Not having to collect keys. Use of key code . This is a large, bright and airy apartment in a good location. Bedrooms were also large with plenty of storage space and I could not complain about the facilities and overall apartment. The balcony overlooking the lake was great as well.

Very lengthy and unreasonable process for check in . I was very uncomfortable with the documentation I had to provide just to get checked in. Provided with very little. Tiny Travel shower gel, one toilet roll, hardly any cleaning products. Some of the areas were starting to look a little tired, curtains, window frames etc . On day two we were locked inside the apartment when we got up in the morning. The inside door lock was broken and could not be turned meaning we couldn’t open the door. To our surprise there was no alternative exit like a fire escape . After an hour a maintenance person arrived and as we were on floor 2, he had to get a set of ladders to climb up to our balcony . No idea what would gave happened had we been on floor 4. Very little soundproofing up and down and we were woken on a number of occasions by loud and ongoing banging from the apartment above. Finally, at 6.30 a.m on our second to last night , the complex gardeners decided to strim some hedges right outside our apartment. So annoying

I was in apartment 204 for 3 nights, I paid $584 and there were my 6 people, there were only 8 towels , and one toilet paper, no more refill, only 2 kitchen bags and there was no refill for the bathroom baskets or paper towels, my husband had to buy everything in the nearest publix and when I called to request it from the costume service their response was that those details were reflected in the contract and what we needed regarding basic things such as paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags we had to buy them

I loved the location and the fact that it was a gated community was a plus. Our event was moved to Orlando from vegas a month before the event so scrambling to find a comfortable place for me and my athletes was a task I expected to be nerve racking. Vista cay helped relieve unnecessary worry. Everything was a smooth transition, checking in, location from our event venue was perfect and the comfort of a home away from Home was perfect. Will definitely come back.

No small hand towels was available but that’s just not picking otherwise everything else was perfect.
