Questo appartamento luminoso e soleggiato ha tutto il necessario per una fantastica vacanza a Yellowstone. Our stay was wonderful! The host’s (Tom’s) property was spacious, well furnished, comfortable, and included every amenity my wife and I needed. Contacts with Tom were pleasant and timely. Gas and groceries were nearby and Yellowstone National Park was @ 1.2 miles away. We didn’t have to go far to see wildlife. On our first morning two moose were grazing in a neighbor’s yard and on our last morning there was a bull elk crossing Tom’s driveway, with several females and juvenile elks in a neighboring yard. Again, we had a wonderful stay at Tom’s place.

Our best VRBO experience to date. Its location to Yellowstone was perfect.
It had all we needed and more, from laundry, kitchen, bed, bath, and beyond ;-).
This will be the property we’ll reserve for subsequent trips and recommend to others.

The rental was very clean and up to date. We had some trouble with flights coming in and Tom was so nice to help make sure we wouldn’t have any trouble with our late night arrival.

The apartment was super clean, well appointed and comfortable. Owner was friendly and unobtrusive. Location was convenient to YP, shops, grocery and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!!!

When we arrived the house was clean and cool. Also, bigger than the pictures! It was perfect after a long, hot day of driving and exploring the park. We were able to get out the door early and enjoy a beautiful 10 minute drive into the park. Tom is a great host and we can’t wait to visit Gardiner again!

After long days of driving in Yellowstone, it was always so nice to know we were going back "home" just across the border to this great place to rejuvenate. It had everything we needed, was clean, has a beautiful view, wildlife close by. The Elk were right by the house. The town of Gardiner is quaint and provided everything we needed. We loved that Yellowstone River white water rafting was so convenient. Just down the street! Hot Spring/Cold Plunge business was just up the road. This place is right at the North Entrance and close to Mammoth Springs, which was the first place we visited. This was a great start to a wonderful trip. Tom, the owner is very accessible. We will definitely stay here the next time we go to Yellowstone.

This property is by far one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. Everything was well equipped with high quality materials. The property was spacious, clean, and is conveniently located in an amazing town with a grocery store and lots of dining options. This was also very affordable and was easy to work with our schedule as well. We would strongly recommend this rental if you are considering a trip to the Yellowstone region.

The house was way bigger than it looks on VRBO. Tom made sure everything you would need for your stay is available. The property is quiet and has lots of animals. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Everything was great, communication was easy, the house itself is very well maintained, we got everything we needed.

Host was great, easy check-in. Property was in great shape and in a good location. We stayed here to go to Yellowstone National Park. We had no issues with traffic or ease of getting in out of the park. It was a short drive to the north entrance, and was no more than an hour drive to any of the main attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is just down the road from the entrance to the National Park. We could hear elk bugling from our doorstep. The kitchen is well-equipped and Tom was great to work with! We were very pleased with our stay there!

“A Yellowstone Park View” lived up to all of our expectations. It was super clean when we arrived and we were surprised at the size of the rooms, especially the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The beds were comfortable and the place was very quiet as it was located a short distance off the main street. A lot of extras are provided in the kitchen in addition to the regular appliances.
The Wi-fi reception is problem free. There is a BBQ available just outside the door and a seating area with a spectacular view of the mountain range. The grounds are well maintained and parking is close. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants, many of which serve top notch food. Most of the food trucks were shut down in mid-September, and wait times were long for evening dining.
We spoke to Tom, the owner, several times during our four day stay and he is very knowledgeable about the region, having lived there for many years. He has a great sense of humor and provided some useful tips for sightseeing in areas outside of the park. He, like everyone we met in Gardiner was friendly and always willing to help with advice. We also enjoyed his two very friendly young golden labs.
In summary, this is a great place to stay for the local atmosphere and access to Yellowstone Park. Definitely worth a return visit or two!

This gem is a perfect location if exploring the northern parts of Yellowstone. Saw many elk near the property and many in town. Grocery store is very close. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great condo and owner. Unit was clean and much bigger than we expected. Very convenient to Yellowstone with less than four minute drive to park entrance. We hope to return to this rental unit again sometime in the future. Loved seeing the elk walking in the drive way!

The flat is very spacious, comfortable and there is really really everything that you may need.
Gardiner is a great place to visit Yellowstone: quiet, reasonably near to all highlights and with all services.
Tom was extremely helpful and friendly.
Indeed we have sometimes heard his dogs jumping, as we lived below his flat, but it was absolutely not disturbing us. On the contrary, our son was really happy to play with them and had great fun.

This was an all around great rental for our trip. It was super clean and well stocked with more than what we needed for our 3 day stay.
Tom was helpful and responsive. He has two friendly and sweet dogs that occasionally greeted us when we returned from our adventures (not jumping, just a happy welcoming committee).
The location was minutes from the Park gate and a block from the town (where we regularly saw mule deer strolling around). We felt like, traveling in and out of the park from this location... we were always traveling in the right direction.
When we were at the house, we enjoyed watching the humming birds at the feeders and the elk roaming around.
There might be some fancier places to stay, but if you are going to be exploring Yellowstone... You can't beat this space / price.

Well located. However small improvement’s could be made the toaster only worked on one side. Overall it was a good place plus it was good value for money.

We loved our stay. My husband and I felt right at home. The house was super clean and beautifully decorated within minutes of the North Gate of Yellowstone.
The house had everything you could imagine: games, books, washer/dryer with pods, full kitchen, extra towels, shaving cream, night lights makeup wipes, you name it! We loved seeing all the elk in the neighborhood. My husband and I will no doubt stay here again on our next trip to Yellowstone.

Second time staying in this rental and will always check with Tom for future dates we plan to visit. We like staying in the northern part of the park and Tom’s location is so convenient in Gardiner. It is a block off the Main Street so is quiet but totally convenient to the park and Gardiner restaurants, grocery, and gas. Kitchen has everything needed, beds comfortable, and bathroom large and modern. Group living area is large with plenty of seating. Highly recommend.

Really nice unit with well maintained yard that backs right up to empty just about empty space. Can tell the owner cares about it. Worked great for us as a homebase to leave in the morning and return in the evening.
Just a couple minor things:
- The A/C is only in the living room, so the bedrooms can get hot/stuffy due to warnings not to leave the windows open too long. Fans provided that helped.
- Around 6-7am there was noise from the upstairs unit that woke most of us up each morning. The ceiling is pretty thin, and my father described it as "wrestling or moving furniture or both". We had to get moving anyway.
Couldn't beat the price and I would stay again.

The apt looks great in the photos but is even better in person. My hubby and granddaughter had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy. Hot water was hot and plentiful. The visiting elk were a nice touch. Lol. Tom was pleasant and very helpful but not intrusive. I would stay there again in an instant.

The place was clean and quiet, often with elk in the yard. The view of Yellowstone from the front was amazing. The place is tucked away up a quiet street and has plenty of parking and amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Tom was a great host and I recommend his place to everyone thinking about heading to Yellowstone! The location was very clean and AMAZING for park access. Gardiner is also super walkable and very friendly. We look forward to being able to come back and stay with Tom when we’re able to!

Close to Yellowstone
This property was just what we wanted and needed for our family of seven to rest and refresh while visiting Yellowstone. Though the park is huge, having access to the park that was only a few miles away was perfect. This property was very comfortable and has a full kitchen which saved us a lot of money. Plus the grocery store was within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for visiting Yellowstone
We had a great stay at this property. Our group was 2 married couples so the two bedrooms, each with its own queen size bed was a perfect set up. The unit had a very well equipped kitchen, spacious living room and nice dinning area. It was very clean and comfortable and could hardly be closer to Yellowstone. We also enjoyed the many birds at the bird feeder and the elk that decided to take a rest in the back yard.

Tom was super responsive to questions about the property and surrounding area. The kitchen was well-equipped. Sheets and Towels were in great shape. Location was within walking distance of Gardiner Market and several eateries. Just loved the town surrounding this property! Such a great experience.
