We love the blue beach house, perfect location, great view, and always quiet

This is our 3rd or 4th visit to the blue beach house. Super clean and everything you need. We loved the upgraded chairs on the back deck and the path to the beach was a favorite of everyone in the family. Host is super responsive to messages. Already booked for next year!!

I was so amazing to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the deck. The kids loved being able to see all the peoples fireworks from the comfort of the house. My daughter loved watching the sunset every night over the horizon and having breakfast watching the waves. We have stayed at a lot of house in the area and this one had everything we had ever wished for. It had a nice grass front yard to play in, the decor was so nice and all the plates matched lol. We will definitely be back.

Our family stayed 4 nights at this house; there were 4 adults and two dogs in our group. The house was furnished with complete attention to detail, and had everything we needed. Our dogs enjoyed sitting on the wonderful deck in the back, and in the mud room. We were able to remove sand from the dogs and from our feet easily, before coming in to the house. (There were also plenty of towels and vacuum cleaners to help tidy up, if needed.) We had dinners on the picnic table on the deck, enjoying the views of the beach and ocean. Everything that needed to be labeled was, making it easy to use and find. The fenced front yard was nice, as was the path down through the dunes to the beach in the back. The sounds of the ocean were awesome (we are from land-locked Colorado) the sunsets were beautiful, and the abundance of birds and deer added to the experience. There is a grocery store a just down the road, which we visited twice. We stay in a lot of rental homes, and this one was truly one of the best. We plan to return to Grayland and stay at The Blue Beach House again!

We loved the Blue Beach House! Everything was just perfect! An easy walk to the beach. Beautiful view from the deck. We love to cook and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we could possibly need. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing beach get away!

Another amazing stay at Blue Beach House. Everything we needed is provided, just bring your clothes and groceries and you are all set. there is even a nice spice rack that has all the spices you need. Location is great, you can see the ocean from the windows and deck and a nice path to walk to the beach or a quick drive just the next road over. We will be back.

Just the perfect place for us. So close to the ocean, Westport, Tokeland, etc. Inside warm and cozy, always neat and clean - everything we need and more. And the view! The deck is fabulous. We've stayed before, and will be back!

Has everything we need to enjoy the coast.

Myself and 4 childhood friends rented the Blue Beach house for a little reunion and absolutely loved it. Cute, clean, newly renovated, super accessible, and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Access to the beach was amazing. House had a great view with deck. Amenities at the house including kitchen were top notch. Would come again!

Fun time with friends. Razor clams at night and surf perch during the day. Great clean cozy place with easy trail to the beach. Will return!!

Our family enjoyed a nice weekend at the beach and this house was the perfect base camp for us! The kids had a great time with all the toys that were available, and the house had everything for us to cook and play all weekend long. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a beach rental.

I think we found our new favorite getaway! It was perfectly equipped, extremely clean, and very comfortable and charming. It made for a perfect holiday visit. We look forward to returning!

Over the years family has come to Greyland to celebrate Thanksgiving. Many camp in the state park. The home is within walking distance to the campground. The walk to the beach is quick and we enjoyed walking the dog along the path multi times a day. The home was well supplied. Beds were extremely comfortable and the house was clean. We would love to come back to visit during the summer so we can enjoy the back patio more. We did not have cell service (AT&T), thankful they provided wifi so we could stay connected.

Everything we needed was there. The only problem was it was listed as having a hot tub then after we got it the hot tub amenity disappeared.

Our second time to this house and we love it. The view is perfect and the fenced in yard is great for the dogs. It's a short walk or short drive to the beach.

We originally stayed in May of this year. Got home and immediately booked again. The location is perfect. It's the best equipped guest home I've been in, and it's very comfortable. We'll be back, for another visit, sometime soon.

I thought the location looked great in pictures and then when we booked it and I saw the overview shot of the neighborhood I worried that it wouldn't be private enough but once we got there my worries were for nothing. It's not secluded but even with the home next door it feels private once you are on the deck or in the home (and there are bushes and blinds for privacy) and the location was great for exploring the beach and the general area. The walk to the beach is pretty short. Half way down there is even a little bench or chair if you want to sit out there and watch the ocean. We had stormy weather so the path flooded in parts but it was still pretty quick to get to the beach. You just turn left on the trail and keep walking on that path down to the road and down. The ocean view is beautiful and peaceful from both the deck and inside the home. Crazy beautiful sunsets. The house was clean and cozy. The host was excellent with communication, very friendly and quick responses. The only thing keeping it from perfection for me was the main bed. I'm short and recovering from a back injury and it's very tall. Even my husband who is over six feet thought it was tall. We slept in it the first night but it wasn't for me. So we slept in the second bedroom that had to two beds and found that bed comfortable enough. We brought a kite and they have a pole out front that you can put one on so that was fun too, watching it fly around in the wind. We would definitely stay here again.

This was exactly what we were looking for! Cute, clean and cozy. Beach access. Terrific host! Highly recommended.

Very nice little house with access to beach. Lots of birds! There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 beds. The bed in the master is king size and firm. We slept incredibly well. There is a microwave, coffee maker, oven, stove, big fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer, but I don’t think there is a toaster. The deck is great to watch the ocean or watch birds. Tv has cable and also Netflix. Wifi is great too. Best thing, it’s literally two minutes to the beach. We’ll be back.

The location is perfect if you want a quiet house with a view and easy beach access.

The Blue beach house is very charming. Just as described. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. They have beach gear for you to use also. A short walk through the dunes puts you on the beach. Very nice place. I would stay again.

Only had a couple of nights but the house and location were awesome. Next time we will make time to stay longer!

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place for a couple days of rest and relaxation, you’ve found the place. The home is well cared for, clean, and has pretty much everything you will need for a short stay. We loved the stroll down to the beach and playing cornhole as we watched the sunset. We hope to book the house again. Thank you!

I've been to many different houses in this area and this one by far is my favorite! The location is perfect and the view is outstanding. It has everything you need for a small group of people. I'd say more than 3 adults it would get crowded but it has everything you could want - and it's dog friendly :) The walk to the beach was a bit far for my little dogs, but being right next to the access road was an easy drive so that they weren't tired by the time we got there and they could still chase the ball ;) I will be back here many more times. I'd say the only thing that could make this any better would be a small, gas bbq. There is a charcoal one to use... that's just more time than I want to spend. Enjoy your time here!

This is our third time to the Little Blue Beach House. This is the perfect spot for a family beach vacation. The owners are easy to get a hold of. The house has everything that is needed. The area is very quiet, with a short drive to Westport for restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.
