My family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious enough for 7 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from (14 months to 14 years). We absolutely love that it is right on the beach, and, thankfully, the construction happening in the area was not bothersome in the least. The only down sides to the condo was that there are quite a few blades missing to the blinds in the master bedroom, so if you need it completely dark to sleep, that would be a problem. Also, the pool was not ready yet.

This condo was pristine. Very clean from the garage, lobby, billards room, elevators, and especially the condo itself. The elevators were very fast. All beds were very comfortable. The condo smelled very good. No musty beach odors that sometimes just happen. We didnt watch tv because we couldn't figure out Roku. The pool was being rebuit which we knew about. It actually saved us from getting too much sun. The blinds in the master bedroom were damaged and unfortunately it was too bright to sleep in much. But this literally is our only thing we'd change. We had a wonderful time and are looking firward to staying here again one day.

The place felt like home, The property was secure and left me reassured that nothing would happen to myself or my vehicle. The unit was clean and well maintained. Wonder view of the ocean, strip and intercoastal waterway.

Condo was clean but a little worn especially cabinets. Beds were comfortable. The WiFi worked well once we received correct information. ( Guest book was not updated). Coffee maker was not working and management brought one over to use. Was a little inconvenient to have to go to another site before and after visit to obtain and return garage opener. Overall was as pictured in VRBO.

Great location for the event that we were in Daytona for. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed our time in it and would use again. The owners were very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. At no fault of the condo owners, the beach leaves some to be desired… it’s small, not well kept and loud from construction. I would love to see it when the pool is back in order and the beach is back on track.

This was a excellent place to stay and great location. Will be even better after repairs are made following hurricanes. The condo does need to make sure that there are enough utensils, cups for example. we understand things get broken during the year, but a restock does need to be looked at thank you for so much for bringing a new coffee pot. The current coffee pot would not work due to a mismatch. Needs a new Hamilton beach pot and it should be good to go! we had a wonderful time thanks !

This place was perfect!! From the time we walked in the main entrance to the room we were staying in(which was on the 10th floor)was spotless and smelled very clean. There was 10 of us staying at the Opus and we all were very empress with how clean and accommodating this place is. We have no complaints. Loved it! Will definitely stay here again!

The property was very nice and accommodating. It was very clean and taken care of. The only down side to our stay was the condition of the beach, which is no fault of the property owners. The beach has some extensive damage due to last year’s (2022) hurricane. We assume that this is also the cause of the higher water levels in Daytona. We can’t remember ever having such limited beach area. Hopefully this will correct itself with time. Again, as for the property, very nice and enjoyable.

Everything was clean and ready to go when we checked in after a pretty long drive. There are numerous codes to open doors throughout the building with a garage door opener, so it’s very safe and secure. We had a group of 9 people and fit comfortably!

We enjoyed our stay here. The one and only complaint would be that the pool is down due to the Hurricane. The pool was not listed as being down on VRBO, if I would have realized that it was down, I would not have booked here due to having teenagers that were looking forward to hanging out by the pool during the evenings. We still had a great time even with no pool.

The only negative thing for me was that the master closet was locked so I wasn’t able to hang up any of my clothes. The other closets were being used by my adult extended family and I didn’t want to bother them to get my clothes from their room.

Nice place, not ocean front but could see ocean from side and dinning area.

We had a great stay. A positive experience overall. The only negative is that the owners keep the closet in the master bedroom locked so you have to leave your suitcases and bags out in the room. Not anything to keep me from staying there again. This unit is very clean.

All 3 BR had broken blinds so you could not close to keep out the street light. Other blinds broken as well. Sliding door screen in DR/LR ripped with large gaping hole! 1 of 3 barstools seat, severely damaged. Pillow cases not long enough to cover pillows(MBR). 2 bedspreads appeared not laundered ever. Ice maker did not work ever. I have pics. I was embarrassed for my family. Tried to contact VRBO. Impossible! I am owed a partial refund. The owners are a disgrace to have the gaul to rent like this! VRBO, what are you doing????

The condo was spacious and very clean! The only thing that was difficult was not knowing about the underground parking. Due to flight delays, we didn't get to our condo till 4 AM and it was frustrating trying to figure out where to park. Otherwise, we had a LOVELY week!

We stayed for Speedweek and had the best experience. This property is 1. beautiful and clean 2. safe 3. close to everything! We are looking forward to hopefully booking this property next year!

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time staying at OPUS and it was a good experience. The only draw back for me personally is that it wasn't a pet friendly rental. But I saw many people there taking their large dogs out to potty. The only other issue we had was no dishcloths or sponges, none. It was a beautiful condo, it had everything else we needed. It was in a good location and the other guests were not loud or annoying. The check in process could use a little more information if coming in on a Sunday. There is no direction on where the parking deck is (underground, past the driveway to the building) and the elevator in garage was not easy to locate. But those are all minor annoyances and would not stop me from staying there again.

My family and I had a great time! Location was excellent and the place was as listed. Other than a few little things like more utensils, maybe changing the worn out throw pillows, and not being able to access the master bedroom closet, but overall it was perfect. The place was nice and big and there were other closets in the other bedrooms where I placed my stuff. The master bedroom does have a dresser you can use. We loved the two balconies and the views every morning and at night. We would definitely recommend and go there again. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

The condo was great. Extremely spacious and very nice. Easy check-in and check-out. Great location between the busiest part of Daytona and the quieter part. Easy access to the beach. We would definitely rent this condo again.

It was being cleaned when we got there at 4, we had to wait a couple minutes before we could go in. They didn't sweep but overall it was very roomy. Besides the floors everything else was good. I would definitely keep this property in mind if we vacation in daytona again.

There was a missing panel under the kitchen sink with a screw that was sticking out. My wife got poked by it. Lots of lids to pots and pans but none of them fit the pots. On day one the smoke detectors kept chirping ( low battery), so we ended replacing them. Washer machine was not leveled and kept knocking hard every time we used it. Place would be a lot nicer if they actually went through it and fixed it up.
