Se ti piace il fascino rustico combinato con comfort moderni, adorerai questo posto. 107 Conch si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'Oceano Atlantico, nella tranquilla estremità est di Holden Beach. Questa casa sulla spiaggia carina ha una "Carolina Room" al largo della zona giorno principale per leggere o rilassarsi o giocare. C'è una doccia esterna a grandezza naturale sul retro per il risciacquo dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia. La camera da letto principale si trova al piano principale con vasca e doccia. Le altre due camere da letto sono al piano superiore ognuna con il proprio bagno privato / doccia. C'è anche un piccolo ponte al piano superiore che ha una vista meravigliosa. Asciugacapelli in tutti i bagni. Nuove finestre gennaio 2017. Nuova alzatina per cucina con dettagli personalizzati sulla conchiglia. Nuovo tetto gennaio 2016. Nuova macchia sui ponti giugno 2017. Nuova griglia a gas. Nuovo forno a microonde e frigorifero nel 2016. Stufa e ripiani in cucina nel 2012. Nuovi pavimenti in legno laminato a gennaio 2012. Casa praticamente rinnovata negli ultimi anni. Ottima vista sull'oceano da entrambi i ponti anteriore e posteriore della casa e ogni stanza della casa tranne una camera da letto. A pochi passi dall'Intercoastal Waterway per andare in barca e pescare. 150 passi dal vialetto per l'accesso alla spiaggia, ci vogliono 2 minuti a piedi.
Situata a metà strada tra Wilmington e Myrtle Beach, Holden Beach è lunga quasi 11 miglia e offre spiagge appartate di sabbia bianca lungo l'Oceano Atlantico, l'isola è un luogo perfetto per i beachcomber e i jogging. Holden Beach ha la reputazione di una meta di vacanza tranquilla, orientata alla famiglia, con molto poco in termini di sviluppo commerciale. The location of the house was a very short walk to the beach access. It was everything we wanted for our vacation.

This was only our second time going to Holden Beach and my husband and I went for a long weekend. I am one of those people that will be up early to go see sunrises, and this house was in a great location for not only sunrises, but sunsets as well. Close access to the beach which for us was great. Watching the deer in the evening was also a plus.
Also, my husband knows me as well when it comes to cleanliness and this house met my expectations! 😊 The only thing that I could say would be that the two recliners that are side-by-side could use a cleaning since they clearly get used a lot, but we just covered with a sheet.
I still would give this house a 5 star, and would highly recommend!!

The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very nice having bathrooms attached to all the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting it again.

We loved our stay here… we have young children so the trek to the beach was super easy and a short distance. The upstairs deck had the best views and was so nice to sit up there and enjoy. The house is stocked nicely and comfortable.We will be back soon! The owner communicated very well.

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay. The location was in the perfect spot and we could not have asked for more. It was so convenient to the beach. We had plenty of room for everyone. I would highly recommend to all.

Pros: First and foremost, Carol, the owner, responds quickly and offers assistance if a problem arises. The house is well-built and tastefully decorated. My daughter, two dear friends, and I stayed four nights. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an abundance of hot water. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The view from the top deck is awesome!
Cons: The owner offers NO REFUNDS so be 100% sure before you book. The steps are steep if you have knee or back problems. The pots need to be replaced because the nonstick coating is peeling off, but we were able to cook in them. The plastic bowls must be discarded and replaced, and the kitchen towels/cloths are worn, but we were able to use them. The kitchen needs to be reorganized. The televisions have cable, but there are no smart televisions, only DVD players. The televisions in the bedrooms are old, but they do have cable. The beach chairs in the garage must be discarded because they are old and rusted, so bring your own. The living room couch it is worn out and extremely uncomfortable. We had to bring out bed pillows to sit on. The loveseat is made of cloth and should be replaced or have washable covers. The two bedrooms upstairs have small showers only. One bedroom bath has a pedestal sink and the other a regular vanity.
The house was clean but not super clean. I would suggest a good spring cleaning. We would return because the house is nice but, in the areas, mentioned, it needs updating. Again, the cons would not stop us from going back.

This house was amazing! Clean, beautiful and so convenient to the beach. Like literally across the street! Contact with the owner was flawless and check in was a breeze. Our family loved the stay here and I have no negative things to say at all. We will definitely be booking this house every year! I cannot rave enough about how much we loved this house! Thank you Carol for our wonderful stay!

Our whole family enjoyed this home. It was in a great location being able to see the beach from all decks and the short walk to get there. The weather was perfect for our week stay. We are already looking forward to when we can return to our favorite beach and stay in this beautiful home that had everything we needed.

We stayed in October. Carol, the property owner, was super easy to converse with and very responsive. The house in a perfect, quiet area of Holden Beach but a quick 1/2 mile walk to three great restaurants. The fabulous upper deck provided exquisite views of each evening's sunset. With our drapes pulled back we could enjoy the morning sunrise directly from the comfort of the master bed.
The beach is just across the street. The house is very well stocked and the owners provided access to the beach supplies in the garage including a beach cart to lug our gear with.

Our family had a great time. The house was as-described and in perfect proximity to a beach access. The check-in process was smooth and hassle free. The only minor issue we had was the picture on the living room TV was green and wavy, but we never really minded it because most of our time was spent enjoying the beach and surrounding area. Overall an excellent property and experience.
We look forward to staying again!

This place was a nice location. It’s low traffic and easy beach access from the cottage. Three bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms was really nice. Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay again😊

We absolutely loved our stay at Holden Beach over Labor Day. It was our first visit but definitely won't be our last. The house was amazing and just a very short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. I can't wait to book our next stay.

This was our second time staying at this home. Great location and a great time was had by all! Owner is easy to talk to and explains everything. Wish there was a pool but aside from that, it's truly a gem! Thanks so much!

The property is well maintained and offers plenty of views of the ocean. We had access to beach accessories (chairs, boards, etc) so that was something we didn't have to buy or bring. Very easy process.

We had a great time here! Beach access was close, plenty of space, kitchen was stocked well, access to beach toys, and most of all communication with the owner was stellar! Would definitely rent again!

This house is fantastic! Very nice and clean. Easy walk to the beach. Carol was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Plus, this particular week in October was perfect - warm and sunny! Highly recommend this house!
