This place was great! Very clean, exactly as it looked in the pictures, and very well stocked! It had everything needed in the kitchen and more. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Patio in the back on the water was so relaxing. Even saw dolphins a couple of days! I highly recommend this place. It was great and I hope to stay here next time I am in town.

We have stayed at this property twice. Both times we have really enjoyed ourselves and time here. We come over with our 2 teen daughters and little one. There is plenty of space and everyone keeps busy. We get full use of the property from the dock for docking the boat to the bikes. We love it here!

This trip was originally scheduled for June but one of the guys got Covid and the other one injured his knee so we couldn't go on the planned date. Jan was great to work with and let us change our date to August which saved the trip! The house was perfect and the location was great. We brought a boat and it is a short trip to the gulf and the sandbar which we enjoyed every day. I have stayed at a number of VRBO rentals in Hernando Beach and this is definitely one of the best!

The Hernando beach community feels like going to Key west. The canal access was so nice, we fished everyday right off the floating dock. The house made it easy to relax, very comfortable furniture. W enjoyed the Hernando Beach area as well, lots of restaurants close by with great food and entertainment. It was close by Weeki Wachee Springs park too. We loved it and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, short drive to the bay from the house for scallops , water was clear and beautiful, not overly crowded on the water! Owner was amazing to work with , we had a blast!

Nice little florida house!! Plenty of space but still very cozy. Really enjoyed relaxing on the patio! Was fun to see what marine life would show up in the canal everyday. Host has done a great job providing any and everything you might need. Beds comfy, slept great each night. Bathrooms clean & updated. Quiet location with a few fun/casual restaurants just up the street. Was exactly what I needed for a few days, would stay again!

Had all the amenities you could ever ask for! Home is very nice and the area was so nice peaceful and quiet! Folks around the area was so helpful and so nice! It is one I would come back to!

This is a very nice and comfortable house. It was very clean when we arrived. Very well equipped with everything you could ever need. We had a snafu mid week and the owners were fantastic at handling everything quickly and fairly. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to relax and explore the wonderful area! Back porch is is nice but you can not enjoy in the rain. It would have been nice to sit out their when it rains.

Our family of 6 had a great time at this property. It was a perfect home base for our week in Hernando Beach visiting family, kayaking and paddleboarding right from the dock and renting a pontoon boat from one of the nearby marinas. We will definitely be back.

I’ll probably regret this because after you read this you will book it, and knowing my luck it will be the weekend I want to go too. Can’t say enough about this home and the location. If you bring a boat, the ramp is right around the corner, just drop in and whip around to the dock. Probably a 10-15 minute ride all at idle through the canals. Great chance to check out homes and meet all the dogs along the way! The house has a nice little side driveway or lot next door to park your trailer. Floating dock so no need to tie spring lines and they even thought of genders for you to protect your boat! Water hose is on the north side of the house and can easily reach the dock to clean your catch or hose down the boat. Close to the main channel so 7 minutes after you leave the house you are on plane and heading to scallop, fish, or just hang out on the sand bar. They even thought enough to have two small coolers if you need them, fishing tackle, and a rod and reel! Diver down flag in the garage as well, they thought of everything you could have forgotten! Two bikes in the garage to cruise the neighborhood in or make a quick run to the store. Washer and dryer for laundry, plenty of room to sleep and large dining area for the whole group. Nice size grill in the back for some fresh fish, steaks, or the good old burgers and dogs! Large hammock to hang in and watch the sunset and cotton candy west coast Florida skies in the evening. Patio area is huge and safe place to store your gear for the boat without it being in the way. Check out the photos and know that there is plenty of room and book this place. Or don’t, just improves my chances of it being available when I want to go! Oh, if you do book, make sure to check out The Drunken Mullet too...get the mussels and thank me later! Enjoy!

The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. Decorated cute but most importantly, comfortable. The location was close to everything! I would definitely stay here again!!!
