Everything was wonderful. It was close to our wedding venue and very entertaining for the family.

We loved the location of the house on the lake, and the house is very nice! The end deck is the perfect place to sit and have morning coffee, and to watch the sunset also. We loved everything about it and will definitely be back. The host were A+, always available for any questions we had!

We had a great family gathering at the lake house. The kids loved the pool table and fishing. It was clean and nicer than I expected for a mobile home. We were in a record heat wave in August, so it took a long time for the AC to cool down but the host was very communicative and apologized for not getting a neighbor to turn it down. Also, we tried swimming, but again record heat wave and the water was just as hot as the 103 degrees air... but that's just Texas( I'm not from here). I could have used more deck chairs and they took the suggestion to get them next time. Overall clean and comfy! We would come back (maybe in the winter next time.) Oh and looking at ducks and watching the sunset on the deck was a highlight! Beautiful view! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook too.

The process for renting was very simple. The house is very nice and nicely decorated. Very comfortable setting

Had a great time catching catfish off the back deck. Returned them all safe and sound back to the lake as I plan to return and do it again. Nice place and fun time with my family.

Beautiful view, sunsets and home. The decor was brilliant and amazing. I really enjoyed my stay for my birthday it was the best! I hope to cone back soon!

Great experience with great host's. Only complaint would be the creepy neighbor a few houses down that would sit and stare at us while we were outside and shine his spotlight on us if we were outside on the deck after dark.

Pros: right on the water with beautiful sunrise and sunsets, has boat dock, sleeps a large family or group, pool table (although it leans to one side), ample parking Cons: 1.) NO DISHWASHER. Unless you fully trust how well the people before you hand washed the dishes and silverware- prepare to hand wash all dishes prior to use. Also, prepare to hand wash all dishes used during your stay (and put away). 2.) The house needs serious attention to the number of spiders, webs and nests on the back patio. 3.) it claims to be pet friendly but has no fenced in area for the dog to use the bathroom. Also, it appears all of the neighbors allow their dogs to roam freely, creating a very difficult situation to walk dogs or allow them to potty. 4.) Master bathroom door doesn’t close 5) the door handle to to the bedroom with the bunk does not operate properly-leaving my 5 year old screaming one night needing to use the bathroom thinking he was locked in the room. 6) No Wi-Fi 7) only one TV 8) while it was unlocked during our stay- just as a heads up- the thermostat has a lock box around it and is set at 74 degrees. You have to text the owners to get permission to unlock the box to change the thermostat. 9) Master bedroom mattress uncomfortable

Disappointed that we had to go in cleaning the outside deck before we could enjoy it. There were numerous spider webs and dirt filled furnishings.

The house was nicer than the pictures portrayed. The back deck literally is right on the lake, with an awesome view of the lake. A few short steps down to the pier you can go swimming, or fishing. If you have a boat, a kayak, or jet ski's, bring them! Quiet community, nice neighbors, GREAT place to relax, to unwind, unplug, and get away from the stress of the city life and city noises. WE LOVED IT!!!

I didn’t expect it to be in a trailer park but once at the residence and I saw how well kept and clean the mobile home was, I was very excited. It was truly on the water and I loved the amenities and the themes of the different rooms. The home was large and the rooms were adequate to fit all of us. The only things that needed to be addressed were that some of doors didn’t close all the way, other than that everything was great.

We rented this property to stay at while attending a wedding at Big Sky Barn/ Iron Manor. Very close to the venue. Everyone was comfortable in the house. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch over looking the lake. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot on the lake.

Just spent the weekend here & it was wonderful. The family came by on Saturday & the kids loved fishing off the deck & playing on our jetskis. This was a great location as there weren't a lot of people out on the water near the house. The owners were great to work with. Once they get their dock built it will be perfect. Will be staying here in the future.

Our family really enjoyed the stay for our son's wedding. Our kids enjoyed the kayaks and fished from the deck right outside the back door.

Wanted a lake getaway and for the kids to have something fun to do before school started. Couldn’t keep the kids out of the kayaks and swimming in the lake. They had a blast. The house was comfortable and welcoming.

My family usually gets together every few months so the cousins can all hang out and have a good time this was perfect with the water and fishing . The property was super clean and nice the owners were quick to respond with what ever questions we had . There was a few things we had forgot but they had it available for you. We definitely will stay here again ! Pictures don’t do justice either it’s even better in person .
