We didn’t have any towels or blankets but other than that it was pretty good

Check in was super easy and fast, host was SUPER nice and helpful! Very quiet part of town so easy to get some R and R in

I have rented on PIB for 15 years and must admit that this house was one of the nicest. I was newly renovated and very comfortable. The only issue is that you had to walk to one of the bedrooms through another bedroom. To my group it wasnt and issue but if you are looking for privacy it could be. The location was great! I will rent this again.

Had a wonderful time relaxing, touring island,shopping and enjoying our time together for our first trip to the island.

Absolutely loved staying here. Great location and the host is fast at getting back with you. Even though it says it in the description, wish it had sheets and towels as our group was coming from many different states with limited room to pack extra things that the bnb didn’t provide. Otherwise great place to stay at!

This was the perfect location for hosting a bachelorette party. Close to town but still semi-included. Host was great and notified us once the place was ready prior to check-in time and also allowed us to keep our car at the home a few hours after check out. The home is very spacious and receives beautiful natural lighting during the day. Deck was great, kitchen was stocked, and furniture was comfortable. Note that you must bring your own linens and sheets. Also note that there are homes all around, not isolated by any means but it was not an issue.

Great location, awesome place to park ya boat, house was very clean and updated. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions.

This is a perfect location between the downtown area and the lake itself. At the end of Imis Rd is a beautiful area to sit and enjoy the sunrises. Bring your bikes and enjoy the Boardwalk Restaurant for lobster bisque and sweet potato fries. Super relaxing getaway

Great place to stay 1st bedroom w a queen 2nd bedroom w queen and two twins. 3rd 2 fulls. Kitchen was good. Decknis great would highly recommend

Everything was clean and as stated. Had a small issue when we first arrived but the host took care of it immediately. We enjoyed our stay and the location was close enough to walk to everything.

The property was great! And the responsiveness and communication with the owners was outstanding! Would definitely stay again!!

Our family of 4 were here on vacation. The house was sufficient for what we needed. Plenty of beds and room to hang out. The kitchen also had what we needed to stay for a week. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking is that we had to bring sheets and towels.

The property was clean and in an excellent location. The host was very responsive.

Only thing I would caution others of is the transition from one room to another. Our granddaughter tripped on the lip of the floor between every room lol or even the hallway step. Truth is we also fell for the first few days. But after a few falls we learned 😅 enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

I have never written a negative description of a place we’ve stayed at before but I felt that everyone looking on PIB needs to know our thoughts on this place. We felt the pictures online were very misleading. I took picture of my own that I wish I could share here. We felt (3 adults and 3 younger teens) that this place was so uninhabitable that we payed for another place and were willing to take the financial loss for it. The owners worked with us very well and were responsive to our needs and did refund us two out of the three nights but it still caused our group a lot of stress that evening. It was the Fourth of July the first night and half of us were forced to stay there as the rest found a small hotel room on the island. I will describe the place as we saw it: - moldy, musty smell especially in the two main bedrooms and full bath that all join together -one bed head butts up against a door to the sketchy, dirty garage buildings -multi level/surface floors- the floors were so different in levels that my daughter who is 11 fell so hard it busted up both of her knees -beds and padding were cheap, uncomfortable, and some dirty -most of the furniture was cheap and old -think college frat house -wet laundry still in the washer and dryer was broken (owner stated he ordered a new one) -sliding door won’t lock and a board is jammed there to hold door some areas of house are okay -kitchen, main bathroom Sorry to have to say all this but felt I must.

The house was just what we need for a fun girls trip. It was clean, organized and in a great location. The only issue we had was the house had a musty smell. You could definitely smell it in the bedrooms on the lower levels. Cause of allergy issues. Overall would high recommend!

Great stay and location. The air conditioning units and vents need a good clean but otherwise enjoyable stay!

Loved it. Great place to stay. Close enough to everything but nice and quiet.

This property fit our group perfectly, a group of 6 adult men in town on a fishing trip. We had room to park two trucks, one with a boat/trailer, in the driveway. Brian, our host, mulched all the flower beds in the yard one day while we were out, and it looked beautiful! The deck is very spacious with ample seating and tables. All in all, it was the perfect spot for us

If you're a fisherman, do not book this place. Owner said he accommodates fisherman but that's far from the truth. His neighbor was kind enough to completely set us up and take care of us on his property, not the owner

The house was clean and inviting. E had everything we needed and conjunction with the owner was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice house close to the downtown area. We had a family of 8 that enjoyed this rental.

Stayed here this weekend….within 5 minutes by golf cart to all downtown spots. Nice place….roomy….nice bathrooms….great outside deck to sit!

I rented the house for my sisters bachelorette party. It was perfect! The house was large, more than enough space to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked - we made most of our breakfast/lunches there and had no problem. We did have to take our own sheets and towels and paper towels/toilet paper, make sure you do so. There is a large front porch we were able to hang out on and cute squirrels everywhere! The one small problem we ran into was that the fridge was not cold when we arrived, we had to keep our food in our cooler the first night to make sure it didn't go bad. The house was close enough to walk downtown which we did a few times but did take about 15 minutes. Plenty of room for our 3 cars and 2 golf carts for parking. We loved the stay and the communication from the owner was great throughout! :)

Nice amenities and location is perfect! Set back in a beautiful lush neighborhood yet close enough to easily walk downtown. Thanks for a great spot!

This place was the perfect size to host me and 9 other girls! The house was clean and spacious. The one bathroom connected to the room with the 1 queen did not have a door on it, but you could close the bedroom door for privacy. My friends and I had a great experience.

Spacious house that had separate sleeping areas on each side of the house, making it work well for splitting girls and boys. However, one bedroom and bathroom had to be accessed through one of the bedrooms. That area had a strange odor the entire time. The living area and kitchen has plenty of space for people and belongings. Large kitchen counter helped during snack and meal times. Overall, it worked very well for us and we enjoyed the privacy of not worrying about neighbors in a hotel or condo. Plenty of parking for cars and golf carts. Had everything we needed for our three night stay!

This is a great little secluded property, not far from the action of downtown Put-in-Bay! Our group had no complaints overall, the place was cozy and comfortable for 8 adults. The only thing to note about this property is that you will definitely want a golf cart! Despite it being so close to the strip, the walk seems further than expected when planning on Google Maps, etc. We didn’t have a cart, but managed without it simply because our group was young! Overall I highly recommend this property and will stay again!!
