Amazing welcome by owner. Fantastic location in heart of old Zermatt. Very comfortable and cosy set up and design and interiors lovely creating a great ambiance

The chalet itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facility, as well as location...for starters. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom is of ample size, and the bedroom was very comfortable. I mean, everything was perfectly organized. The pamphlets on the kitchen table were self explanatory. A super beautiful, traditional Swiss chalet!!! Highly recommendable.

It was a truly Swiss chalet. The outside look of the property was excellent. The interior features were of very good quality. I like the place.
The shower base has no edging to stop w water from splashing onto the floor. It may be functional for any person with disability. But for us, it was a pain to try to contain the shower water from overflowing onto the other parts of the bathroom floor.

The chalet was so cozy and has been renovated well. We liked the kitchen facilities to make some of our own meals while staying in Zermatt. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with the most amazing duvets. Wonderfully quiet at night and easy access / location to the main village made it a non stressful stay in every way. Including a map and brochures on the table was thoughtful. Would definitely book again.
It wasn't clear how to change the heating, so we ended up opening a window to regulate the temperature at night (we like to sleep cooler so it may not be a real issue). Some instructions on heating may help future visitors.

The apartment was just beautiful. From the fully equipped kitchen to the private spa, the mood lighting, the little homely touches like wall hangings and little trinkets on the shelves. The beds had feather donnas and big fluffy pillows, private shower in each bedroom. Very wash and cosy. Highly recommended

Beautiful property! Located at the other end of the town, and set just back from the hustle and bustle of the tourists, but still just minutes from shopping and restaurants!!!
We absolutely loved the property! The only thing was that we did not understand the two bathtubs and how to work the air jets in them?! Probably a paper with step by step instructions would be helpful. Other than that it was perfect!❤️

Super clean and comfortable, great beds, fully equipped kitchen, with really everything. The sauna/spa area was a very nice plus. And of course the kindness and professionalism of the owner. We will happily return.

We stayed in a self catering flat so breakfast was not applicable. However there was tea and a very nice coffee complete with capsules. When we wanted a fondue chinoise, the owner brought one over for us to borrow. Very kind.
