I can't say enough about the Royal Palm Suite! Clean, spacious, close to the beach (2 minute walk!). I can't think of one thing that could have made our 7 day stay any better. Highly recommended!

Beds were clean and comfortable. Nice layout. Cute decor and super convenient location. Amazing master suite but there is moldly caulk all over the shower. Negatives: bugs in kitchen (look like tiny ants), air smelled very moldy and musty; there was mold on all the ceiling vents. Vents also rattled when AC was on. Dishwasher was really smelly.

We loved everything about the Royal Palm Suite the moment we arrived. Very comfortable and spacious with great details throughout. We traveled with our two small children so the proximity to the pool and the beach from the house could not be beat! The rooms were great and we enjoyed the balconies and outdoor deck throughout the trip. If you are traveling with kids, it’s the perfect house less than 5 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to a huge new playground at the beach and a short drive to the village for ice cream! The house is also a short drive to Mote Marine aquarium, Selby Gardens and more so a lot to check out while you’re there. We would definitely rent again and are excited to go back!

I did not stay here personally , family members did. They enjoyed the space and the location. It is a nice setup but too cold to enjoy the decks.

Four women 60+ stayed two nights, the trolley stop was practically out our door. We did get our exercise walking up the steps outside and inside. One of the best places I have stayed in a long time and hope to rent again.

This property is situated very close to the public Siesta Key beach which is a highlight of Siesta Key. Their public beach facilities are great. The property is also a very short drive (or just under a mile walk) to the stores and restaurants. The on-site pool is shared by others staying in the other condos. We saw others there a few times but quite often you do have the pool to yourself. The condo itself was very nice inside. Perfect for our getaway.

This condo was perfect for a late summer getaway to Siesta Key. We had everything we needed for beach days with the provided chairs, umbrellas, etc. and the lagoon style pool was great as well. The kitchen was spacious and clean, as were the bedrooms. We would definitely recommend this property.

The home was perfect for my family and I. Close to the beach, beautiful pool, and very clean. Virginia was very responsive anytime we reached out. We will be back!

Safe and very clean. Great local to the beach. The transportation to pick you up to take you anywhere you wanted to go was very helpful and friendly. Plan to go back and stay longer. I travel all the world. Royal Palm Suite is one of my favorite places now. I recommend Royal Palm as your place to stay in Siesta Key. Thanks, everyone for all of your help it was a pleasure!

Nice place, great location. Could use some updates on flatware, limited forks and spoons. Also, older beach chairs and no beach cooler available (I purchased a nice beach chair and cooler and left it for future guests) I would rent it again nice vacation condo. My 7th vacation at Siesta great time.

Highly recommend this unit. We had a wonderful family vacation! Perfect location to beautiful beach and walk to downtown.

We loved the very short walk to the beach! Trolley stop right at the corner for longer jaunts. We cooked meals at “home” because of Covid so that was great! Also a plus having a washer/dryer in the unit! Pool looked wonderful, but we couldn’t pull ourselves off the beach.

It was a beautiful place with an amazing location to the beach. Perfect home away from home.

As described. Third bedroom was a bit small and had to go downstairs to use bathroom but otherwise unit was as described and can't beat the location.

Absolutely loved this little space. Beautiful views of the ocean, great pool, comfy beds, cute space. The beach chairs were terrible, and most of them were broken. Warm water didn’t last long either. With a family of 6 we were able to get warm water for only 5-7 mins total.

We had such a great time at this location. The house was spotless, great location, beds very comfortable. Beach right across the street town only 5 to 10 minute walk. Trolley stop right on the corner. Great place to Stay and will be staying again when we visit Siesta Keys.

This property is only a block from Siesta key beach. We could easily walk there. Has a parking for 2 vehicles and access to a pool. It is furnished with many kitchen items, but towels for washing up are limited. If more than 4 people, request more before arriving.

We had an amazing time! We loved having such easy access to the beach, but also being able to come home to relax in the pool. We met some great people who were staying in the other suites, as well. The suite was just as advertised - plenty of room for everyone and beautifully decorated. Virginia was so easy to work with and made sure we knew how to access the property. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Virginia was great in all communications. The location was absolutely perfect and accurately described. Perfect getaway for our families first time to Siesta beach!!! We will be back.

This property was amazingly well kept, clean, nicely decorated, and VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH!! Literally just a few steps from the most amazing white sand beach I've ever been to. 2 minute drive to restaurants and night life. Management was very attentive to all our needs and even responded to a silly question I had at 10PM the first night. My family and I would stay here again and hope to do so again soon.

The house itself was fine and clean but the host was almost impossible to deal with. I want to preface with saying I understand cancelation policies are put into place for a reason and I totally understand the host needs them, but Virginia lacked any sort of sympathy or understanding when my family was in a very hard situation. We were traveling to Florida for a funeral, and a little over a month before we were supposed to go one of my family members got covid and we thought it would be smart to postpone. I reached out to Virginia to see if she would let us change our dates but she was not flexible at all. We were only a few days outside the cancelation policy so I was hoping she would understand. I tried explaining that it wasn't safe to travel and we would still use the house just at a different date but she didn't care. We decided we would try to make it work but then two weeks later my 6 month nephew got covid so we then decided we couldn't travel at all because it wouldn't be safe. Not only that but because covid was so bad in Florida my grandfather's funeral had to be canceled. I again reached out to Virginia begged her to understand my situation dealing with a covid positive baby, dealing with the loss of my grandfather, and a very dangerous covid situation and she still was not willing to let us cancel or change our dates. She then told me that if I had reached out a month in advance then she would have helped, and when I told her I did and sent her screenshots of the dated messages she just said she couldn't help. Then she proceeded to make up policies that were nowhere found in her rental agreement. I called VRBO because I didn't understand how someone could just make up rules or policies that benefited them and even they agreed with me and tried to talk to Virginia on my behalf multiple times but once again she didn't care. After many conversations Virginia finally decided that if I canceled and she was able to rebook then she would give me some money back. This was a fine idea in theory but when I asked how I would be able to know if she rebooked or not she didn't have any answers. She had been dishonest up to that point so I wasn't going to take my chances. I would never book with Virginia again. It's a shame that hosts like this are allowed to rent properties.

Booking was super easy and Virginia the booking owner was very kind and super welcoming, she accommodated all of our needs. The space was ready right on time check in was simple. Very clean, kitchen updated and stocked. House space was great for a family of 6. Carpet could use some updating and A/C unit seemed to not be working the best. Pool area was very pretty but needed to be cleaned more regularly. There are more units o the property than what is advertised so sharing of the property got to be a little crowded. Plenty of beach chairs and toys for everyone. Location was perfect just across the street from beach access! Great family rental!

The Royal Palms Suite was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean. Virginia was very accommodating and helpful. She truly cares about her properties!
