improve on is when you first walk in the door it would be nice to see totally clean windows in the living room instead of streaked ones. We do know that the seaspray does take a toll though and other windows where cleaned. Certainly not a deterrent to staying here again though. Hopefully we can stay here in 2023 also.

It was nice to have the bikes, CDs , ample towels and beach chairs available. My only negative comment was the lack of some basic items I have come to expect in VRBO properties. I was very surprised that there was no salt/pepper or oil. No caffeinated tea or coffee. No shampoo. I expected these basics at this price level. I would certainly brought them from home if I had known. This is the only reason for giving it 4 stars. The stay was otherwise amazing.
