Had daughter’s graduation party here! All she wanted was to spend a few days with family & friends as a gift for graduating college! She got her wish & was the perfect house for our family! Beautiful updated kitchen & the porch was a great size when it rained!

My family of 19 stayed here comfortably! Has a nice back yard for kids to play in and to enjoy beautiful nights. Quick walk to the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again

Our family could not have imagined a better weekend than this past weekend spent in OC at this big beautiful home! Our family of 20 celebrated Easter here, enjoying meals at the huge dining room table, gathered together in the family room, and easily strolled up to the boardwalk. Jennifer was so easy to contact and chat with. Thank you for sharing your family home <3 I hope we can visit in the summer one day!!!

This property is a great place to stay with multiple families. Each bedroom has its own bath. The house is an older style house but very nicely decorated. Table was large enough for meals. Plenty of kitchen supplies. The showers are a little small but for a weekend doable! Highly recommend.

This stay could have been way better. The place was clean and in a nice neighborhood about a few blocks away from the water. Though it did say the heat in the home was monitored and she didn’t want it passed 70 degrees my guests were freezing including myself. I did turn up the heat a bit because it was uncomfortable because of how cold It was in the home. She messaged me and she turned it back down. I left it alone and let me guest know not to touch the heat any longer even though we were cold. It’s a big house so it would be good for her to allow the heat to go up a bit more in the colder months. When she complained about the heat being too high she said she couldn’t even bare the heat to be that high but we are different people when it comes to body temperature, what you can’t handle other may be able too. As she allowed myself and my guest a few extra hours to stay on our check out day (which her response to me asking that was sarcastic but I ignored it and still stayed polite)I wanted to clean We cleaned and left the place IMMACULATE (when she has cleaning people the I PAY because it’s in the fee) she texts me from her number 2 days later with the most NASTY message about how her home was left a mess, she said we left the door open and she allowed me to stay extra, monitored the heat all weekend and she will never rent to me again. I was CONFUSED because we left that home like a hotel. SHES A LIAR and miserable woman. Take video footage before you leave if you stay

We loved our time here! It was a perfect spot for a reunion of old friends. Clearly this was a bed and breakfast at some time which made it very convenient for couples as everyone had their own bathroom. The house is only a few blocks from the boardwalk in one direction and shops/restaurants in the other- great location! The kitchen looked like it had just been redone, the dishwasher was brand new. There are 2 refrigerators, so definitely plenty of space! Instructions on trash/recycling was a little confusing as the cans were a mess, and the vacuums did not work that well, but otherwise checkout/clean up was easy. They do require you to bring all your own linens and paper products, as well as vacuuming and wiping everything down. But with everyone helping it didn't take long. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

It was a great property in a great location. The house is very comfortable for a large group with plenty of sleeping and bath accommodations. Everyone enjoyed their stay!

Our group of 8 friends rented this property for a weekend in October. The Owner was prompt with communication. We found the property exactly as listed. It was clean and offered large rooms for gathering. The bedrooms were really nice and comfortable. The location was great. We will definitely choose this location again.

My family of three generations enjoyed our recent stay at this house. We especially appreciated the fact that it was clean, every bedroom had its own bathroom, the kitchen had two refrigerators and the living/dining rooms were spacious. Thanks, Jen!

Nice neighborhood

The draw is the 8 en suite bed / bathrooms and the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. The porch was a great space to gather and enjoy each other's company. Everything we needed was in working order. Take note: no beach chairs (we left 3) and toys (we also left a couple) and few working games so bring your own. Also, I didn't realize beach tags were included so that was another bonus. Would rebook.

Family of 23 stayed at the property, young children to grandparents enough room for all. Having a full bathroom in every bedroom was wonderful. Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed our stay! A few things not working but owner responded quickly.

This property is in a great location, walkable to the beach and boardwalk, even with the gear. The house layout is good for multiple families with kids. We’ve crammed ourselves into smaller places in the past and it was very nice to have the space this house offers. There are a few quirks as might be expected when reconfiguring a 100 year old house for this many bed/bath combos. Backyard and porch spaces were also great, adding additional living spaces. The only thing preventing 5 stars…the beds were hard. Extra firm is to be expected, but these could really benefit from some mattress toppers to add some cushion. Owner is responsive. We will rent here again for sure.

Great location in a wonderful family-oriented shore resort. The large house is near everything, and is very comfortable for an extended family. Everyone loved it. Excellent management. Can't wait to return next summer.

House is in excellent location. Covered porch was great, always had a nice breeze coming through. Bedrooms all nice size and great that they all had their own bathroom. Parking was the only problem when you have multiple families.

The house was spacious and comfortable - more than adequate for all 18 of us. We especially appreciated time spent in the yard and on the porch. The closeness to the beach and boardwalk was a plus. We would be interested in reserving it for the first week in July 2023.

This house was a great size for our family. The two refrigerators came in handy and we liked how each bedroom had a bathroom. The dining room table is nice and long, and we liked the backyard area and the breezeway. Location is great with a short walk to the boardwalk/beach. It was very homey, and we would love to stay again.

We visited in May for my moms birthday and this house was perfect. It had everything we needed and everyone had a great time. We would have loved to use the porch and yard but it rained the entire time we were there and was very windy. The house was comfortable and clean. We would definitely go back!

Great location and lots of space for our large family to enjoy a vacation.

This house is a little dated, but for the price and the space, you can't beat it. Great location - so close to the action! (Walking distance to boardwalk and book stores.) The rooms are surprisingly quiet from one room to the next. Every bedroom has its own bath which is what sold my family. There is a lot of kitchen dishes, etc. This is a great place for the whole family to reconnect and yet have their own space.

We had a family reunion over the Easter weekend. The house was in great shape, was clean, and all was in working order. The location with its proximity to the boardwalk and all that has to offer was perfect. Our teens loved being able to enjoy the shops and the rides on their own. We wished there had been warmer weather to enjoy the porch and the backyard more, but were able to use it in the middle of the day. Both are a plus, especially with a full house! Overall, I'd give the Reunion House a 10+!

Great house, very close to the board walk, had plenty of room for our group. We are definitely thinking of going back again next year. The fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom was great.

Property advertised to have a working washer. First night for us to wash things because we had babies and kids and dirty their clothes and stuff on the ride down. Washer wasn't working, just for the maintenance man to come and say that he's been called for washer problems previously. Owner advised the property was cleaned before coming. We needed to cook Christmas dinner as this was the reason for us booking the house (spending Christmas with our family). The oven was sooo dirty we were scared to put anything in the oven. Cable didn't work, thank God we brought tablets to entertain the kids and a Google TV for us to watch what we wanted to. There's just sooo much things that we were so unhappy about. We reached out to the owner and provided her a list along with pictures for reference because we did not want her to think this stuff happened because of us. The entire family stayed from Thursday to Monday and by Sunday (day after Christmas) we were ready to go. It made us so sad and just didn't enjoy our usual Christmas experience. Every year we rent houses for Christmas and this year was the saddest.

Excellent property accommodated our group of 17. Quick and easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Will definitely rent here again!

Our group had a great weekend. The house was exactly what we expected and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space for us to all be together.

Awesome place to be

This house was in a great location - just a block from the beach and boardwalk and in a nice, residential area at the quieter end of the boardwalk but right where the action begins. Streets were quiet to ride our bikes down to the beach and everything on the boardwalk was in easy walking distance. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the covered porch, which was really appreciated the two evenings it rained. The house itself was perfect for our large group with a separate studio apartment for the grandparents and a full bath for every bedroom. (The separate bathrooms were the major selling point for us in booking the house! It definitely made everyone more comfortable.) The living room was comfy and spacious with a great checkers/chess table and books and games. The dining room and kitchen were big enough for all of us and had everything we needed. The house could use a little TLC (mold in bathrooms, some broken doorknobs) but nothing major that detracted from our comfortable and enjoyable stay. And for the price point, we weren't too bothered. Overall, everything was clean and many of the bedrooms were quite nice. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. And again, hard to beat the location. We would definitely recommend this house to others.
