Beautifully Golf Course Townhome In Dobson Ranch
Questa è un'unità finale, casa di 3 livelli in una gated community molto ricercata. Se stai cercando un posto tranquillo, rilassante e conveniente in cui soggiornare, l'hai trovato!
La residenza è stata ristrutturata da cima a fondo. Nuovi pavimenti, nuovi tappeti, nuovi mobili, nuovi elettrodomestici e una nuova cucina dolce. La cucina ha ripiani in granito, splendidi mobili in rovere ed elettrodomestici inossidabile.
Nuove lampade e posti a sedere sull'isola oltre al tavolo della sala da pranzo. La cucina è fornita per 8 e include tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno.
Al piano superiore ci sono 2 ampie camere da letto (King in main, queen in 2nd) entrambe le camere hanno cabine armadio e bagni completi. La camera da letto principale ha una Smart TV da 48 ".
Il livello principale ha un 1/2 bagno e una zona soggiorno formale con Smart TV da 32 ", sala da pranzo e cucina. Questo livello ha un balcone arredato con vista sul campo da golf.

We were in Mesa visiting family and stayed for six days. The condo was so nice, comfortable and well taken care of! The owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to all correspondence. We will check for this place again for any future visit!!

Our group of 4 stayed here for a week while attending a family wedding. The location was perfect for us - near restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The condo was exactly as pictured. The owner was quick to respond to the one problem we had. We'd love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. We were there to visit family and your house was only five minutes away from them. We throughly enjoyed sitting on the patios in the mornings and evenings. What a lovely home, we will definitely want to stay there again.

The pictures don’t do it justice. Very nice property. Comfortable, clean and perfect for our stay. Husband and I came for the weekend to visit adult kids. The boys golfed while the girls watched from the patio and enjoyed a few cocktails. Had a nice barbecue outside. Plenty to do in the close proximity of the property. 10/10. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I had an awesome stay at this very roomy and updated townhome at Dobson Ranch. Our host was very responsive and we had no issues throughout our stay. The location was perfect and everything advertised regarding this townhome was spot on. Sitting out on the deck, relaxing, enjoying the scenery and the golfers strolling by was great.
Definitely would rent this place again!!

This is a lovely property that looks out onto the golf course and the lagoon. It was well appointed, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very kind to let me stay a couple hours after the check out time to rest before my flight as I was quite ill.

We have stayed at this lovely home several times before when in town for the Ironman triathlon. It was as nice as ever! Wonderful master bedroom upstairs, well stocked kitchen, quiet corner location overlooking the canal and golf course. Lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the Canada geese and ducks, as well as a cute turtle. Tracy is a wonderful host, and was very rrsponsive to my communications. Highly recommend.

Nice centrally located three floor end unit backing up to golf course. Appropriately priced for amenities provided. Liked the location as it was near family we visited. Owner was very responsive to questions we had on arrival.

My wife and I spent a week at this property and we enjoyed our time. The downstairs rec room was very nice after a long day of hiking and we spent a lot of time out on the back deck watching the golfers. We saw a few turtles in the water as well as several ducks. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very nice. Only a few things could be addressed - the ice maker wasn't working, the sliders were difficult to open or close and the outdoor cushions were worn. Otherwise, the home was very clean & comfortable. If we come back to Mesa, we'd stay here again.

The condo was in a quiet peaceful community! Conveniently located for walking/ hiking and golfing opportunities. Check in/check out was very easy! Condo was clean and comfortable.

We just stayed for ten days (11-21 Feb) We enjoyed the house a lot. It is very comfortable, good quality furniture and the beds are very comfortable. It is well equipped with everything we needed for a stay away from home. Two patios with nice views across the golf course. Great communication with Tracy, no fuss, no silly rules which we have experienced with other properties we have rented. I would have no issue renting this property again.

Townhouse was clean and nicely furnished. Excellent tv package allowed us to watch all of our sports teams that we follow on a big screen tv. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching golfers play. Kitchen is well stocked but could use more plates but otherwise has exerything you might need. Would love to come back!

Mesa Snowbird Getaway
Perfect location and is exactly as advertised. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed being on the golf course as it made it feel like we weren't in the city. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The townhouse was large and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it anyone wishing to spend time in the Mesa or surrounding cities.

Great condo and well equipped.
The condo worked great for our 2+ week stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the location was very nice and quiet. The upper deck and lower patio are nice spaces to relax, with a view of the golf course. The lower level was a favorite in the evenings with a comfortable sectional and large TV.

Great Stay!
Loved this property. A well decorated, comfortable corner unit, close to the pool. Morning coffee on the deck watching the ducks float by and the golfers on the course was so relaxing. We will be back!

A peaceful and convenient location!
We enjoyed our stay! We especially loved sitting on the deck in the morning in the warm sun watching the ducks, geese, birds and of course the golfers. This condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in the Arizona sun!

Great place, great view, great area
We loved this place! So roomy and comfortable. Very convenient to get around, close to the airport, ASU (we went to a football game) and freeways. Really good places to eat that were really close by (thanks for the recommendations in the notebook).
The only issue we had was that darned step between the living room and dining room. Even after warning each other, my hubby tripped and fell. Our own fault though.
I almost hate too tell you all how nice this place was, in case it gets so popular we can't book it again 😉

Beautiful townhome
This property was perfect for us. Right on the golf course and just steps away from the pool. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. All appliances were new and updated. We will stay here again next year!!

Wonderful!
I was fortunate to be able to meet Tracy on a previous visit to the area and he happened to be at the property. He was gracious to let me come over and preview the home. I really appreciated that.
When we arrived for our ten day stay it was very clean and in beautiful order. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost everything anyone could need including coffee and a great Keurig. There was plenty of condiments in the fridge and a bit of food in the cabinet if you happen to be hungry and haven’t had a chance to go to the grocery store yet.
The laundry room was also fully provisioned.Truly everything was roomy, comfortable, and the golf course view was so beautiful and relaxing.
The only glitch was that for some reason the thermostat (Nest) kept automatically going up to 76* no matter what it was set to. I tried to figure it out but couldn’t. I’m sure someone else can. I could have called Tracy but didn’t want to bother him. We weren’t there all that much so it wasn’t really an issue.
All was 5 stars. We would definitely stay here again and consider it a privilege.

Perfect for Phoenix visit
Stayed here with my husband, aunt, and uncle. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The entire process was seamless, the townhome was very clean, spacious, exactly what was mentioned in the listing. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, quiet condo on golf course
The layout of this condo is great! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is a canal/moat around the condos which attracts lots of birds. There was some highway noise in the morning but it was very quiet the rest of the day. Restaurants in walking distance. Many mountain hiking locations within a 20 minute drive.

This is a very nice property for 2 to 4 people comfortably. The 2 of us had a great stay golfing on the course twice while there in our short stay. Very centrally located for quick commutes to other golf courses or some great hikes. Property has everything u need from gas grill to big screen tv's. Absolutely loved it. Perfect location, great condo!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, it was clean, and everything we needed was already there for use. Being on the golf course was relaxing and my husband and son enjoyed playing on the course. Thanks for a great stay, we would book again!

Perfect Stay
We were in town for a baseball tournament. This property was close to most of the fields we played on. The property was clean and we were even able to use the pool (friends who stayed in hotels had no pool). We contacted the property owner regarding check out instructions and owner responded very quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay!
This was a great property for us to spend a week while visiting family in the Phoenix area. Lots of great local information. The townhouse was wonderfully furnished with multiple outdoor living areas; especially enjoyed the downstairs TV area. The guitar was a nice touch! Thanks Tracy for being a great host.

Ironman Weekend
Our second stay at this lovely home. Convenient to stores but also very quiet and private location, with great views onto adjacent golf course. Very nice townhouse with wonderful amenities. Tracy was real helpful and easy to communicate with.
