Grande casa in una zona fantastica! In bici verso il Golfo a Wiggins Pass o Vanderbilt Beach. Bella grande piscina illuminata riscaldata da 28 piedi pronta per la tua nuotata quotidiana o notturna. Goditi i negozi del Mercado Shopping and Entertainment Center. Bella 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni di casa: concetto aperto, soffitti da 16 a 18 piedi, grandi TV da 60 a 55 pollici nel soggiorno e nelle camere da letto, nuovi materassi pillow top King in 2 delle 3 camere da letto, 2 nuovi materassi gemelli pillow top in una camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Grande cucina completamente attrezzata e lavasciuga in una lavanderia separata, due box auto e molto altro !! La casa è stata acquistata poco più di 1 1/2 anni fa e tutti gli arredi sono nuovi! Una o due miglia in bici o in auto fino a Wiggins Pass, Vanderbilt Beach e l'incredibile centro commerciale Mercado! Goditi le calde brezze del golfo mite mentre nuoti, prendi il sole o pranzi nei numerosi ristoranti di Napoli - un'esperienza davvero meravigliosa! Ci sono due biciclette nel garage per due auto che ti aspettano per andare in bicicletta fino alla spiaggia. Ho un bellissimo nuovo tetto di tegole di cemento, nuovi paesaggi, una nuova gabbia per piscina e una nuova recinzione ... WOW! Il bordo piscina ha nuove palme e una superficie libera di ghiaia erbaccia. La posizione è perfetta, vicino al Golfo e alla zona commerciale di Mercato con teatri, negozi e ottimi ristoranti. GODERE!!

Great location, great pool. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and shopping. Kay was great to work with. We had an issue with the washing machine and Kay had a new machine delivered immediately, couldn’t have asked for a better response. Looking forward to next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Kay’s home. The house was exactly as described, it was clean, and the location, especially the proximity to the beach, was great! We also enjoyed using the 2 bikes that were in the garage. Communication with Kay was excellent- we had a question about the operation of the pool and she put us in direct touch with her pool maintenance person who helped us out. Would definitely stay here again!

Our first stay in this home, the listing is accurate and we found some areas of the home even better than listing. Good neighborhood, mix of vacation seasonal and long time residential homes. Quiet during evening, so not a “bring break” area. Kay is excellent, good communication prior to and during…very responsive. Beaches nearby were open, and Delnor Wiggins state park just reopened this May. Good mix of nearby retail, bicycle rental, and restaurants. We took weekly photography field trips to Everglades, Botanic Gardens, Bonita Springs, Nature Preserves and up to Ft Myers and Sanibel Captiva…..again great location for easy driving access to these. We’ve renewed for 2024.

This house was perfect for our month-long vacation. The house is in a great location, close to stores and restaurants, and a quiet neighborhood. We loved the private backyard and large lighted pool. The house was very spacious and there was enough space for our children and grandchildren when they came to stay. Kay was an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely make a return visit.

Great location just minutes away from the beach. Up to date home with amenities and furnishing. Beach pass was and added bonus. Delnor Wiggins Beach is by far the best with phenomenal sunsets. Enclosed/lighted pooled was also an added bonus for those looking to take an evening swim. Communication with Kay was prompt and easily accessible. Would definitely rent again.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to relax. Room for everyone, great pool, and close to beautiful beaches. Kay was great and made sure we had everything we needed and made herself available for us if we had any questions about the property. Looking fort to our next vacation.

We had really pleasant stay at Carolyn`s place. The house is very cute and clean, the heated and covered pool was a real fun for our kids, especially on windy days.
Location is perfect - lot`s of near by stores and shopping centers, as well as nice and quiet neighborhood. Also the pass provided from the host for Delnor-Wiggins Beach was very kind and helpful.

My mother, my 2 sons, and I rented this home. We loved it! It was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed how close we were to the Beaches and restaurants. The pool was nice to relax in , after a long day of sightseeing. Kay was very quick to respond to all my questions. We will be back!!

Fantastic stay!
We had a fantastic week there. Everything was exactly as advertised - the house was super clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The pool was perfect and Kay was super friendly and helpful. The Delnor-Wiggins State Park is a 5-min drive and offers a beautiful and peaceful beach (the pass included with the house is super convenient). Would definitely recommend and look forward to be back!

Wonderfull Vacation
Our family of 7 stayed Sunday-Sunday. The property was immaculate, everything was very clean and organized. The house is beautiful, very modern, has new everything. Communication with the Owner was a breeze, very quick response and very helpful. The beach is a stones throw away, there are 2 bikes and beach supplies in the garage we could use. The pass to the private beach was very welcoming, we went 5 times and had a great time. The property is also very close to everything; Publix, Walmart, shopping, restaurants. The pool was very clean and is heated and also, has a beautiful light for nigh time. Overall 10/10, would recommend and we will be coming back.

One of our best stays in Florida
We enjoyed everything about this property: The location, 5 min drive from the beach. Having the pass is great as you can go several times a day without having to pay, especially when you forget your sunscreen :)
All types of shopping and restaurant within 15min drive
Great caged pool with the patio area for dinners
I used the bike several times in the quiet neighborhood, and took a ride once to the beach
Kay the owner would respond right away when we had any questions.

The master bedroom is very large and has a door to the outdoor pool. We enjoyed the use of the heated pool and the outdoor sitting area with a flat screen TV. We made use of the free pass to the wonderful Delnor-Wiggins park and enjoyed being so close to it. This house is very close to a Walmart for grocery runs, as well as numerous restaurants and beaches. The owner was very engaged and answered our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in VRBO homes for several years and by far this was one of the best! Home was comfortable and pool was awesome. The Wiggins pass and the short walk or drive to the beach was a bonus that we enjoyed every day and will stay again. Thanks to Kay for the wonderful vacation home!
