Very convenient location

Pillows were really hard and rooms very small.

A very cozy room with a spacious bathroom.

The carpets on the public corridors are a bit dirty. Stains can be seen everywhere.

Location

during Covid19 pandemic, this hotel was very valuable and exceeded our expectation. Nowadays, hotels prices have been dramatically raised up. I think we are really used to the Covid19 pandemic prices, so we feel really expensive for the current price. I am sure Hotels were really suffered from the Covid19, so I don't get offended the prices, but prices should be raised up gradually, not rapidly..... that is how I feel....

I haven't eaten the breakfast at this hotel in the last few years... so I am not sure what is going on that. In general, if they are still offering the same kind of breakfast in Bento box, I would never eat it...

Easy access to metro Small room but still comfortable

The breakfast should be different, there should be different types of food each day not the same

The breakfast was pretty good, the options for beverages were good too. And the view from where we breakfast was pretty really nice to start the day. And I really enjoyed the coffee and green tea capsules and the water bottles that were available in the room. The location is really convenient to go everywhere in Osaka or go other cities in Kansai region.

On the carpet of the hall of floor where the room was located, there were visible stains. I would hope that stains would be gone after a reasonable time.

Quiet and close to Hommachi subways wich is useful to reach more or less every place in Osaka.

Breakfast is bento style, you've to retire it at the reception and in case heat it on the 14th floot. I did not specify that I'm vegetarian and they didn't ask so I could never eat the breakfast that I paid.

They only provided 1 breakfast bag per room and not per person, even though I was traveling with my family. It was cold and not good.

Thought it was better than other 3-star hotels and thought the price was ok.

The bathroom was so dirty. You could see red and black molds and fungi…! IIt was all slimy too. I asked them to clean it or change the room. The y bleached it [as I requested], and it got somewhat clean……
