This home fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of room. Very nice neighborhood. The level of privacy was a pleasant surprise. The communication with the owner was very clear and precise. I would definitely stay here again

My wife and I recently rented this house for two months. It was a terrific experience and we loved every minute we were there. The communication from the owner Elaine was fantastic. She always responds quickly and was very attentive to any of our needs. The home itself is very nice. There was plenty of space for us, even when we had guests stay over. Bedrooms and bathrooms were big and clean and well appointed. Everything you need for your stay is supplied by Elaine. We spent most of the days and nights in the backyard that overlooked a nice small lake with fountain. Pool area was great to sit around and have coffee in the morning and a drink at night. Location was perfect!!! Minutes to the beach, restaurants/bars, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The community of Crystal Pointe is gorgeous - so clean. Landscaping is beautiful. The worst part about this house was leaving. We are back in the snowy N'east and miss our beach getaway. I would highly recommend staying at Elaine's house if it is available..
