L'esterno della casa è dove questo noleggio spicca davvero con la sua grande piscina riscaldata (aperta da febbraio a novembre, tempo permettendo), completa con una estremità bassa per i bambini piccoli, un campo da picchetto regolamentare, campo recintato per qualsiasi attività tu desideri e una casa a schiera per tenersi in forma mentre si è ancora impegnati con gli altri fuori.
Ti stai ancora annoiando nel nostro mini complesso sportivo? Nessun problema, sei a circa 5 minuti dal golf a Sand Hollow Resort, Sky Mountain e Coral Canyon.
Il golf non è il tuo genere? Il serbatoio Quail Creek e il serbatoio Sand Hollow sono estremamente vicini e consentono canottaggio, kayak, grigliate sulla spiaggia, ecc. Tutt'intorno a te ci sono sentieri per il fuoristrada e Sand Hollow ha persino dune di sabbia dove andare in giro.

Great property with lots of outdoor options on site. Pool was great, pickleball was fun to have.
Neighbors are a little close (dog barked a lot) but overall really nice.

We had 2 small families stay and they all loved it!!! House is great set up and layout and has everything you need and want!!! We will probably make this an annual tradition. Everyone agreed they want to come back!

Overall cleanliness could be better. This place needs a good deep cleaning.

We enjoyed your beautiful home. Our only issue was your neighbour’s dog who barked day and night. I’d suggest you have a chat with them about keeping their dog quiet especially at night.

The backyard is the real selling point. Spring break in St. George is a zoo, but we had our own private oasis away from the crowds. We loved the pickleball courts and private pool. The hot tub could use an upgrade but other than that, the property is in great shape and can accommodate a crowd. We will for sure be booking again.

Second time staying at this fun property. Even when it was over 110 degrees the house was always cool and the pool was oh so refreshing!
This modern home is spacious with a large open common area allowing meaningful time together. The large kitchen was fun having all the adults able to work together with more than enough room for everyone.
It was wonderful having the garage to keep our cars in and plenty of bedrooms and comfy beds. These are just some of the reasons we choose to come for another stay.

This home was wonderful. The main family room and kitchen are enormous, bigger than they look in the photos, and very comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious. The pool was relaxing and warm, and had a fun basketball hoop. The pickleball court was great; we loved playing each morning before it warmed up. We really enjoyed relaxing in the family room, playing games or watching movies. We never needed to leave; everything we wanted was right there.

Not what we expected
We recently stayed at this property and it was not as nice as we had expected. The photos of the house are pristine and unfortunately the house does not look that way in person. This house has clearly been used often as a rental and could use some serious cleaning and repairs. The house felt dirty and banged up and not what we were looking for with how much we spent. The location is also a bit farther out from St. George and at least a 10-15 minute drive to town. The pool was nice but the pool cover is trashed and the pool house was filthy. Unfortunately, we will not stay here again.

My teenage boys loved the football/soccer field. Adults loved playing pickle ball. Little kids didn’t leave the pool. Something for everyone. So comfortable, great place to have a family or friend get together with all ages.

Zion Half
Stayed here as we were doing the Zion half marathon. Good, quiet location with plenty of space for 7 adults to relax and spread out.
Location as only ~15 minutes from central St George restaurants and shopping which was a nice surprise.
Only negative rating was due to the cleanliness, little tired, hot tub was gunky…we cleaned ourselves as to use it.
Would stay again and for longer to enjoy the house amenities and location.

Great house for family
We had a great time in the house while visiting Zion, Snow Canyon, Red Reef and skiing at Brian Head. House is large both inside and out, and provided our family with great space. Not much in the immediate neighborhood, which was fine (closest grocery- Walmart ~8 minute drive), but house was great. Even with winter temps kids were able to swim in the heated pool (we requested that temp be increased to 85 to be comfortable) in the afternoon sun, and they had a blast in the hot tub looking at the stars at night. House manager was also super responsive. All-in great experience.

Great Family Fun
The house is fantastic! It's a large space with plenty of things to do. We loved the back yard and took advantage of the turf field and pickleball court, especially. The kitchen is fully stocked and spacious which made feeding our group feel just like home. Was a great stay.

Modern spacious home in Southern Utah in a beautiful quite neighborhood
We enjoyed this property very much! There are so many great things to say and do at this property! It was clean, beds were very comfortable, swimming pool, hot tub, trampoline, mini football / soccer field, pool house with ping pong table, and the awesome Pickleball court. We enjoyed the open and spacious main living area spending meaningful time with family. We enjoyed Pickleball and swimming every day. Many fun things to do in area.
We will be back again!

An absolute treat to stay at this beautiful home
We had a group of 10, and enjoyed a relaxing rejuvenating week at this beautiful modern clean home. I have booked our family vacations every year and this was our favorite. It was very clean, modern, inviting, and the beds were so comfy. 2 of our members had unexpected health issues (kidney stones!!) during our stay and are fine, but needed to rest at home instead of running around as planned. By the way, Danielle had provided information about the nearest health care facilities and we went to St. George Medical Center ER and they were phenomenal -both times!!! (and we are a physician family) No worries about being at the house more than planned, it made a nice vacation agenda albeit different than planned! We spent hours playing pickle ball, swimming in the pool, playing ping pong, and reading on the deck. We had peace of mind from Covid in this haven, as I booked it long before we knew what the landscape of Covid cases would be. As with any rental property, if you want quality knives, I always suggest bringing your own. However, the kitchen was well stocked and the linens were such a treat. Danielle was a wonderful and caring host, attentive to our needs, and we appreciated her a lot.
