We fell in love with this house the moment we walked in the door. The house is even better than the pictures posted. Plenty of space for our family of 11 and great for all ages. Spectacular water views and lake location. We will return!

Great spot right on the lake. We had a wedding this weekend and let the bridal party stay here. Amazing place for a group of 10 plus people. So much to do, amazing space and great view of the lake. Owners had great communication. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you again to Crystal and Jeff for letting us stay.

Our family is staying here a second time and we loved it! Property was clean, instructions clear, and easy to use. We loved the kayaks, deck, jacuzzi, basketball space, and arcade for recreational use. Kitchen was well-stocked and all appliances up-to-date. The elevator was of greatest assistance to those who needed it. Plenty of beds and seating as always. Only recommendation would be to convert all tvs to smart tvs that can stream. We wanted to watch Netflix/Youtube but was only able to get it working on 1. Other than that - a beautiful

This luxury lake house is exactly as it is pictured. Every room was spacious and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for myself, my husband, 4 children, spouses
and 2 grandchildren. We spent most of our time on the lower level with the access to the dock where family members fished every day. We rented a boat which was great with easy access to pulling up to the house. The hot tub was another great hit. We also enjoyed the fire pit. The game room room was loved by all. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.I will definitely stay again if I’m back in the area. We had a great time. It’s a 5 star property

I can’t say enough good things about the house and the owners. The house is perfectly suited to house multiple families/friends. Wonderfully appointed, with a view that’s hard to beat.
The property is situated on a beautiful little cove, and the house has a great two-story dock with a boat slip and plenty of fun water toys.
Jeff and Crystal are readily available if you have any questions or want to know where the best restaurants are located, but they are never intrusive. This has been one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve ever had, and we’ve had some good ones!

We could not have chosen a better place for our family vacation/celebration. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our family of 4 adult children, their spouses and our 5 grandchildren, ages 14, 10 and 8. Everyone had a fabulous time! The house, the location and the views were amazing! It was actually more beautiful in person than on line. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kids loved sleeping in the bunk room with the giant screen tv. Adults and children enjoyed playing pool, ping pong, basketball and video games on the arcade machine. We loved listening to music on the surround sound system. We prepared some delicious dinners in an extremely well equipped kitchen. We swam in the crystal clear lake every day. The kids loved using the kayaks and the paddle boards. We bought a huge blowup unicorn float at Costco, tied it to the dock and spent many hours with a cool drink just reclining and floating in the sunshine. Evenings ended with a relaxing soak in the hot tub or just sitting on the upstairs porch watching the sunset. By the end of the week no one wanted to leave. This is a vacation home that will leave us with some of the best memories ever!
I also wanted to mention that Crystal and her husband were wonderful hosts. They answered all of our questions, offered suggestions for dining, boat rentals and activities for the family in the surrounding areas. They also checked on us through out our stay.

Had a mixed group of young kids, teens, 20s, friends and family. House was large enough to separate and have many different activities. Had so many amenities. Beds were so comfortable. Dock was amazing. We did bring a sunshade because it was hot! Hot tub was clean and fun after a day in the lake. The group voted to come back again next year.

What an incredible Lakehouse! We spent a week here with all of our family and loved it. Each couple had their own king suites with bathrooms. The house is decorated beautifully and everything that you might want or need has been thought of. The 2 level dock is great for hanging out on, tanning or eating dinners. We also loved the kayaks and paddle boards. Everyone said this was the best vacation they ever had—we are definitely staying here again! Our stay was absolutely amazing! Our host was so gracious and courteous. We had no issues throughout our stay and all the amenities around the house worked perfectly. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need (kitchen appliances, baby accessories, blankets, towels, etc). The view was phenomenal and the layout and amount of space the house offered was more than enough to accommodate our family. The elevator was a nice touch to get our luggage in and out without having to use the stairs. We hope to return some time in the near future. We loved our stay! Thank you Crystal and Jeff!!

We loved this property. The bedrooms were all nice sizes the bedding was wonderful very cozy. Also really liked the gas fireplace in living room we used every day on click & it was on. What we really appreciated is that some basic food items were available so we didn't have to purchase ie: sugar, salt, pepper, oils. We left some unopened items in the pantry & it was nice not to have to waste them. This place was wonderful we all really enjoyed it, Top Notch!!!

We had a great time at this house. The location had a dock I could store my boat in and the marina was close by. Paddleboards and kayaks were fun to play with. Cooked many meals as the kitchen was large and well stocked. Games downstairs were great for the younger ones and the hot tub was nice to relax in after a long day. Bedrooms were comfy with king size beds and bathrooms attached. Crystal and her husband were great and even allowed us to store our trailer in their driveway! Will be booking this place again.

Best Family Getaway Ever
My wife and I invited our 3 adult children, their spouses, and our 6 grandchildren. The property was perfect for our numbers. Each couple had their own king suite and accommodations for the grandchildren were perfect. The house was very well stocked. The kids had plenty to keep them busy as did the adults. The boat dock was great and we fully enjoyed the water toys. I even paddle boarded for the first time. It will be difficult to surpass this family trip in the future. Hosts were very receptive to any questions.

Absolutely Incredible Home
We just have to leave a review for this incredible Lake Lanier lakefront home we just stayed at for 8 days. First off, the owners, Crystal and Jeff are wonderful in every way possible! They are so professional, so sweet and gracious and they truly made our trip so much better and easy! And second, their lake home is AMAZING! The home itself is one of the highest qualities homes we've stayed at through VRBO, all 3 levels views were gorgeous because of all the glass windows and the home itself was so clean, organized and well stocked! They even provided pack and play cribs for our 6 mth old grandson! The music system throughout their home (inside and outside) was so nice to have (used it the entire time!) and the large room downstairs was perfect for all of us to gather together every night (tons of pool and ping pong tournaments while watching the French Open on the massive tv's throughout the house..including at the hot tub! As for the dock..it was amazing and the sunset lake views were some of the best I've seen! We truly can not say enough about this home and about Crystal and Jeff! We travel quite a bit and stay in very nice homes and we just have to say.. this home was one of the best we've stayed at! Truly a beautiful home in every way..such high quality, so clean, so peaceful and so many things to do...with gorgeous views the entire time! Can't wait to visit again! ❤️ Amazing trip!

Beautiful home right on the lake with floating dock. The home was even better than described. Extremely clean, well equipped, spacious, comfortable and great water pressure/showers. Indoor and outdoor activities had something for everyone. Hosts were very helpful, informative and accommodating. Close to shopping and day trips to neighboring GA locations. Best house ever
What a holiday week we had! Our family of eleven ,age 4 through 69, had a xmas week we will never forget. Although we had sporadic rain and clouds, the house was so much fun , we never missed a beat.Pictures actually do not do this house justice.The grandkids loved the kayaks,paddleboards, and hot tub.All of us enjoyed the ping pong, pool table, basketball and arcade games,.
The bar and family room in the basement were great. Tv's in every room, sonos throughout the house and patios.Dock over the top.We cooked every night ,kitchen /grill well supplied: and finally a table that fit us all..Communication very good, Crystal and Jeff could not have been nicer or more helpful.What a great surprise to walk in and see that the house was decorated and had xmas on both floors.
We travel a lot,and have stayed in about 50 rental houses.
If ever a rental deserved 6 stars this would be it.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home! It was the week of our marriage and this house felt like home with the gorgeous views, big open spaces, and access to the water. Crystal and Jeff were incredible hosts - they made sure we were acquainted with the home and that we had everything we needed to make our wedding time a success. The minute we arrived we were speechless. Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. Crystal and Jeff are very attentive but in no way intrusive. We were looking for a place to relax and spend time with family. This is the perfect spot giving everyone their own space but also many common areas to be together. The elevator is a huge plus. Nothing was overlooked in the design, details and ammenities. Absolutely fabulous home!

AMAZING HOME!
I was blown away by this property. I was searching for a home on the lake to spend my birthday weekend with family and friend. I decided on this home because I have a disabled sister who is in a wheelchair and this home has an elevator, so this was perfect! The layout and space that was included in this home is indescribable. When this home was designed they kept everything in mind on what you need away from home. It had EVERYTHING you could possibly think of. This is an entertainer dream house, from surround sound, game room, kayak, fishing poles, hot tub, grill, patio, firepit....I can go on and on. Every room was designed perfectly and did I mention spacious? I was so blown away by this property that I asked the owner for the builder information because the design of this home was unbelievable. Come to find out the owner is a custom builder/designer and mentioned that he designed the home. I got more than I bargained for and so glad to have chosen this home to celebrate my big day.
Crystal and Jeff are such amazing host and very kind hearted people. If you are looking for a beautiful home on the lake to spend time with family and friends, look no further. This is your home!

Amazing house and amazing location
We rented this house for a family get together. 10 people can get lost in this huge house. The setup was perfect and had many amenities. Pool table, ping pong, pop a shot, video games, paddle boards, kayaks, rafts, hot tub, and more. We always had something to do. Perfect secluded location on the lake with wide water and close to shopping. None of us wanted to leave. I highly recommend this beautiful and well thought out home.
